I'm BIG on customer service, it determines how I continue to do business with ANY establishment. Customer service should be the focal point of ANY business as some patrons actually leave reviews. The owner of this establishment should evaluate who you have taking orders at the counter. After patiently waiting in line and the young lady NEVER smiled (fake or not) to three patrons in front of me. Usually I get such GREAT service,but they dropped the ball today. I ordered a blueberry muffin warmed with butter on the side. I had to ask for the butter and the knife. Needless to say I stopped ordering bagels because they were always burnt. This weekend however, my latte was milk with sugar and the guy making it was wearing his mask under his nose. Only two guys running this DD but during a rush, these guys was working the teamwork like a well-oiled machine! One guy didn't know how to add funds onto the DD app so they switched customers with such ease that they didn't even miss a beat! Thanks for such great service and great tasting iced coffees! We came in at 7:15 am for our breakfast and didn't get to leave until 7:40 because they made our drinks last minute and did everyone else's drinks after us. I get that you have to attend all customers but we saw customers come in and leave before us and everyone was neglecting to make our drinks making us late to school. read more

this dunkin is really unprofessional , me and my boyfriend were waiting in line this evening for over 30 minutes and when we finally got to the window we were waiting there for another 15 minutes .. they then had to ask us again what we got to order , && even after i repeated it the second time we still got the wrong drinks .. the drinks were watered down like they've been sitting out for hours , they were not made the way we asked , we got the incorrect sizes and it was just too much .. the line was to long to even bother going back around to complain and ask for something else . whoever the manager is needs to fix the employees because that is ridiculous read more

Worst Dunkin and sevice ever...My order is never right.You would think they would have more people working seeing as though there is always a morning rush..but nooooo people just running round like chickens with thier heads cut off trying to prepare and make orders while getting them wrong. Where to begin! Their drive-thru is sketchy! Sometimes it is working other times it is not. Also their parking lot and drive-thru area is riddled with pot holes. If you go inside prepare to wait, and wait and wait regardless of how many people they are trying to service. I would avoid this location.
