In store sub line still sucks and it's still slow, but if you pre-order on the app for pickup it's great 80% of the time now. They did cut the meat portions by like 50% in the last 2 1/2 years, forget things like the extra oil on the side, cut it wrong, forget toppings, skimp on toppings... here and there, but it's better than it was. Sushi: 4.5 stars out of 5. Filling portions have gone down some in the last 2 1/2 years, but quality is still good. It's rare to get old mushy avocado in their sushi now. They always have great new rolls to try. Staff are always friendly working that section too. Pizza: 3 stars out of 5. Staff really like to chit chat with the already snail slow sub station staff and take their sweet time. Skimpy on toppings. Not very good pizza especially in NY where we have amazing pizza all over. Deli: 5 stars Always well stocked with friendly fast staff and great selection. Butcher: 5 stars Always great cuts of meat to make the higher costs more worth it most of the time. Steak cost is out of control though compared to other local places. Always clean with friendly staff. Cheese section: 5 stars really great selection and staff. Flourist: 5 stars Perfect long lasting beautiful bouquets for every season and holiday. Produce: 3.5 stars out of 5 They are okay. Some things really don't last very long once you get them home especially the extremely expensive premade fruit trays and salads. Cashiers: 5 stars so fast and friendly in both sections now! Customer service desk: 5 stars great! Grocery pickup: 5 stars Always the best! So fast, accurate, and friendly. Pharmacy: 5 stars Always so friendly and knowledgeable! Beer selection: 5 stars Phenomenal HUGE rotating selections of local and imported beers as well as large great non alcoholic variety. They have beer on the shelves and a walk in cooler too. Shelf stocking staff: 5 stars Always organized, faced, and clean with a good variety. Stocked well 90% of the time and rarely anything out of date or damaged. Parking lot and cart staff: 5 stars It's so clean and debris free. Carts are always orderly as well as restocked quickly. Bonus: If there's ever a spill, broken glass, or garbage anywhere in the store or parking lot staff are on it IMMEDIATELY. Very clean!

As a Mayville native, I've seen stores come and go. Lost our department store over 30 years ago…read more That wasn't cool. Then the Dollar General came to town. I for one love my Dollar General. It's got just about everything you're looking for, except high-end pricey stuff. I usually find everything I'm looking for, except this one time, I was looking for a shower caddy. The manager said they didn't carry them at our location. A couple weeks later, they had shower caddies. Thank you, Dollar General and our great manager, Gary, for getting this item in the store. They are always expanding and getting new items. The salespeople are always so friendly and very helpful (Laura is my favorite DG helper). I always leave with a smile on my face. Don't know what I'd do without my Dollar General.

Handicapped people with mobility know the importance of mart carts for shopping. If you're going…read moreto Walmart in Fredonia, NY, you're out of luck! This has been an ongoing issues for months! Dead carts, carts not plugged in to charge, carts setting in the parking lot or abandoned because they died somewhere in the store! Other than Tops, Walmart is the ONLY place in town that provides scooter carts. Now, we can't even depend on those! I'd finally had enough the other day after I picked up a nearly dead cart in the parking lot. I went to complain at the Service desk. There were others their with their own issues. The man working behind the counter raised his voice at everyone and told a girl to shut the lights off, which she did. They then walked off and left everyone standing there! I approached a long time employee to discuss my frustration about this ongoing cart issue. Her answer to me? Well, you know, we don't even have to have carts here. We provide them as a service, but we don't have to WOW, just wow! I asked for the managers name so I could address myself to her directly. I was told Colleen but gee, nobody knew her last name! This Wal mart used to be a great place to shop. Under this manager, it's gone down the tubes. Shelves are bare, shopping carts are full of garbage that employees can't be bothered to remove, customers issues are ignored plus so many more issues Soon, the college kids will be back, joy riding through the store on these essential mobility aids and nobody will say a word! Apparently, handicapped shoppers are not needed, welcomed or respected at Walmart Fredonia. My only recourse is to try to bring my own scooter, which I can't unload and load myself, or drive to Hamburg or Lakewood to cleaner, well stocked, customer oriented shopping experience. Handicapped people deserve more! Do better manager Colleen!

The market portion is sizable and has a lot of lesser known brands as well as western New York staples. In addition, they have a butcher counter and a deli counter. Food We walked over to the deli counter and ordered a few sandwiches. I went with the classic Italian on wheat, which was loaded meat and delicious. My wife ordered a turkey wrap and claimed it was one of the best she ever had. We picked up some homemade cookies and a few bags of chips at the counter to complete the meal. The sandwiches were only $9.00 for 6" which seemed reasonable. 5/5 Service All ordering was made at the counter, but staff were friendly and made it an easy experience. The staff at the checkout register were kind and offered additional suggestions that we might like as well. 5/5 Ambiance Tuscany was remarkably organized and very clean. The business was pretty busy that day, but they did a good job keeping everyone moving. 5/5 Tuscany Market & Deli was a hidden gem of the visit. They clearly had regulars that were in and out, which is the sign of a good business. I would recommend checking it out if you haven't already had the pleasure.

I like this one and when shopping Walmart tend to shop here rather than where I usually hang just south of the state boarder in Warren, Pennsylvania. In this Walmart at least you can buy wine and beer. You can't do that in Pennsylvania as wine may only be sold in high priced state owned stores and beer only at a premium price from a beer of liquor licensed bar or beer distributor. Ugh! This Walmart Supercenter also has a much better selection in food.
