This location is extremely slow! Daily! The drive thru takes 20 minutes, sometimes longer! Ridiculous!! Does the mgr even care!

I confess ... I did a very bad thing during a recent visit here. You see, I wanted a Dunkin' coffee badly, but, the drive-through line was backed up out onto the main road, effectively blocking the entrance - even for people who just wanted to park and go inside. The car that was in front of me apparently was jonesing for a Dunkin' coffee too, because he did the same thing I was about to do - we both used the parking lot's exit, to enter (thankfully, no one was leaving at the time). After we parked our vehicles to go inside, he said to me, "I wasn't about to block the road." I felt the same way. Long drive-up lines that spill out onto the main road is an all-too-common problem with many Dunkin' locations, which are sited on lots that are really too small to support such volume of traffic. But, that's beyond the scope of this review. Other than being squeezed onto a lot that is too small (which cost it one star off the rating), I was highly impressed with this Dunkin', which completed an extensive remodeling earlier this year, an employee said. Foremost among the improvements is an inviting, nicely-landscaped, patio in front, complete with a fabric canopy (of course, there's not much of a view, unless you're into endless traffic whizzing by on Taunton Avenue). Indoors is small, but very clean and bright, and the employees seemed more happy and cheerful than the average Dunkin' workers. Even though the building's footprint is tiny, they do have a bathroom for customers. Went in for 4 BEC on croissants, a frozen coffee, and an iced coffee on mobile order thru the dunkin app and was very happy with it all! The space is clean, well decorated for the holidays, and the staff were nice. One of them seemed stressed and apologized for me having to wait (I did not wait long at all, but appreciate the concern for me!) Very good experience and food and drink were great! read more

This is the one that started it all for me. Sunday mornings, my brother and I would ride our bikes up here early in the morning and oh how the donuts were fresh! Anyway....That was in the past. Today, things are kind of different in look and feel but its still very good. This location does a good job of keeping fresh donuts available. They have a very good fast friendly crew. Rude staff. Also they don't care about your order, you could ask for one drop of cream and they will put 1/2 cup worth and then stink eye you when you send it back. The employee with the undercut is rude and needs to find a different path. read more

Love the apple and spice donuts at d&d so got two today. To my disappointment when I went to bite into it, there was barely any filling at all. When I say barely I'm not exaggerating. I opened the second one thinking maybe it was a fluke, nope second one had even less. I get them bc of the filling. If I wanted a cinnamon donut I'd order a cinnamon powdered donut. I come here almost everyday after I get out of work. Best dunkin's in a while that has consistency on their customer service. Marquis Doucette I usually see at 5 or around 3 in the afternoon is a employee who always has a smile and greets me almost like we are family, Gustavo Cardosa and Tatyana I sometimes see in the morning they always are friendly and make sure my order is always correct and to my liking as well as Marquies. read more

I go there five times a day at least and and all of them five times maybe one time they would actually put the right amount of sugar which is 7 sugars so I always ask if they can stir it for me because the new covers you can shake it like before. I arrive at this location at 8:40 thinking I would be able to buy coffee only to be ignored I checked online the hours of the establishment and it say they close at 9pm. Needless to say I was very disappointed because they were closing up way before Schedule and I wouldn't have a problem normally but I work over night and depend on the coffee to keep me up. read more

Normally always enjoy this Dunkin, preferably over the others in the area. Staff is usually very friendly and good at what they do. My coffee is always as described. Today however, I came by and was greeted by an employee that went by the name Kendra. She was unpleasant and very rude. I've never actually came across this employee as I have always passed by on my morning commutes to work but I am appalled that this young lady was so rude and seemed to not want to deal with customers. While I was still able to to kick ass at the gym, this particular Dunkin was my go-to stop on the way home. Friendly service, above average iced coffee and they're always well stocked with donuts and pastries. A bit of a surprise they've never messed up a single order through the drive thru. I rate this against other D&D's. Service excellent. Coffee, served correctly with no problems. Bagel.Toasted hours ago and then microwaved so it could be served hot. Much hotter than a toaster could make a bagel. Also soggy but dry. Other Dunkins in the area and they don't Microwave the bread items. read more

This is the Dunkin I've used for 17 years. Not any more. They make mistake after mistake and 90% of the staff are rude or don't pay attention to you at all. I've had so many bad experiences at this location. From having to ask (more than once) for my debit card back so I could leave the drive through while two girls had a conversation about their weekend plans, to just throwing out the coffee because it wasn't fixable. It used to be the best in EP but the staff they've hired over the last year or so ruined that completely. Save your time and money and keep going just down the road. read more

They seldom / never mess up my coffee, which is not very common of this company. They're always friendly and accommodating, so when they do slip up you don't feel attacked about it. very professional and located conveniently, so this is my usual quick stop before the work day. :-) read more
