Amazing Drive-Thru Service from Angie!!!…read more I had one of the best drive-thru experiences ever thanks to Angie at Dunkin. From the moment I pulled up to the speaker, she greeted me with such a warm, cheerful voice that it immediately made my day better. You could tell right away she genuinely enjoys helping customers. I had a bit of a unique order with 5-6 shots of hazelnut, and Angie handled it perfectly. She was patient, upbeat, and made sure she got everything exactly right. Even through the drive-thru speaker you could hear the smile in her voice. When I got to the window, she greeted me with a big smile and such a positive attitude. She double-checked my order, made sure everything was perfect, and wished me a great day. The whole experience--from start to finish--was fast, friendly, and truly outstanding. Great customer service like that is rare these days. Angie went above and beyond and turned a simple coffee run into a genuinely great experience. Dunkin is lucky to have her!
