Employees not putting laxative in people's coffee. I ordered a medium coffee here black which is a way to order at most places. The employee put laxative in my coffee because I of the way I ordered it. I did mean to offend a anyone. I am not a local but the way you ordered your coffee should never result in running to the bathroom within 20 minutes with what my mother would have called the runs. I had it running down my legs before I could reach a bathroom. I tried to contact the store about the incident and they denied having a emplyee with the name of Michelle employee number 92296. I had such a great experience at this Dunkin'! The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming--they really go out of their way to make your day better. You can tell the coworkers genuinely enjoy working together, which creates such a positive and upbeat atmosphere. The store was also super clean and well-kept, which made everything feel even more comfortable. On top of that, the service was impressively fast and efficient--my order was made quickly and perfectly. And whoever is in charge of the music has amazing taste, it honestly made the whole visit even better. It's one of the nicest Dunkin' locations I've been to. Definitely deserves 5 stars! read more

Lady taking drive through order was not very friendly. 12-10-24, 10am. Ordered 2 donuts for $3.18. Pulled up to window. Gave her a $5 bill. She handed me change, and I said, "keep the change." Suddenly, she was nicer, friendlier, smiling and said, "have a nice day." I drove away looking forward to a donut. Hadn't had one in months. Took one bite....it was a day old. Not fresh. Congratulations are in order! OWNER, LISTEN CAREFULLY. This WAS the worst Dunkin in the nation. It is now the best one that we go to . We now drive out of our way to come to this location, and do so many times a week. You got a good manager and good employees finally. It probably means you started paying a better wage. I've been here a lot over the past 4 years. Over the last 6 months or so I've noticed things have gotten A LOT better. My order used to get messed up often and they used to write on a receipt to come back and reorder if they ran out of something that I ordered via mobile. They often closed at 2pm because of a lack of staff or opened late for the same reason and it as just generally unreliable. More recently the staff have been friendlier, my order is correct, and if a refund needs to be made, they put it right back onto my app which is infinitely more convenient. The store is now open when they say they will be and seem to have gotten their issues under control. I used to go to a much further Dunkin that is still on my way but now don't need to as this location is now even more consistent than the other. read more

Double check your order & count your change! Few times it was closed because nobody wanted to come to work. Even heard the delivery guys left there order in the parking lot because nobody showed up. This location needs to be shut down! They are supose to open at 6 and we go their at 6 and no one is thier until around 9! They run out of donuts even before noon. The wait in drive though is 20 minuts long everytime! And if you ask them whats going on the cop an adittute with you. If you are coming from Akron you cannot turn left from either 272 or Rothsville Road. You have to do a u-turn so you can enter. Why??? Had a craving for a cream filled donut this morning. Surprise, they were out of cream filled and other flavors as well. Evidently someone came in earlier and purchased 11 dozen of donuts. I guess the couldn't make any more. This place is absolutely ridiculous. The children running the place need some supervision. Since the place is newer I've given them some grace but this is an ongoing shit show. Don't have the size cups I ordered, don't have the correct lids for the cups, child's play rather than being fast and efficient. I just ordered a large cold brew w/ 4 shots of espresso and rather than telling me they don't have large cups, they just give me a medium and small. Having 2 cups flying around my vehicle as I drive isn't really ideal, but hey I was told to have a great day. The issues are on going. read more

I was super excited when they finally opened a Dunkin' Donuts in my town since I moved from an area that had multiple Dunkin' Donuts and I went often. This particular Dunkin' Donuts I am often disappointed with. First the parking lot it super inconvenient and the drive through lane is super tiny! Next half the time I go they are usually out of something I want to order whether it be food or a drink, like today for example I wanted a caramel iced coffee an they were out of caramel syrup and it was only 11:30am. When they do have the items I want they are great and I don't have any complaints about the drinks/food itself. It is however rare to go to this Dunkin' Donuts and get an employee that does not have an attitude or get someone who isn't trying to rush you through the line. read more

Pros: Mint tea is hot, flavorful, and hits the spot. Donuts are fresher than DD in Denver. They also told my husband about packaged coffee deal that Denver DD didn't mention. Good location. Some staff friendly and welcoming. Cons: Some staff could be more hospitable. Woman's restroom needs attention-good cleaning and keeping soap dispenser filled. There were only two other people in the store, and it took a surprisingly long time to prepare my simple order. First the parking is horrible and once the pizza place opens, I am sure it will be next to impossible. First thing in the morning on a Saturday around 8:30am ish you would think that their donuts would still be fresh, WRONG. Our donuts taste stale and several options between the holes and the whole donuts they were out of. When we walked in we were not even greated and barely were acknowledged when it was our turn to order. I've been to this Dunkin several times since we moved here in October and the staff have always been SUPER friendly (like not just polite but fun and in a great mood). Seriously, they're awesome. I've never waited too long in the drivethru even when there are a few customers in line ahead of me. It always looks clean inside. The donuts and coffee (even the decaf) are fresh and delicious. Horrible experience! After having to give our order twice at the drive thru we were served coffee in paper cups with cold drink lids that also didn't have a sleeve. The lid popped off spilling hot coffee all over me and my car. When I finally got to drink my coffee I realized it was not the right order. read more

