For the past year, I drive by this location in Euclid off of Lakeshore Boulevard. For the past year, I have been disappointed in the service from the staff that works there to the quality of food that is produced. The staff is rude and do not greet you or even listen to fulfill the request of your order correctly. The quality of food is poor. My order on multiple times over the past nine months have been inaccurate. Into my dismay when I get to my office and open the bag only to see that the quality of food or an item is prepared incorrectly. I'm not sure that this location is even worthy of being open and in time I hope that it will close if they cannot teach their staff how to be customer service oriented and listen to fulfill an order correctly. They are good only for donuts and coffee. That's what they should stick to and maybe teach their employees how to be respectful. read more

Very rude and argumentative. I ordered my food in the drive thru. When I finally made it to the window, I asked for sugar and creamer for my coffee. This management is terrible! These people have a problem with giving cream and sugar in your coffee. Customer satisfaction is at the bottom of their priorities. When you order a coffee here the attendant intentionally repeats it back wrong or waits till you start driving away from the speaker then tells you how she wants to give it to you. Just make sure when you get your coffee to sip a little bit and you will find more times than not that it needs to be fixed. This manager must have a hard time getting cream and sugar! I love a good bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, and this dunkin location usually delivers. The parking lot location is pretty dangerous and difficult to navigate, especially to find the drive thru entrance, but the service is always friendly and the food turnaround is quick. While the sandwiches are consistently hot and delicious, the hash browns are the opposite. Be cautious with the breakfast potatoes at this location because they can appear burnt but are regularly under cooked. I am not sure if it is old oil used or if they are just under cooked or maybe just a poor supplier because they don't even crisp up in the toaster oven for me. So, sandwiches, service and speed are good, hash browns, location and parking lot are bad. read more

This is a tough Dunkin to review, because it has some pretty bad qualities but pretty great workers that make up for those qualities. Most of the workers are nicer than they look- which is great when they constantly mess up orders. Every other time I go here, something is messed up whether it be an entire sandwich or the wrong sized coffee. The one memorable experience I had was ordering my regular - veggie egg white flat with cheese on a croissant- and opened my sandwich in the car to find it had bacon. I was pretty mad and went to go storm back in, when someone on their BREAK noticed me and immediately offered to go remake it. Everyone was apologetic when I went back inside for my new sandwich, and they all seemed pretty genuine. Not happy with their ONE cash register up front. It makes taking orders difficult for them and that's when things start to go wrong. There always seems to be one too many workers back there.. Decrease by one worker increase by one cash register and they'll get much better. Normal Dunkin food, friendly workers, fresh coffee, but constant mess ups. So we went thru the drive-thru yesterday after a visit with family. I ordered a drink , donut holes , three sandwiches , and two donuts ! By far, the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I've been there multiple times - and having to walk out without service as I waited over five minutes and the line didn't move. At one time, there was only one person in front of me. I've never, ever, in my 10-ish visits there, had an accurate order. Either things were missing and needing (multiple) reminders and 10 more minutes of waiting, or the beverage isn't brewed correctly/in the right cup/to temperature. Horrendous. 3 strikes, never coming back. First attempt-attempted to order 2 shots of espresso mixed with hot water but was told that they don't sell espresso. Second attempt-waited in empty drive through for 3 minutes when finally someone calls out through the voice box, "I'll be with you in a sec." 5 mins later, drive through still empty and no answer I drove off after attempting to call for the attendant. This review is long overdue but... How is this location still open? The customer service is absolutely horibble and they never get my order correct. I live in Euclid and while it's very convenient for me to go to this location I decided two weeks ago that I would not return. Why? I'm glad you asked. I enter the establishment and could tell there was a lot of commotion taking place. As I stand in line I could hear an employee yelling and fussing at another employee. This yelling and fussing eventually turns into a full fight. Everyone working stops and runs in an attempt to break it up. Hey, I just want iced coffee not a show. While I'm waiting on my iced coffee one of the employes involved in the fight comes up to the counter and demands her tips. The manager pours them all on the counter and says "count them". The employee says "I don't feel like counting them" and proceeds to just stand there on the phone explaining what just happened and why she was going home. Unprofessional is an understatement. They tried to give me an iced coffee and a glazed donut. I took the glazed donut (tiny, by the way), but made them give me the regular coffee I had asked for. Absolutely terrible service. Came in around 8:15pm to be ignored for a good 10 mins while 2 of the employees talked about shutting the register down and only serving through the drive thru register because "there was no point of having it open for the last half hour". During this one of the gentlemen saw me standing there and politely explained all the holiday donuts which was the saving grace as I was about to leave without purchase. After waiting I was rudely addressed by the girl at the register who repeatly stayed it was almost her time to clock out. I picked my donuts and they were placed in the box behind the counter.
