I drive through a fair amount of places. One of my regulars is DD. I like the coffee and occasionally a donut. Can I suggest though, the one by my house may need a new speaker. The young woman at the other end is sweet, but for how long when she gets yelled at because she can't be understood. Come on DD step up. My first and last time, these employees do not understand customer service, the young girl on Sunday had a horrible attitude, l felt l was bothering her to get a coffee and iced tea. l came back today and Stephen was there, l guess it's more important to take out garbage then to wait on customers. My goodness. This place is a hot mess. With only a few people in the restaurant, the employees were completely overwhelmed. I waited to place my order but witnessed a kitchen area in total disarray. Taking orders and expediting food out the door is what this place does, but that wasn't happening at this location. I gave up. As I marched off in a huff, I told a group of people sitting at an outside table, that I abandoned my breakfast plans. They told me they waited an hour for their items. My wish: I hope The Villages doesn't renew the lease of this renegade DD. It is not holding up the superb standards I expect at places that do business in our community. read more

This review is only for this particular Dunkin Donuts in the Spanish Springs. Smaller location, slow service, and the typical clientele makes this a Dunkin a place to go only if you miss the Dunkin just north on 441. Now onto the reason I came to this Dunkin. I wanted to try the Beyond Sausage Sandwich. I sometimes eat vegan or vegetarian and love when a place adds options to their menu. It was a decent sized sandwich and the Beyond Sausage patty was pretty thick. The taste was similar to real sausage but lacked the flavor you get from the fattiness of meat based sausage. With that said, I think this could be a really good option if they offered some kind of sauce (spicy or herbs). read more

This is the best Dukin to go to. Both Debbie and Jeanie are the only 2 who know what they are doing there. Anyone stating the few employees who work their are rude are wrong. Worst customer service I've seen in 60 years, took me 10 mins to get acknowledged then 5 mins to get a coffee, I was the only one in the store. The tall male had a shabby old t-shirt on, had a horrible attitude, like I was bothering him, incredibly rude. I went in 5 times just to be sure he wasn't having a bad day, same service every time. They have Happy Hour from 2-6 p.m.! I paid $1.58 for two coffees! It pays to be with the elderly in Florida. On the downside - I tried the dark roast (I don't think we have this in NY? Or I never noticed). Wasn't a fan. Too burnt tasting, even more so than Starbucks, which I like. It was only $.73, so I can get over it. read more

As usual the coffee is delicious. It is usually our go to coffee place but never at this location. We were there Easter morning. The outside was filthy. Cigarett butts, straws, trash, leaves everywhere. The table don't get a swipe after customer leave so they are grimy after all these people use them. The garbage can, directly next to the front door is filthy and has been leaking liquid for who know how long judging by the stains on the cobbled plaza. Never again. read more

Went there at 5 minutes before 9pm the sign says they close at 10pm. The very crabby lady behind the counter says we are closed. We said really she said well we are about to be. They had no donuts. We asked for hot chocolate She says no hot chocolate. Lazy employee that must want to go home early. read more
