Nice medium-sized health food grocery store with a sandwich and juice bar with three tables. The wrap and sandwich were good and the portion sizes were just right. The smoothie was a classic - banana, strawberry, apple juice and ice. The store and restroom were nice and very clean. We did wish there had been a changing table in the restroom. There were many items on sale in the store and a nice selection of products. So often on the drive between Toledo and Chicago, we've had to settle for unhealthy snacks from convenience stores because it's still hard to find good vegan options along the way. The staff explains the menu and how ordering works really well. The only thing that was left to do was pick a flavor. I went with an açaí tea, with a pomegranate energy boost and a brownie batter smoothie. Both were delicious. The tea is like a really good cup of coffee without the jitters. That feeling you usually get at like 3pm where you're begging to go back to kindergarten just for the chance to have nap time again. The smoothie was like eating brownie batter out of the bowl (one of my personal favorite past times) without the weird sugar coma and inevitable regret. I recommend both, but I also totally want to try the pumpkin flavors. I recommend going in and talking to staff before deciding.

Somehow these clowns managed to ring it up as a 20 oz Pineapple Recovery and two 44 oz smoothies. When I pointed it out, instead of fixing their screw-up, they shoved the receipt in my face like that proved anything. Newsflash: your receipt just shows how badly you botched the order. If your cashier can't handle the basic task of punching buttons on a register, maybe they shouldn't be behind the counter. Don't dump your mistakes on me. I don't pay extra for incompetence. This location is a complete embarrassment. The crew doesn't care, the service is trash, and the management clearly isn't doing their job. I'll drive past this joke of a store every time and happily go 20 minutes out of my way to Mishawaka where people can actually read, listen, and get it right.
