It's sad when Crosby's gas station pizza is 10x better than tasta. This is a pizza and wings area. There are so many great places to eat at instead of them. I wish they would notice that they are even losing loyal boomers and people who just eat there out of nostalgia. A lot of local police eat there, but my friend on JPD says half of them just do it out of tradition and wanting to support a local place not out of actually liking it anymore. I don't know what happened, but you can't blame covid because they started going down hill years before covid. Maybe covid will be the last nail in their coffin if they don't get their act back together. 10 years ago I'd say they were top 5 in town now they are at the absolute bottom of the list. Ranking pizzas around Jamestown, Falconer, and Lakewood: 1. Perfect Pizza 2. Sauce 3. La Cocina del a nona (they raised prices big time too, but they are still great quality, flavor, and staff) 4. Allen st diner 5. Danny B's 6. Lena's (A lot like perfect pizza, but the crust is doughy bubble gum sometimes) 7. Honest John's 8. Wegmans cafe as well as take and bake 9. Group therapy 10. Crosby's gas station in Falconer and Randolph 11. Pizza Express 12. Blairs 13. Little Caesars 14. Walmart take and bake 15. Aldi's take and bake 16. Brick city 17. Tops take and bake 18. Dominos in Falconer (Lakewood location is garbage and burns everything) 19. 711 (all premade) 20. Subway pizza sub 21. Tasta Honorable mentions outside of the area that have better pizza than falconer Tasta: Napoli in Warren PA Big John's in Randolph Ashville general store pizza logs in Ashville Hughes hotel in Little Valley

Pace's Pizzeria -- Where Pizza Feels Like Home…read more Pace's Pizza in Jamestown has that vibe where it doesn't feel like just another pizza stop -- it feels like home. The staff? Lovely. Warm. Like old friends greeting you. Their outdoor patio is my favorite spot to dine (weather permitting) -- there's something special about sitting outside, pizza in hand, enjoying summer/early fall evenings. I usually get the Pace's Special -- pepperoni, green peppers, onions, mushrooms (and yes, sausage if you want). It's my go-to order. The crust is decent, sauce is good, toppings fresh -- I like it. It's not pushing into my "top pizza ever" category, but it hits the spot every time. What makes Pace's really stand out for me is the family-friendly atmosphere, the kind of service that makes you feel welcomed (not rushed), and the overall ambiance of a local pizzeria where decades of history show. Founded in 1953 by Dino Pace, and now run by Joe & Alyvia Town, they've kept those old-school roots alive with homemade dough & sauce, fresh toppings, and keeping the community in mind. If you want a pizza place where you feel good just being there -- where the patio breeze, friendly crew, and solid, dependable pies are the draw -- Pace's might not shock you, but it'll always steady you. I'll be back (especially when that patio opens).

In 2016,2017,and 2018 I had so many bad experiences (long waits, wrong orders, multiple overcooked…read moredry inedible pizzas, and getting charged for extra cheese that I never received multiple times) that it made me abandon them even though they're my childhood favorite pizza. I recently drove by with a friend who's never been and he asked about them. I have ALWAYS loved their salads with their amazing homemade Italian dressing, cheese, and pepperoni. I was feeling nostalgic and he wanted to try so I decided to give them one last chance after texting my cousin who said that they've been better since covid. I'm so glad I did! This hit me right in the childhood feels! Amazing salads still, great pizza, and friendly service. Very clean, fast, and accurate like I remembered from my childhood. I'm ready to become a long standing regular again!
