Found a piece of sausage at the bottom of my coffee. I don't know if it's the management or what but the employees are not friendly. I walked in to grab my mobile order and one of the workers said "the bathroom is closed" with a LOT of attitude which I wasn't even going to. And then when I was walking out she was complaining about getting yelled at by management for the bathrooms being dirty after a shift saying "you wouldn't understand unless you worked here." I've also come here pretty early to get coffees to which they won't respond to the speaker at the drive through. I wouldn't waste my time or money at this particular Dunkin. read more

Since the pandemic started I had to go to some different coffee places when possible. Dunkin has actually turned into a really great spot. I really don't go to Tim's now because they've fallen off. I very heavily recommend their iced coffee, their cold brew (especially the chocolate stout), and their iced matcha latte! read more

This Dunkin' is probably the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. I'm always nice and friendly to the staff when ordering or waiting anywhere, but they are always rude no matter what. Also, my order is always messed up. Today it wasn't busy at all when I pulled up to the drive thru, I ordered an avocado toast which wasn't even toasted and never is whenever I order it here, and I ordered the veggie egg white bites because I don't eat pork/bacon. Since I was in a rush, I couldn't check what they gave me and drove off. They ended up giving me the bacon and cheddar bites. I found out by taking a bite of one while driving and spit it out immediately. So disappointed and annoyed, they absolutely do not care and I've heard this from other friends as well. read more

Stopped in Sunday February 19, 2023 around lunchtime. Place was a little busy. My wife and I ordered decaf coffee. Waited about 20 minutes with customers behind us getting their drinks. The entire crew was young and full of scowls and arguing with customers. My wife picked up a decaf coffee which the one girl said it was. My wife looked at it and it was wrong drink and other girl yelled at her for taking someone else's drink. The entire crew working there sucked and had no customer service skills. Please let me preface this by saying I really love Dunkin' coffee. Their brew-at-home french vanilla coffee is my lifeblood and I will always continue buying it, regardless of any terrible drive-thru experiences I have. I just want to bring this to someone's attention because honestly, it was so BIZARRE. The woman taking my order was arguably the rudest person I've ever met. I work in customer service and I have my fair share of horror stories (seems like a lot of the reviews here on Yelp are from crazy customers oops), but she was downright NASTY with me for ordering coffee. I've never experienced anything like that. I pull up to the drive-thru speaker. "Look at the menu," the voice through the speaker barked. Well, okay. I mean, she could've been busy or something, it happens. I guess I'm just used to y'know, a "hello" or a "I'll be with you in a few minutes!" The voice returned. "What do you want," she stated. I rattled off my order for a coffee (large cold brew, black) and a bagel (plain, toasted with pumpkin cream cheese judge me I'm basic whatever). "Anything else," the voice challenged. I had an under-caffeinated passenger in my car. "Yes, actually!" There was an audible huff followed by an even more irritable "what ELSE do you want?" Wow. I'm sorry for existing and inconveniencing you with my business. My friend ordered a large iced coffee with caramel and was cut off mid-order. "Cream? Sugar? What's in the coffee?" Which, granted, is a very fair question and I would have no problem being interrupted with that if she wasn't so NASTY about it. I clarified that I did not want any cream or sugar in the coffee. She honestly sounded like she wanted to murder us. I've never experienced anything like this. I'm sure we've all had our fair share of indifferent drive-thru employees, but they're at least professional? This was a whole different level. The order was never repeated back to us, and there wasn't a screen to confirm the order. I remained neutral and thanked her anyway because I wasn't going to let the cactus lodged up her ass affect MY day, so we just pulled up to the window to pay. The poor kid manning the window looked unbelievably stressed out, he was exceptionally courteous with me. It really seemed like he was trying to do damage control for the nasty employee barking at drive-thru customers. My friend's coffee had cream and sugar in it and I did not receive my cold brew that I ordered. I let the poor boy at the window know that I ordered a coffee and didn't get it and he was very prompt in making a coffee for me. I hope he's doing okay. My friend decided to drink the creamy sugary coffee she received because she wanted to get the hell away from that place. I'm not giving this a 1-star review because it's literally just coffee and there are worse things in life. I like Dunkin' Donuts and I'm going to continue buying their products. But general/regional managers - if you're out there and reading this, maybe look into your staff at this location? There's a Tim Horton's RIGHT next door and if that employee treats every customer like that, I have a feeling they're going to take their business elsewhere. read more

