This is a smaller Duncan, that has a little bit of seating but seems to do mostly take out business. There is a reasonably sized parking lot. Service was fast and efficient. I do not recommend this Dunkin location. Staff was ready to get people out of there and have no line. I stopped here and went to pay, asked the worker if I could use a coupon and she never responded and turned around to the cash register. Then I said "okay maybe not" and she didn't react. Maybe she didn't hear me. My drink was bitter and I don't think they added in the oat milk. Food was hot though. read more

Staff was incredibly rude. The woman over the loudspeaker at the drive thru was annoyed and rude taking our order. When I pulled up to the window, coffee came out quick and tasted great, but to top it off I told the man at the window to have a good day... he looked at me and closed the window. I would leave this Dunkin zero stars if I could. My family and I are on a mini trip to Erie and this is the first (and only time) we have been to this location. My daughter had to use the restroom when we arrived (approx 11:30a). There was poo splatter all over the toiler, toilet paper all over the floor, soap all over the sink, and no toilet paper in the dispenser. I had to cradle my daughter over the toilet to use the restroom since she is 3 and can't just hold it. The staff was just quite literally throwing/sliding drinks and food in a pile on the counter with no regard for any of the customers standing there. Several orders were being made wrong. A young girl in front us politely said her drink was made wrong and staff rudely asked if she was sure that wasn't the way she ordered it. My boyfriend was also given the wrong drink, took it took to the table and returned it once he realized. We watched staff then hand the same drink that has been in our possession for a few minutes at this point to someone in the drive thru, which is a huge sanitary/health issue. He thankfully didn't drink out of it, but they definitely didn't ask or check before giving it to someone else. We definitely won't be back. read more

I often stop here on trips between Buffalo and Cleveland. The people who work here are exceptionally friendly, and nice even in the drive-thru. Today, I stopped by and they gave me a hot latte instead of the iced one. The girl apologized for the mistake and made me an iced latte with a size upgrade. I also treated myself to a donut and it was as fresh as it gets. Clean store overall, I'll keep coming here. read more

The customer service representative joked with me about my Rhode Island coffee addiction. Perfect. Four stars all around! I love Dunkin Donuts and I will go there every time I want coffee or a bagel because I love the food and drinks there. It's a shame how rude and unhappy the employees there are. I usually go in but today I went through the drive through around 10:15am. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese toasted and hash browns. The girl taking my order made me wait about 5 minutes before she even took my order and then at the window I had to wait another 5 minutes for my very small order that I realized when I got to work it was completely wrong. Not to mention the girl at the window was very rude and shut her window before I even got the chance to make sure my food was correct. It's a shame how the employees are because the food and coffee is great. read more

How hard is it to fill a cup of coffee correctly and make sandwiches with the correct eggs? Apparently more difficult than we think. Four folks behind the counter and they can't do the work of one competent employee. Actually, in all fairness, the guy at the counter took our order correctly, but once the other three behind the counter took over, everything went to seed. The large coffee was burning hot and supposed to leave room for cream but promptly spilled onto the counter and my hands when I tried to open it to add cream, only to discover that the coffee cup was filled to the brim and contained no cream. Further, there wasnt any cream...forcing one to ask for it? Why not say that at the beginning? The label on the side of the cup clearly read "leave room for cream" but given that it was written in capital letters using Arial font, it might make it difficult for people to read. Additionally, the normally-wonderful turkey sausage, egg and cheese had some sort of horrid tasting spinach?-pepper-egg mixture that ruined the sandwich and made one thankful for chewing gum and mouthwash. Lastly, the donuts...I don't know why I even expect them to try, but I do. However, the donuts were what I would characterize as slightly moist, slightly sweet bread. Imagine a cake that looks like a cake but has about 10% of the flavor and then imagine how happy you would be driving down the highway taking a bite of that that with a cup of coffee. Yeah...not good. Since it seemed that the crew at Dunkin was possibly more interested in their plans after work that their actual work, I would suggest you drive past this location to the next and give them a try. Yesterday I ate the turkey bacon sandwich and got food poisoning. It was the last thing I are and I was up all night vomiting, sweating, hanging out the the hotel bathroom. Fun times! When I called the general manager to tell her about it, she informed me that it couldn't have happened here, but I am 100% positive that it did. My family has been eating the exact same foods that I have been eating for days. This was the only thing that I ate differently. I was trying to get anything from them, I was merely trying to let them know about it. I will never eat at a dunkin donuts again and would advise you to of the same. They should definitely take a look at their food handling procedures. Do yourself a favor and eat someplace else!! read more

I don't usually rant on Facebook but this really got me . Yesterday Moira my granddaughter and I were going to the zoo Moira asked if we could get a donut before the zoo so off to Dunkin Donuts. Moira is three. So I Order her sprinkle donut and coffee for me I paid then I said could I have a small cup of water for Moira the girl said that will be 25 cents I get it cups cost money so I dig in my purse could not find change and did not want to use card for 25 cents so I told her forget it we will deal. Then I get my coffee which she put an extra cup on it because of heat I take the extra cup off and ask for some ice to cool down coffee no problem put ice in my coffee then I hand her the cup and said could you fill this with water she said no that is 25 cents I was like you are charging me for water for a child ? She said yes it is policy I said I need to talk to your manager she was the manager so I said I want your bosses name and number . Bottom line is she needed to just be nice I should have asked for water to water down coffee that would have worked crazy!. If anyone can explain this to me I would like to understand. We will see if I get a call back from the district manager. Sad thing is Moira loves her sprinkle donuts but I will not go there again . This is what I posted to Facebook. I love Dunkin Donuts. It runs through my blood. So obviously, when I heard we were getting a dunkins up here I was very excited. It isn't like the ones in New Hampshire, thats for sure. The service is very slow. Every time I've been there, even if its not busy, I have to wait out in the parking lot. Plus, the last time I went my croissant was very burnt and inedible. I still come here because, well, I love dunkins. The drinks are to die for and right now the chilly winter makes me crave their hot chocolate. Which is super creamy and delicious. I love coming home and relaxing with a good coffee and a sandwich from here. I'd say, skip it. If you want good food here, its a roulette. You could have an absolutely terrible burnt sandwich one day but have a delicious one the next. A gross, runny coolata one day but an amazing one the next. Plus, you have to wait so long to even get anything. Since I am from New Hampshire, I have to go here to get my fix. But if you don't prefer dunkins, this is not the place for you. Pros: Great food. Clean location. Drinks are amazing. Cons: Long waits. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. read more

My family came through this morning to grab some coffee on our way home. The drive through was packed and there were plenty of people waiting inside, but the staff moved quickly and effectively to fill orders to the best of their ability. However, three very rude customers stood at the front of the line, blocking people from exiting, and complained loudly that they had been waiting for 8 minutes for three cups of coffee. They made quite the scene. Emily, who seemed to be simultaneously working at the register, putting in orders, filling orders, and serving, was the target of their attacks. They repeatedly asked her what was taking so long (bear in mind the house was packed and she never stopped moving and working the entire time we were there), and she politely assured them that she was brewing a fresh pot of coffee for them and she would have their orders ready as quickly as possible. They continued to complain, saying they should've gone to Starbucks, they wanted to talk to a manager, and ultimately that they wanted to cancel their order. Emily never stopped working even after they stormed out and insulted her, and she filled every order quickly. My family owns a store and works with rude customers every day, so we knew exactly how she felt. We took a moment to assure her that she had done everything in her power to serve them correctly, and my dad made sure to tell the manager about the great job she had done. She worked hard, she was incredibly polite, and she endured unnecessary insults with grace. Emily, you're a superstar. read more