I've had great experiences there and not so great ones. They have messed up my orders a few times, though gave me something to make up for the mistake. I love how they offer my dog a donut holes. There is one girl that works there with short hair and tattoos, that is very VERY rude to people and I've seen to the staff too. The WORST Dunkin I have ever been to. I have never written a review and I am usually a very understanding person. I have had several negative experiences with this Dunkin Donuts but have continued to go there because of the product. Today was the last straw. I went to Dunkin Donuts looking for a pick me up. I saw their hours online and it said they closed at 7:00 pm. I got there around 5:50 pm and the drive through was closed and the doors were locked. I was shocked and even tried to open the doors. They were locked and there were no hours posted on the door. I am SO DISAPPOINTED. There was also another confused customer outside trying to get in as well. I even tried to call and it went straight to voicemail! But what's worst is that the mailbox was full. If it were possible I would give this Dunkin a 0 star. I have many more horror stories from this Dunkin but I could not be more frustrated. Don't go here! read more

I bet you can't find a worse DD....never open on time, takes way too long, staff always complaining, understaffed in prime hours and a serious lack of training. Really, it is easy for me to stop in here once or twice a week and I enjoy DD coffee, but it leaves me disappointed every single time I go there. One lady didn't serve me in the drive thru the other day 30 minutes after open time...saw her looking at me as I pulled around, then she turned the lights on after I left the parking lot like she was now open. I often drive from Ephrata right by this one to go to out of my way to Leola where they are 5 star. Corporate should really get involved here. I have had a handful of "normal" trips here, but this review sums it up. Just terrible, all the time. UPDATE I have stopped going here for a long time, figured time might heal. Nope. This place is still terrible. If you want to be late for work, go here. If you want to wait in line for something they don't have, go here. If you want to stand inside and wait since the drive thru is wrapped around the building, you will wait 15 minutes for someone to look at you. Mainly because the "Manager" is smoking a cigarette right outside the front door. Do yourself a favor, WAWA is 1/4 mile away. Get out of your car and go in WAWA. Never have I ever had a customer service experience like I did this morning. I placed my "on the go" order and when I got there I pulled in at the back of the line at the drive thru. After I finally made it to the speaker to tell them I had an order, I just sat there too. I sat in line half an hour to get to that point. After about 5 minutes an employee came around the building and said "the store would open for 30 minutes, the manager lock the store and went to another store leaving us locked outside. I had already paid in advance and was not will to wait another half hour. The manager said nothing before leaving and left employees locked out of the store. This location has ALWAYS had issues but today was the final straw. The wife and I went there almost everyday and spent a good amount of money there....no more. Every morning that I have gone to this Dunkin they are never open even though it clearly says they open at 5am and the open sign is on but the doors are locked. If the people are lazy and don't wanna work and open the store when it's suppose to be opened then maybe they shouldn't have a job. This place is getting worse and worse. Enough with the spaced-out drug addicts who move in slow motion and can't do anything right or quickly. Waited 10 minutes for a cup of coffee when the 2 cars ahead of me had simple orders. They told me they were of out XL cups (how did that happen? Everywhere else has them.) So they charged me for an XL but then handed me a large. A dopey, spaced out kid at the window asked for my debit card. My cup of coffee is not ready even though there are 3 people in the kitchen standing around doing nothing. He said he could also give me a small cup of coffee so it would "even out". I told him that I only wanted to hold one cup of coffee. Frustrated, I asked for a refund. (I am over this place.) He refunded a large cup. I complained. He said they refunded a large cup since that's what I got. I said "but you charged me for an XL you just didn't have big enough cups so you handed me a large." Blinking and staring blankly for a moment he walked to the register and handed me 2 quarters. I have spoken with the manager of this travesty more than once about the staff. She sounded frustrated about the employees and that "new people are starting". That just isn't good enough. If the owner is serious about making a go of this place then that person should be on-site until things are in order. This is a fault of management/ownership. Fix the employees or replace them. I have been in the position of hiring Lancaster born-and-raised employees and it is very challenging. Other locations have found a way to do manage it, though, so that's no excuse. Perhaps it should just close since they clearly are not serious. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts has always been a little slow to begin with but lately, I have been waiting over 5 minutes in drive thru for a simple drink. No food. One time I went and waited for over 15 minutes. It made me late and when I got a chance to order, I just drove off. The sucky thing is that there is no way out if you want to get out of the drive thru lane. So if you want to leave and there are cars ahead of you, you're stuck. Please get better management on this store! I don't understand only one person working drive thru & the front lobby is closed. If workers are quitting, look at management.
