I used to go through this Dunkin' at least twice a week before the pandemic began. It was a quick stop while driving to appointments. Once COVID19 hit, several employees did not follow protocol. One employee in particular wears his mask below his nose as he heats the food. I mentioned this to the manager to no avail. It happened a second time. This time I took my coffee and left without taking the food (even though I'd paid for it.) Today, I thought I'd give this Dunkin' a final shot. When I pulled up to the take out speaker; no one greeted me. I politely said "Hello." No answer. I waited several seconds and said "Hello" into the speaker again, whereupon I got this irritated employee's reply, "Don't do that. I'll be with you in a minute." My answer was, "You're rude, and you won't be with me in a minute because i'm leaving." Unsanitary store with rude management and employees. read more

Do not go to this dunkin donuts! It is the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to and it is a shame because it's the only 1 in the area and we typically prefer dunkin over starbucks. However we have now switched over to become loyal starbucks customers. This dunkin cuts corners, is very cheap and doesnt even make your coffee properly. For example when you order an iced coffee they don't mix the syrup or sugar and they over fill it with so much ice that you cant stir it to try to make it properly on your own. Another example is when you order a hot coffee they don't fill it up. I have now on 2 occasions received beverages that have only been filled 2 thirds of the way please see my picture. I wish this location was better. I try to come here everyday since it's on my way to work for coffee and breakfast. Sometimes the drink taste fine but most days the coffee is watery and whenever I get a chai latte it taste "chemically" if that's an adjective. Also for the breakfast, idk if they toast the bagel when I order it toasted and it's just still stale or if they don't care and never toast it. Typically the people are super nice at the window but I'm tired of hoping "maybe today itll taste better". I need to accept it's just a bad location. I've always received horrible and rude service, today was the FIRST time I didn't leave this location unhappy and I think the woman at the window, Melanie, was the reason why. She actually smiled and wasn't the least bit rude! This is, by far, the worst Dunkin I've ever been to, and I gave them several tries. First, the staff is incredibly unfriendly, borderline hostile. Second, the food is always sloppy (I mean, how hard is it to put the cheese ON the bagel?!) and looks like it's been tossed around. Third, their coffee (my whole reason for going there) that I love at literally all other locations I've been to, tastes disgustingly stale and burnt as if either a) they don't clean the coffee machines, or b) they reheat and reuse very old coffee. I seriously need to figure out how to get the health department in there to inspect. It's remarkably terrible. I don't usually review anything, but I felt I needed to on this one. :( read more

I've visited this location a handful of times in my 3 years living in the area. Almost everytime the same rude man takes my order at the drive through. Cuts me off, rushes me...so much so that my husband refuses to go to this location at all. Another issue is if you ask for decaf you only get it half the time. Finally, today, and the driving force behind my decision to leave a review, is I witnessed a man pick up my hash browns from the toaster tray with his BARE HANDS and then continues to touch everything else is sight. I order the same iced coffee drink every time I go and every single time it comes out with either a very nice blend of coffee, creamer and sugar, or pure coffee and no hint of any other ingredient in use. I refuse to eat at this Dunkin Donuts after watching an employee drop a donut on the floor. He looked around to see if anyone was looking. I believe had I not made (and held) eye contact the person at the drive thru window would have been served that donut. I stopped here to get a quick coffee and breakfast sandwich. A little lady greeted me at the drive-thru window and took my money for my order. Everything was fine until I noticed she was collecting money and preparing sandwiches without gloves. I sat and watched this little lady dig her dirty nails in my egg, toast, and sausage. This is my go-to dunkin donuts when I'm back at my parents' house - I frequent it more than I want to admit! Everyone there is always very friendly, the service is generally prompt, and they never mess up my order. My one complaint? They never stock garlic bagels!!! When I asked for one they said they never have had them and acted like I was crazy, but my local DD in Southern MD (as well as most I've been to) always has them... The DD store at 1945 Liberty Rd in Eldersburg MD has consistently served properly cooked food and gotten our multi-item orders at the Drive-Thru, ever since we began patronizing this location when they first opened years ago. We rarely go inside since we are usually on the run, and the Drive Thru staff seems to know how to get the orders correct. We tried using a newer, closer DD in the same area when they opened up a few years ago on Sykesville RD, but that store rarely ever gets an order correct and we have been disappointed almost every time when items are missing or not prepared as ordered. I see other reviewers have had bad experiences at this Liberty Rd location but, my wife and I have been *very* satisfied with the accuracy and care the staff has exhibited to us when using their Drive Thru service. Big Hint: always check your bag & take inventory of its contents before driving away from any Drive Thru pickup window. read more

