I had a horrible experience beyond horrible! I waited at the front for over 30 minutes, and to make matter wrost the staff was just standing around on there phones! Then my iced chi is completely wrong i asked for oak milk because I have stomach promblem, and got whole milk asked if i could change it and they refused to fit it! And I have coffe grounds in the bottom of my drink I don't understand how coffee grounds get in a bottom of a drink that has no coffee in it in the first place! Consistently awful customer service. There are a few extremely rude employees here. They act as if any question you may have is a complete inconvenience to them, and their lack of professionalism and bad attitude is enough to ruin your entire experience. We don't go often, but after this last visit, we most likely won't be back. The girl taking our order was rude, unhelpful, and even snarky. We asked what flavor jelly was in the jelly donuts, I kid you not her reply was, "red." At the window, it seemed my app coupon wasn't applied, and she snaps, "Well, if it didn't take it, you don't get it. Must be expired." even though you can clearly see the expiration date. It turns out the coupon was applied, it just didn't show up on the monitor for some reason. Mind you, the girl who took our order wasn't the one ringing us up, she just felt the need to get involved. When we finally received our items, I looked over our receipt and realized we were charged twice for the one coffee we ordered....and our donuts taste dry and stale as if they were sitting there for days. With the limited selection available, that might actually be the case. What a disappointment. We won't be back. Poor quality items, bad service and excess charges are too much to overlook. There are way better places in Elkhart to go....and I will gladly bring my business to those places that offer a smile and fresh treats. read more

I don't understand what goes on with Dunkin, they get a good crew working and service is top notch then suddenly it seems like they wipe out the whole crew and service is horrible. I have been going to Dunkin pretty much daily. Went to new one last Friday in Osceola - Twin Branch location and it's like they didn't even know how to operate. They ended up locking the door early in the morning because they couldn't handle it, let alone they didn't even know how to make a common drink. I decided today to try the one in Elkhart, went through drive through placed my order which was not difficult at all, M-iced brown butter toffee with cold foam and a small hot chai latte, got to window they asked what I had ordered, as I was telling the girl she is walking away. It took them over 5 minutes to make these drinks. I was looking inside the window and saw a girl vaping behind the counter. There was about 6 people in there working that I could see. I get my order it is a small iced chai with cold foam and med iced brown butter toffee. They handed me my drinks and just shut the window and turned away. I sat there because I hadn't paid. I waited for them to turn around and asked if they wanted my money and he shook his head no. I waited for nearly 10 minutes to get someone to take my order. Mind you it was just a mobile order. As soon as I pull out a white man pulls in and he quickly gets his order taken as well as the cars behind him. Definitely racist store. Just as I was reaching out to open the door to walk in, an employee from inside locked the door and walked away with no explanation. A year ago, these things were unheard of. I just waited in drive thru 15 min. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese muffin, it came in bag with muffin slid off the sandwich, just thrown together, muffin wasnt toasted, was dry, so i just ate meat and egg. I asked for a frozen butter pecan coffee, she said cant do frozen, so i saw person in front of me order an iced coffee, so i said can i get an iced coffee then? No only hot coffee. I order a lg coffee with 5 pumps vanilla, cream and 4 sugars, was barely sweet. So not done right. I get to window, sge hands me a bag of 3 hashbrowns after she repeated to me my order of saus egg and chhese muffin, 2 hash browns and my coffee. Im like no, i ordered 2 hb, sandwich and coffee, she didnt apologize, just handed me my food, still left the 3 smashed falling apart hashbrowns in the bag, which i threw out. I would have gone to window again, but waiting another 15 to 20 min wasnt something i wanted to do. Not sure why people in front of me, people in window of dunkin, and people behind me got iced coffees but i was told they werent doing anything but hot. Worst customer service I've ever had. Waited for 30 minutes just to get my coffee and food. Then, after finally having my order made, I was given the order without any receipt nor even a word of thanks at all... Then, went to sip my coffee and it went all down the front of me and in my car because the lid wasn't on. Got the lid on and attempted to sip again and there was a hole in the lid so coffee went all over myself and my car again. Went into the store and the lady that didnt give me a receipt and didn't put my lid on happened to be the manager. Was told by her that there wasn't anything they could do because I didn't have a receipt... SHE didn't give me the receipt!? Then I was told to call the store manager who on the phone told me his employees accused me of swearing the staff out and acting crazy... never happened... then he also said I needed proof of a receipt and that my coffee went all over the car... unreal. I've gone to this Dunkin several times as it is near my work. A few months ago I asked for vanilla syrup in my latte and they put vanilla swirl in. I went in to the store to tell them and instead of telling me how to order correctly, I was rudely told