My wife and I went to this place this morning. There was not such a big crowd so there were really no excuses. My wife ordered a Bacon Egg Bagel Sandwich about which she did not have any opinion. Her coffee was specified as "Room at the top" - it was served WITHOUT room at the top. There was no Cream or Creamer where the sugar and the stirrers were. When we asked for it, we were offered half-n-half - two containers - we were not asked whether we wanted 2 or 20 containers. The expression on the face of the woman who offered this was so unfriendly that I did not want to ask her for more - we wanted more. Why can't these people store the containers in good supply where the sugar is? Heck, Panera bread does, so why can't Dunkin? I had ordered an Everything bagel, toasted and light cream cheese on the side. The Everything bagel was more HOLE and LESS Bagel. At other places (like Noah's which on Mowry has been shut down by the health authorities) has mostly bagel and rarely hole! And the Everything does not have as many garlic pieces as the one in Dunkin - which makes for the Dunkin bagel a good reason for getting garlic breath. When I opened the bagel, the bagel was barely warm - and I had asked for TOASTED. When I went to collect the cream for my wife I asked server how long they toasted (I recollect that the bagel was served to us much too quickly), she said, 30 seconds on our toaster. For heaven's "Toasted" means TOASTED NOT A TRIP NEAR THE TOASTER AND BACK! I was visiting a Dunkin after nearly 14 years - the last time I had been was in New Jersey back in 2004 when we moved. Ok I keep coming here for a different experience and that's why I haven't reviewed yet. I still can't bring myself to like it. I guess I'm a doughnut snob now since I've had some awesome doughnuts at the local mom and pop shop Francis Doughnut shop and fancy shops. Every time I come the doughnut is super dry and sweet. At 7am it shouldn't be day old flavor. There's likely a ploy for the dryness to get you to buy a drink so you don't choke. I usually don't put 1s ever but this is pretty bad. I came in today and I was looking thru the menu when this women, really short is just looking directly at me, not even greeting me or asking me if I have decided what to get so I proceeded to greet her and she just moved her eyebrows . I was like ok whatever so continue to order what I wanted to order and I asked her for two donuts so she turns around gets the donuts and literally just throws them against the glass that's separating us, I was like wow what bad customer service. OMG! I had no idea how good these donuts were. I have always heard of dunkin donuts but never thought much about a donut. The donuts that I was use to was Krispy Cream. Krispy Cream is also good too but if you like to eat cake and donuts then this is the place for you. I went late at night so they were out of a lot of their donuts. I ordered 10 donut holes of all flavors. OMG! It was like a cake and a donut in combo! So soft and good. If you never tried it you have to try it! I also tried the vegetarian egg white omelette. I don't usually come here for the donuts. Unless they are fresh and hot, they aren't that good l. I feel like they are missing some substance once you bite in. I come More so for the coffee that is been A-1 since day one! I don't get any foo foo sugary drinks usually just a plain coffee. Last week I came in when the store "manager" (older lady) was giving an interview to what looked like a well dressed eager teen. I had to use the restroom so I had to walk past them. When I came out I just noticed the interview was over and the interviewee had walked out. I ordered my coffee and as I was waiting by the side tables I couldn't help but hear he manager bad mouthing the interviewee to the other employees!! Loud enough that I could hear on the other side of the counter by the coffee bar. I understand if a candidate isn't fit for your store but to go and speak badly about them on the floor, on the clock, in front of customers is so unprofessional! Also the young lady came back in and sat down and ordered food. I was so embarrassed for her I let her know not to waste her time. Shame on you for your unprofessionalism. Of the many visits I have had to this store, I've never really had a problem! The staff is always friendly and ready to help you select the best possible donuts, food options, or drinks. Pro-Tip: For those of you who are indecisive in picking a donut, they let you sample the mini donuts as per your request. The hash brown bites are delicious! I would order any of the egg options except maybe the quesadilla​ egg item. That one isn't too great compared to the others. Coffee is standard. Hoping this mishap today is because they just opened! I normally LOVE Dunkin' Donuts but today I went in and got half a dozen donuts with high hopes, like always when I visit Dunkin Donuts. Got home, noticed immediately they really skimped on the chocolate frosting which wasn't cool! But into my favorite Boston creme donut and there was no filling. Two bites in and I saw a tiny blob of filling, three bites in and the blob of filling stayed the same size (about a dime size). Ended up finishing the donut but the filling literally was the size of a dime, view the pics to see. Like I said, I'm hoping this was a mishap due to them just opening because I really love Dunkin' Donuts and don't wanna have to drive to the South City location for my fix. My sister and I went to Krispy Kreme on Valentine's Day to get the Valentines themed donuts and waited in like for over 15 min and when it was our turn to order they told us that they sold out of all the heart shaped donuts. So we went to Dunkin' Donuts to see if we had any luck with them. We called ahead, and the lady was so nice and helpful, she even offered to set some aside for us. The service was awesome and the donuts were pretty good. We also got some iced coffee. So, i came in with my 2 kids today at around noon, my kids are 4 and 1, i was holding my 4 year old hand and carrying my 1 year old, I ordered my food, which by the way is not too good, and to pay i sat my daughter on top of the counter to get my card and pay... as-soon as i sat her down the cashier told me that it was gross and i needed to get her off the counter cause people placed food over there. I totally understand but i doubt people let their food sit on the counter without a bag or at least a napkin, and the way she addressed the "problem" was not nice at all!!! Besides the place was a mess, if they actually had the place spotless, would be better, but coffee spilled everywhere, napkins on the floor, crumbs everywhere too! After many years of seeing their commercials I was excited to see one open up in the East Bay. My fiancé brought back a donut one time when he was coming back from Reno. It was pretty good and I had