How is this location even still in business? I suppose maybe just because of the location and amount of traffic that passes by? I've visited here a few times because of the ease of the location, but in the future, I'll travel the extra 7-10 minutes to go to another location. They are ALWAYS out of something. Or everything... I've been there in the morning and they were already out of donuts and bagels. Their ice capp machine never seems to be working. The staff is consistently unfriendly and seems to hate their jobs (although can you blame them if they consistently have to tell their customers they don't have anything). It is also always dingey and even the parking lot doesn't seem well maintained. Inside consistently has trash around as well. Don't go here unless you want to be disappointed. read more

Let me start by saying I am a huge fan of the Tim Horton's franchises. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a Tim Horton's restaurant. First I was in a line with a new employee which caused delays...that's ok we've all been new in our jobs. At the same time This was a Sunday morning...Store Management should have had the A crew on and scheduled new employees on off peak times. Then I had to go back up for more food and the pricing didn't match the menu board. The employee just looked at me like a deer in headlights when I asked why the item was 1.20 more than posted. He finally came back with I don't know but I can't change the price. No offer to get the manager to correct. I will not return to this Tim Horton location unless it is to get a very simple coffee drink. Very disappointed read more

Just reviewing the actual store. Filthy and disgusting. It is so filthy and repulsive that I attempted to contact the owner consistently for at least 2 weeks. I finally got a an email that said the district manager would contact me. It started in the bathroom when I took my son in to wash his hands. I actually just walked back out without even having him wash. It was too gross. When I sat down so my son so he could eat his donut I noticed that there was a layer of filth build up on the floor like a quarter in thick. Then I started noticing everything. The carpets literally had salt all over them from the last time is snowed! It's May!! Every inch of that place was just neglected like it hadn't been wiped clean in months. I was just there and my husband ordered a salted caramel latte and although he never asked for iced they gave it to him ice when we got to the window my husband asked if he could have that hot the cashier got snippy and although they remade his drink had complete attitude about the entire situation. As the owner of a small coffee shop ourselves in a little town I have to say if my employee treating people this way they won't be working there for very long! read more

Very disappointed. Ordered a breakfast combo with an extra large dark coffee with 6 splenda and a medium with 4 splenda. Food was to be expected. Extra large coffee had cream with no sweeteners. Medium coffee was full of coffee grounds. It's a coffee shop. You would think they could get a simple order correct. read more

Went thru the drive through to get two ice teas. I was made to wait 15 minutes and when I said 'Hello?" Then he finally spoke to me. And when I asked for tea he said they were all out?!? This is the second Tim Hortons in one week in two locations that have not waited on my in a timely fashion or had what they claim to have. Very disappointing! read more

Overall, this location of Tim Horton's is alright. I was disappointed by the selection of donuts availible, but we were there at 7 p.m. tonight. However, their overall selection of muffins and donuts were surprisingly low. There were only about 16 kinds of each, and being in the evening, there were only about eight or so of each availible. Hopefully at some point in the future, they offer a wider range of items! read more

We bought donuts at this Tim Hortons and others in the area during a recent visit to Pennsylvania. The coffee was great just like the Tim Hortons we get in Canada. However even at 9 o'clock on a Sunday the donuts do not taste freshly made. We lived in Canada for five years and visit often so we know how delicious freshly made on site Tim Hortons donuts are. The donuts we have eaten in and around Erie PA do not to do the Tim Hortons name justice. Mediocre at best. How sad. read more

I am completely disgusted with the way the store manager has conducted herself. Publicly trying to HUMILATE a local business owner mother of 3, and a literal warrior battling an incurable disease. She has done COUNTLESS charitable acts for the children in this community. LIterally COUNTLESS! Elizabeth implied she was "trashy" and accused her of bragging via social media, over a gift she had received for Mothers Day. One of the extremely few she has been able to spend with her family OUTSIDE of the hospital. Her last stay was 84 days I may add. Elizabeth Price not only embarrassed herself but embarrassed the people that have given her the position and title as Store manager of a Tim Hortons in Erie pa. We are living in the year 2019. A time where throwing hate at people should be no more. Yet here we are dealing with an extremely unfortunate situation. If her character also reflects the way that she handles her store, I feel bad for this business. Stopped in on a Sunday about 730 pm to get dinner to go. 2 guys working were incompetent at best. No one in drive thru and we were the only people in the place. The guy working the counter had no idea what was on a sandwich and had to go read off their prep list...then still didnt have it 100% correct. My sandwich wasn't even correct once we got back to the hotel...turkey club was bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Lettuce was brown. So it took 2 people to make 2 sandwiches, throw some Mac & cheese into a bowl, and make 1 latte and after 15 minutes of trying they still couldn't make it right? I left wishing we had been like the guy who came in after us and couldn't get one of these schmucks to wait on him so he left...no doubt for better things. I am not a huge coffee person but I cannot get enough of the vanilla iced capps! I have never waited long in the drivethru even when there is a long line and the person waiting up there is usually friendly! When I have my dogs in the backseat sometimes they'll even give them plain Timbits! read more