it was a because I ordered it wrong. Customer service is always terrible, I decided not to go back until yesterday. Every time I pull up to order I have to wait a few minutes before anybody speaks over the speaker and when they do they aren't pleasant. Yesterday I decided to go back because I had a Dunkin gift card which I added to the online app. I waited in line for 20 minutes before reaching the window (at this time I was already late to work) I attempted to use the gift card to pay but the lady kept informing me that it wasn't working and said I had to pay cash or card. I also have multiple points on my account so I tried to use one of my free coffee rewards - the lady rudely continued to tell me it wouldn't work and I had to pay. I forgot my wallet at home and did not have any money - I ended up leaving empty handed and late to work. The customer service and environment at this Dunkin' has never failed to disappoint me. I wish I could review without any stars and I wish there was a Dunkin Doughnuts closer to me besides this one. The service is HORRIBLE! Someone needs to get in there and straighten up the disrespectful lazy employees. On more than one occasion when I pull up to the drive thru I'm asked "what I want". 90% of the time I'm interrupted while placing my order to be asked a question that could wait until I'm finished speaking. I've never seen or heard (yes I said heard) anyone smile while being greeted at the drive thru or inside. They all act like they are made to be there and aren't getting paid. I've never been told thank you for coming or have a nice day... nothing. It's the worst service EVER. I really love the coffee so I deal with the awful customer service but if I have the time to drive out to Cass I do. Everyone working there acts like it's a huge inconvenience for you to come there. Sometimes I come here and the baristas are nice and the coffee taste great! But I would say more often than not they seem stressed and take it out on customers by being short with them at register. I'll wait for my single coffee while orders taken after me will get filled first with food and multiple drinks (this has happened a few times). There was a young girl I know who went into a panic attack here and they were extremely rude and handled the situation AWFULLY from what I have been told. Also had a bad experience here. Wife and I stopped in one day for a treat and the didn't have their bagel or muffin choices listed nor were they in the front with the donuts. So our cashier had to go ask. Meanwhile we noticed like 5 employees just standing around talking and laughing in the drive thru service area like they had nothing to do while the young woman at the counter and one guy in the back did all the work. So they rung up our order. Turns out they were out of every choice my wife wanted and the muffin they brought me was in a brown paper bag smashed into 4-5 pieces. The woman apologized it was the last one and asked if it was ok? Um... So we just gave up and asked for a full refund. They messed up the refund and gave us the wrong amount so the manager came over and get testy with us and even swore. I love Dunkin' so I hope they get things worked out. We'll try other new locations. Some suggestions... 1. Put everything on the menu OR have it with the donuts so you know what you can order. 2. Don't make the main cashier space right across from the entryway. As more customers comes in it makes a horrible bottleneck and they can't see what they want to order. 3. Teach employees to be busy cleaning or helping or something when they are not fulfilling an order. Visit a Chik-fil-a and watch their employees in action asking how they can server or taking your trash or whatever. 4. Make all the new Dunkin's bigger. This facility is by far the worst restaurant to go to. Despite the fact your ice may look clean, the ice chute (where your ice is made) is CAKED in mold. Delicious, right? Doesn't stop there. There are literally bugs that crawl through the sugar packets, Employees don't follow the single use glove rule, they wear the gloves so long you might as well be using your bare hand to touch the product. Many times, Way more than often. You are told you're getting decaf when it's actually not, same with dark roasy, or you way over pay for cold brew and when out the General Manager Quincey Bishop says "just use iced coffee. They won't know.". If you're a fan of the lovely frozen beverages Dunkin has to offer, you will love this next section. The blenders used are not washed as told. Often times, They don't include the sugar mandatory to them otherwise, making them bitter. The machine isn't wiped after usage, so that caramel drink you're drinking, has mocha, hazelnut, strawberries, And blue raspberry in it. Yummmm. Often times, Although prepped and ready Quincey will allow the employees to say "we are out of ----" He himself will not resolve conflict. He only gets angry himself. Instead of fixing your concerns he gets angry and will often catch an attitude. And if he knows you and doesn't like you??? You'll get different flavors, Tea and coffee, decaf, water and whatever else he wants to put in it. This dunkin is awful and to make matters worse the higher boss, Bill Mackovick knows what's going on andrefuses to take action against the negative employees. This is one bad company. read more

I think America should be running away from this Dunkin. Stopped for a simple cup of coffee this morning and between the drive-through and actually going in to get my coffee I wasted over 20 minutes. Was told that they do the orders as they are received. While I understand the logic in this I also believe in this case it doesn't work. What's wrong with having someone (like the cashier) handle the simple cream and sugar coffee orders?