hope it would be the same. Came on a Friday at noon and line was out the door wrapped around. However it was moving at a good pace. The reason it takes a while is other patrons don't know what they want to order once they get to the register. I suggest sort of peeking in and seeing what they have so you can be ready to order. I order a dozen for $12.99 and a cup of black coffee. Donuts were on the dry side and sparse frosting. Glazed was barely glazed, cream filled tasted processed, and the coffee was watery. I am not sure if its because they were busy and trying to get people in and out but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back again. Ive had better donuts at mom and pop shops in the little pink box. I have a strange obsession with Dunkin coffee. This is the closest one to my house, and it's over 30 minutes away, but it is definitely worth the drive. The food and coffees are always delicious. But honestly, it's the service here that makes me so happy to always come back. We receive consistently great service every time. I have been helped by Tiana a few times that I have gone in, and she is just great. She has a warm welcoming personality, and a beautiful smile during your whole interaction. I do hiring for another company, and I would offer her a job if my place of employment wasn't so far from this location. I love DD on the East Coast so we had to give this one a try since it's just minutes from our house. I went the 2nd day of the grand opening and it was just like any other coffee shop/donut shop. The didn't have any specials. They weren't even taking coupons from phones because their system was down. They weren't taking gift cards for awhile, too. No deals or freebies. Oh, well. The service is kind of slow. They should have a worker monitoring the line and letting people know how to order, the flavors, etc. That's what takes up the time. When we got to the front and we listened to the couple in front of us. They didn't know how to order and the cashier had to explain everything which took a few minutes. If a worker can explain while in line then the line would move a little quicker. I went in this Tuesday and there was a line, but it wasn't too bad. The line moved a little quicker. Horable customer service today!!! Placed an order online used my rewards for the coffee paid the extra $2 for extra shot. My husband went to pick it up and they told him the never got my order. I sent a picture of my order with date and time it was placed and location it was placed at and they refused to make it saying we had to pay again and the could not give him a $10 coffee for free. They also said they have been having issues with the online orders coming through you would think the receipt with all the info would be enough to get my order. Totally get issues but you have the picture of of the order with date, time, item ordered and that's not good enough and I have to pay again! WOW!! I'm now headed back there now to get the coffee I paid for!!! I'm also going to report it to the head manager! This is ridiculous when the coffee itself was a $5.97 coffee and I paid $2 of that already. Guess after this I'll just be going back to Starbucks. Get the app and order from there. By the time you arrive at the store, your order will already be ready. You can skip the line and walk straight to the pick up counter. A.K.A. Grab-n-go I ordered my usual breakfast (just like back when I was living in the east coast)- just to get a good baseline comparison. Dunkaccino, sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, and blueberry muffin. The food taste the same, but the Dunkaccino is still pretty bland. I'm assuming this is because their machine's pretty new and hasn't accumulated the built up grit yet Lol.. So imma give them some time. Not impressed at all with this Dunkin Donuts. We got 2 glazed and 1 apple fritter. They all were dry and not soft. Tasted like they had been sitting out all day and it was only 3 Pm. Cool spot! When we went in there was no line but they have a rope to guide the line when it gets long so I assume this place might get busy during peak hours (in the morning) . We went in and the staff was friendly. I tried the thin mints iced coffee and it was so good! Just enough chocolate thin mint flavor but you can still taste the coffee. My other half had a caramel macchiato that was bitter, like they forgot to add sweetener. The place looked clean and organized. We didn't have any donuts as we were not in the mood for that. I did notice that the donuts were uncovered in racks. The donuts place I usually go to has them in closed glass area. Not sure if that make a difference in taste since it seems the donuts sell quiet fast here but just a small observation. I am so ecstatic about having a Dunkin' Donuts here in the Bay Area. I went to this location on a Monday morning since I thought it won't be busy. Upon entering the plaza, I saw a line forming outside the store already. I was in line for about 15 minutes so it isn't so bad. I ordered a small latte, a tiny breakfast wrap for $1.79, and half a dozen assorted donuts. The wrap is a joke but the coffee made up for it. Really good coffee!!! The half a dozen donuts is average. I drove half an hour for coffee but it's worth it! I love Dunkin' Donuts and I'll come back for their coffee. read more

It's been 3 years since I've moved from the East Coast and haven't been back since, so one opening up on Mowry makes me feel less home sick. There's a line, but they're super quick. To those that love the coffee coolatta make sure to add sugar to it and whip cream if you lived your middle/ high school, and college years on the sweet one. I have now been to the new DD and had the same lousy CUSTOMER SERVICE experience. There are like 8-10 people in line and one cashier. There were qt least 3 employees wandering around not making coffee or serving any drinks. At least one of them was checking the trash bathrooms. Maybe one could fill the orders and the other one ring up the order? Why not open the other register to cut the time in half? It would certainly streamline the sales. I mean really it is basically a donut shop...should be in and out. Why the slow service? Also when I gave the manager, Jessica some feedback there was another young woman next to her. She was making comments about my concerns and was laughing and making a joke out of my complaint. That is not a good employee to be working with customers! Jessica was very polite. So excited to visit this place In Fremont after attending a baptism, the closest Dunkin' Donuts place to us. Went there at around 7pm and to my disappointment, only very limited donut selection. I was so excited to buy Bavarian creme donuts but like other comments, not much selection. At least i was able to buy some donut holes for my kids wherein they only had 3 flavors left.
