Dunkin' is America's favorite coffee and baked goods chain...mine too!!! This location is convenient, clean and efficient. The DT line is pretty fast & accurate too. They offer a great rewards program as well. My favorite is still the Strawberry Frosted Sprinkle Donut...light & fluffy with just the right amount of pink glaze. Time to make the donuts! read more

This is my go to Dunkin - They know me by my order - Extra Large Decaf with cream and 2 Stevia. Apparently, I'm the only one who ever orders that LOL. They always make me a fresh pot and the staff here is fantastic! So friendly. Keep it up guys, you're rocking it! read more

This Dunkin Donuts is brand new. in front of the Publix, my first time in, l purchased (6) donuts, the guy that took order needs a training session on picking up donuts, very careless, he took the chocolate off the top of both donuts, it's not brain surgery picking up donuts. Awful! I was the only customer in the store. 3 people (that I could see) were "working". I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes until someone even acknowledged that I was there. Then he told me he'd be right with me. They served 3 or 4 more at the drive thru then finally took my order. Never going there again. read more

My church serves hundreds of donuts every Sunday, along with hot coffee. This past Sunday I went into this location to pick up boxes of lemon filled donuts and I was told by the staff that all lemon-filled donuts have been discontinued. This was quite surprising since it's our most popular flavor among the congregants. It would seem that a business that discontinues a popular item isn't listening to their customers, or care how they feel about anything. We will be purchasing our donuts from another shop going forward. read more

I have been to this locations 2 days in a row. Both times the employees were very rude.

On today 3/3/26 appx 7:30am.I arrived at the Dunkin location to collect a Door Dash order.I approached the counter as I watched two young ladies swiftly complete customers orders. Making eye contact with both no one greeted me upon arrival.Thats okay ,once the young lady wearing glasses who advised me she had been there since 3am addressed me with "picking up door dash?) came over.The customer service was almost non existent.Despite her energy I gave her a chipper good morning and asked were they okay?.This is when she responded saying "were making it" I said making it? it's early you should be thriving.She then responded with Ive been here since 3am.I gently reminded her that today would be a great day.Typically with a Door Dash all items are provided which is what prompt Me to ask for straws.She pointed across the room and told me to grab straws there.I said thank you and again wished her a great day.I decided to be so detailed with this review because you never know who your customer is(could be a secret shopper) also this Dunkin is new to the community.I would imagine it would be welcoming and represents the Dunkin brand exceptionally.This location had a 2 star rating and unfortunately I can understand.I would like to encourage this location to work on pushing through the busy mornings and embracing the blessing of employment in such a touch economy ,being kind to others by providing better customer service and to always strive to be better than the day before.Thank you Dunkin for listening.To future customers, let's keep this team uplifted in good spirits they are on their way! read more

Avoid this location. Was there a few weeks ago and they had no doughnuts. None! How does a doughnut place operate with no doughnuts. Also overheard a manager yelling at an employee in a derogatory manner. Poor business practices. read more