I ordered an iced coffee but they gave me a hot coffee so I went inside to get my order corrected and one of the workers said to me "I know I'm not wrong I took your order. You ordered a hot coffee. Horrible experience here. Was passing through on a trip. Normally at home I am a regular and go to Dunkin every morning. Here everyone was completely disorganized, they didn't have enough staff, and on top of that they were rude. I asked them to refill my DUNKIN cup, which is a discounted refill. They tried to charge me full price. Took forever to make my drink, and when I got it, did not taste right (the machines are automated, should be pretty consistent). I'm from Southern California, and most of our donuts (besides those from Krispy Kreme) are generally covered in fattening, glazed sugar, that is so thick it's oftentimes wet and sloppy. This is certainly not the case for Dunkin' Donuts of Dunkirk! Prior to my strawberry sprinkle donut, I ordered a Turkey and Cheese Flatbread sandwich and was completely satisfied with that and my sweetened tea. The sandwich was neat and had just the right amount of every ingredient prepared. The tea was a little sweet, but refreshing, and as for the donut, a perfectly created cake with just enough pink strawberry frosting, and sprinkles that stay-put. I only wish that there was a location in Southern California that I could visit! read more

Show up at 6 when they said they are open on website set at drive thru order intercom until 610 girl finally gets on and says we wont be open for 5 more minutes im like aren't you supposed to be open at 6? We just left this Dunkirk location. Order 3 breakfast sandwich in deuce thru with a iced coffee and regular coffee. We realized after pulling away from window they gave us 2 hot coffees instead of ice coffee. We were just going to go on our way but pulled sandwich out and was wrong also. Husband turned around and went back in to get correct order and was getting grief/arguing from the girls in the store and another one stating she is busy with other things! I think one star is a very generous rating for this particular Dunkin' Franchise. I am a former employee of Dunkin Donuts, and I am continuously blown away by the incompetence of the workers this establishment employs. Not only are they rude, lazy, and overall unpleasant, they also have gotten almost every single order of mine wrong. They are a prime example of poor customer service, and need to be better trained. Normally I love Dunkin donuts go there all the time when I'm home but almost Everytime I go into this one something ends up wrong. I went inside cause I've never had a good experience at the drive thru at this location, got my normal order of iced coffee and plain bagel with ham egg and cheese. I was one of two people in there so it wasn't too busy. The coffee was good but my order was wrong not once but twice. First I received a plain bagel with cream cheese, than when I told them I got ham egg and cheese they gave me an English muffin. I stop at this location occasionally in the morning for a coffee cake muffin and within the past few months the service has become horrible. I had to stop using the drive thru because the service was so slow and cashiers were rude. Lately the service inside the restaurant is just as bad. Ridiculously slow and cashiers seem confused as to how to do their jobs. Also, I usually stop there around 10am and the inventory is non existent at that time for some reason. They are out if everything. On top of all that the last time I was there (Friday) I ordered 2 coffee cake muffins. After paying for them I was informed they only had one available so I asked for one coffee cake and one chocolate chip. When I got to work and attempted to eat my muffins I discovered they were rock hard and inedible and also that I was given blueberry instead of chocolate chip. Giant fail. read more

Don't go to this Dunkin Donuts if you want a specialty coffee. If you want a normal coffee with cream and sugar they can do that, but compared to the many Dunkin Donuts I have been to outside of Dunkirk the quality of the specialty drinks is shoddy at best. So if you want Coffee and a Donut go ahead you wont be disappointed but if you want a flavored Coolata, Run Away. read more

I would like to start off by saying I really like DD coffee, and prefer it to Tim Horton's, but I refuse to go to this location due to the customer service. This has some of the worst employees I have ever encountered. One employee told me I had to hurry up with my decision because "she is being timed", which is highly unprofessional to tell the customer. And just now they refused to take two orders per car ( me and my friend were separate), and they said they wouldn't take two orders. After which the order was screwed up and when I went back inside to get a refund, they told me I needed a receipt, but they never gave me a receipt. The manager also lied and said that she saw the worker give me a receipt, but that was a lie. I will not be going back, and recommend that the owners supervise their employees better, because it is very unfortunate that due to the customer service occulting here, so many people are turning away from Dunkin Donuts, me included. I would give this location zero stars if possible. read more
