They're located on busy Peach Street with all of the chain restaurants, hotels and large marts. I've admittedly never been inside but am a regular at the drive thru and never feel like the wait is off putting. For the other three, serving customers isn't their problem. When Be Right With You #2 sauntered up, she shared that her Pike Place coffee urn was plump dry. "Mind waiting while I brew some more?" Ordered two oat milk chai lattes with a single shot of espresso. We waited 30 minutes for the drinks, and they came with whole milk instead of oat milk, and no shot of espresso. Not sure what the beef is about the parking at this location. Perhaps it's because there is no parking right at the curb and you have to park in the parking lot and walk across 15' of driveway... Anyways, I visited Erie for a few days, and made this my home base. The dining room has plenty of seating, but the tables can be taken up by all the college kids on their laptops. I enjoy that fact, though, because I don't particularly care for an empty, cavernous dining room. The baristas were always friendly on all my visits, and they got my orders right. This is a great study place. There are plenty of parking spots out in front. The staff are friendly and quick. The space is nice and clean with plenty of tables and outlets for use. It's one of the better Starbucks in Erie if you're in need of a spot to catch up on work or hang out with friends. It's also not crazy loud here and the ambience makes for a productive day. A quick stop from the Peach Street exit off the I-90. I was tired and needed a big pick me up after a long day of camping. This Starbucks is right across the street from the Delta Sonic. It was fine for a quick red eye and had clean bathrooms. No complaints; they also have a parking lot and a standard Starbucks menu which includes some breakfast sandwiches. The only thing I had here was the red eye (coffee with an double shot of espresso) and it was what you'd expect from a Starbucks. read more

I usually go to this Starbucks and the staff is really friendly and nice. However, tonight I tried to go pick up a coffee before they closed at 10pm. I got to the drive thru at 9:40pm and I hear a young guy say "hi welcome to st-" and he was immediately cut off by a guy with an Indian accent and the Indian guy said "we are closed for the evening now, keep driving on, good bye" and I was immediately confused because I know this location is always open till 10pm and I know they weren't closed yet. The Indian guy was very rude and I'm not going back to this location. read more

Anyone who knows me knows how much I love my Starbucks. And this place is no exception. The coffee is always amazing here. I've always gotten a perfectly blended drink of just pure ambrosia. The store is always clean and well presented, the staff are always friendly. I don't have some of the usual problems I've gotten from other Starbucks like sassy attitudes, employees not caring how the store looks, wrong name on the cups. The employees at this store, however, are clean and presentable, constantly smiling and double checking to make sure your order is correct, and they are very easy to cooperate with. There is only one thing that this place is guilty of. I almost never want whip cream on my Caramel Fraps and I ask them to not put in on there but they usually do anyways lol. But it's not even a big enough issue, to me, to give it a star less on the review. I generally just don't like Starbucks whip cream but theirs isn't bad at all. Overall, amazing Starbucks to go to. This Starbucks is really clean and the drinks came out very fast. The woman at the register was very pleasant and when the drink I wanted was not available, she apologized and recommended something else for me instead! The food display was neat, clean and organized and made me want to buy more! The woman making the drinks (name tag said Missy I believe) was not very nice at all and called the names out hardly above a whisper. She did not say thank you and made the me feel more of a burden for her to make the drinks than anything else (2 iced coffees and 1 caramel macchiato) I did not leave the Starbucks with a good feeling but besides that, our visit to the Peach St. Starbucks was fast! read more

I understand busy hours but holy cow do NOT go to this Starbucks if you're expecting focused baristas that are dedicated to following procedures. To begin with my bad experience, the bathrooms were an absolute mess and not stocked. There were 20-30 people packed in there despite being in the middle of a pandemic. This is why I mobile ordered and did not get my simple order of a panini until 20+ minutes had passed since my estimated order time. It wasn't until I noticed a pile gathering on the barista's side of the counter and calmly asked if they had begun to heat up the panini (as they are not made fresh). I was met with a clearly annoyed barista who did not seem willing to answer my question. Finally one of the baristas looked up and realized my sandwich had been sitting there the whole time, along with other unfortunate customers orders. Had they been using the designated spot for mobile orders, this would not have happened. Again, I understand busy hours but the side conversations and lack of staffing made for a very poor experience. This isn't the first time I've dealt with unprofessionalism from this location. I have been going here unwillingly when it was the only option for the past two years. If you want a helpful tip, go to the MILLCREEK location! Baristas are extremely professional and friendly. This one has very poor parking, Patio disconnected from store, and the servers are not trained for customer satisfaction they are trained to be rude and horrible. Rachael, the one in charge of all things baked and wonderful in the building, is second to none when it comes to baking cookies. She has mastered the art, and bakes with the passion and zeal of someone who truly loves the process. 'WOW!' will be the only thought running through your mind as you walk away from this building savoring every bite of her fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. They offer the most incredible balance of perfectly baked, golden-brown cookie with the gooey deliciousness you hope to find in every bite. I have dreamt of sitting on a bench in the backyard of my manor, watching the sunset on a beautiful, clear, 75 degree weather day, just pleasantly eating these cookies with a nice glass of milk beside me. If I were able to enjoy that moment until the day I die, I would be quite the happy man.
