Everyone there is nice but it's way too expensive to be good. And don't act like the smoothies Steve the best ones out there because I can make better ones at home. It was like $7 for a small ass child sized cup of a smoothie and that's a complete rip off!!! I already paid for it before I realized how much it was. Never going back. Definitely not worth it. Don't come by here. Go somewhere else and pay that kind of money for better food.

The quality of healthy live and great food, not to mention juicing and smoothies is excellent!

Side salad with house made Italian dressing. yum.

Oh. My. Word. An organic cafe...in Elkhart? Yes! Short and sweet...there is nothing like this in all of Michiana. My fam and I have to go to Chicago to get anything like this, and here we are, in little ol' Elkhart with an organic cafe. My wife and I had a date night and we spent it at Moringa Tree. Best decision we could have made. The folks running this gem, Jenny and Andy, are amazing. The cafe itself is located in an old house, redone to be quite cozy and well decorated. We felt at home in this place. You order at the counter and we had a pizza with sauteed mushrooms and kale, raw cheddar cheese, and instead of tomato sauce, it was more like salsa. All that on a homemade sourdough crust (the dough was fermented in house). It was absolutely delicious. No, it wasn't Papa John's shiny greasy drunk food, but you actually know what the hell you are eating. Also had a salad with housemade italian dressing. Get it. Finally, as a super surprise from Jenny, we had a piece of mind blowing chocolate cake with a berry reduction sauce. Pray that you get to be blessed with this treat. She can tell you all the ingredients in the cake. None of which starts with "High", "Fructose", or the letter x. Eat here. Now.

I love organic and Whole Foods, so this place was the perfect fit! A quiet, hometown feel with great customer service! The smoothie bow was filling and incredibly "nutty". 10/10 would recommend.

A gem in a surprisingly odd location, northern Indiana. Great to see new influences in the midwest to introduce healthier choices amongst a sea of never ending cheese, fat, and carb filled other restaurants. The food and juices are great and I will make sure to visit here each time I am in town. High marks all around to front and back of house.

Fiesta bowl with chicken and guacamole and a small detox juice!

They weren't stingy with the toppings either. Homemade chips, juicy burger, good size portions - and VERY reasonable prices - couldn't be better. Now, our waitress Kayla was wonderful too! It was one of the better restaurant experiences that we've had recently. Located a mile north of the Indiana Toll Road, we found this place based on a search knowing this area was where we wanted to stop for dinner on our traverse to Chicago. It looked like a fun spot from the description and was certainly something different. An additional consideration was that we had our 21-month-old granddaughter and needed a place where we could so find something that appealed to her. Burgers are usually a good bet. The location on Simonton Lake was beautiful. It facilitated a treat before we ever stepped into the restaurant. There was a family of swans on the water with the parents and their six cygnets. They were indeed fun to watch. The lake created a wonderful setting from the outset. Upon entry, we were greeted by the friendly staff and were accommodated with a booth in the main dining room quickly. Our waitress, Kayla, attended to us right away and did a terrific job. We were well cared for during our visit. The food was delivered in a timely fashion without undue delay. We started with an order of Onion Rings, which turned out to be a great choice. They were crispy with flavorful breading that was not so thick as to be overwhelming. We also tried a couple of cocktails. While we like a glass of wine with our meal, we're not really cocktail people. But these intrigued us. I tried the Peach Sangria, which was very good. My wife had the Jameson Ginger Sparkler. Jameson and Ginger Ale has been a favorite of hers since we experienced the Jameson Factory tour in Dublin several years ago. This concoction was a nice take on that theme. Both drinks were "dangerous" because they were so tasty that you didn't notice they contained alcohol. In spite of the fact that this is primarily a burger pub, we found two salads that intrigued us for our mains. One was actually in keeping with the theme of the restaurant, as my wife had the Flippin Burger Salad. As the name suggests, it featured burger on greens with her choice of honey mustard dressing. She shared that with our granddaughter. They were both happy with the choice. I had the Flippin Whitefish Salad. The fish was nicely done and it seemed appropriate since we were by the lakeshore. I found it to be quite satisfying with the raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Unfortunately, they no longer make their Mango Chardonnay Dressing that used to accompany this salad. I've never had the chance to try it but it sounds like they should consider bringing it back. The total for our meals with food, drinks, tax and tip was $68. At $34 each as well as having enough to feed a toddler, we were very happy with this given the experience. We'll look forward to a return visit now that we know this place is there.