This is the only Dunkin within a 10 mile radius, and if I'm traveling outside this radius, I happily wait to get my coffee at another location. I'm more than willing to drive by it on my way down Liberty and feel no pull to stop at this location, just knowing that the Owings Mills or Randallstown stores (and pleasnt staff!) are 15 minutes away. This is the ONLY Dunkin Donuts I've been to in Maryland or DC that consistently provides poor service. The staff are either very rude or impatient, depending on who you are lucky enough to get that day. And now I have to taste my drink before I leave because of the few times my "caramel macchiato" was just a "macchiato." They are in desperate need of Customer Experience training, from the initial greeting to handing you your product. The entire interaction is just lacking. read more

I've read some of the reviews, but mine has nothing to do with the personnel inside. I went there the other day, to park in the back, but there was this guy hanging out on his dirt bike. I left, and went elsewhere to eat. I ride my bike legally. He wasn't a biker or anything, just riff raff. But I wasn't about to park my bike ANYWHERE NEAR him. NO WAY. I called the store the next day, and asked for the Manager, and told them about the situation. They said thanks for calling and letting them know. I have given this Dunkin a million chances due to it being fast food. The owner is literally so rude it's horrible. I have seen him yell at customers who have complained their order is wrong. Today I went through the drive in as I have done lately to not deal with the owner. When I got my order I said thank you and the lady just shut the door in my face, I pulled up a little because I thought it was weird and checked my order. I got a chocolate sprinkled donut and a medium coffee with extra ice (because they give you 2 ice cubes normally) my coffee was perfect in the sense it had actual ice in it, however the donut looked like someone licked it. I went inside and asked for a different donut which the owner proceed to ask me what kind, when I said the same kind unless they all look like that. He then yelled at me and said the chocolate is hot and that's why it looked all messed up. Due to him yelling at me I asked for my money back which mad him more mad. He gave me my money back as every employee just stared at us. This is the last time I give this place my money. I suggest the local coffee shop up the road. read more

I went to this dunkin and ordered 7 items two drinks and food. They even repeated it and we drove up and the only thing they said they heard was the two drinks. We spent 15 minutes going back and forth because they charged us for the food but would not give us our whole order. The manager was so rude and pointed and shook her finger at me and this by far was the most terrible and rude experience I've ever had at a any place. They also messed up the guys order infront of us in the drive thru and took us a total of 20 minutes to leave dunkin. Worst Dunkin' Donuts experience i have ever had . It's DD it doesn't take much to leave a customer with a good experience. First off, there was employees cursing right outside the store.F*** this, f*** that blah blah. I walked past them to enter the store, just to fine out it was messy inside, not to bad through. But it shows the employees don't care across the board. So i came in to get a blueberry and a chocolate glazed dunut. They don't have either. Didn't have to much of anything made. I come to the register, and just order a 25 ct of munchkins.(normally they ask which ones you want after you pay) not this time Lol, they just straight handed me a premade mixed box. And by this point the employees that were cursing right outside are now inside cursing behind the register. Kids were in the store too. So i politely say the munchkins i actually wanted.so the employee that rang me, is now picking my donuts in the gloves that he just handle money with. Wasn't busy at all, so someone could've been cleaning. Other employees were on their cell phones chilling . And also, didn't give me a receipt for my order.
