This place is a hot mess. Their TV menu board offered a breakfast empanada and a cinnamon vanilla iced coffee. BUZZER HERE. Nope.. no breakfast empanadas. Reason, it's discontinued. But I just saw it on the menu! Nope. No can do. Okay, how about the cinnamon vanilla iced coffee? BUZZER AGAIN. Nope. Reason, it is also discontinued. So, I ordered 2 items from the flashy screen and got denied each time. Really bad Dunkin. Why do you offer items you don't have? I stop by whenever I'm in the area, sometimes I'll pass a few closer stores to make sure I have a good experience. The coffee and Apple fritters are always great. worst Dunkin I've been to and I go all around Marion county and Sumter, I've personally worked at a Dunkin before and never seen such rude workers that take advantage of their older people. I'm not paying money for a cup full of ice and a little coffee, when she doesn't even have it full I ask if she can fill it please and refuses. adding some more milk wouldn't of hurt but because of their attitude I went ahead and made her dump it out and refund me my money. now they can waste their products and give me money because it was just way too hard to add some more milk to it. absolutely ridiculous how stingy a Dunkin worker can be, you make coffees for a living just do your job. manager wanted to refund me less ¢ than what I paid for and corrected her on it because clearly I could see where they were trained for their stinginess. everytime I come to this one it SUCKS! get better people to work. read more

It is overloaded which is not their fault, there is a Dunkins every ten blocks in Boston, but they are few and far between in the Villages. So since all Dunkins have the same muffins and donuts that have slowly become crappier over the years, the question is, how does this location do wading through this volume of Old Buzzards ? Convenient location if you are desperate for a quick bite but Dunkin has horrible food. Maybe my taste buds have improved over the years bc I just don't remember the food tasting equivalent to a hotel convenient shop with microwavable food when on the go. Honestly I love Dunkin! But I really hate this location. Why? Old. People. Everywhere. The line always ridiculously long. Don't even think about coming here for breakfast. Stale donuts. I don't know why! I've always loved Dunkin Donuts but out of the 5 or 6 times I've gotten donuts here they are almost always stale. Items are picked over and sparse. Don't be too disappointed if they're sold out of the donut or muffin you wanted. The parking sucks. My husband went in this evening around 6:45 pm during the band's intermission and encountered the two sweetest ladies who helped him get a strawberry and vanilla donut! He had the best service and great donuts even though the selection was limited. Sometimes customers can be "less than kind" but even though a couple before him were indeed that, the employees kept a smile on their faces and gave amazing customer service!! read more

This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts ive been too. Starting off the employee was all laughing great attitude with all the elderly people but as soon as i walked up to order my food and drink her attitude completely changed and was extremely stall. On top of that when i made an order and requested almond milk in my frozen drink she stated she could not do that because it messes up the blades ? I do understand that at all when its milk ? I have ordered several vanilla lattes. The problem is they lacked vanilla. At first I thought I had it wrong but upon ordering a third one I realized these were just ordinary lattes without flavoring. it's almost like they don't know how to make flavored lattes. I'm reading all these reviews about the lines but if you were to use the "to go order" feature on the app like i do. You wouldn't ever have to wait in these ridiculous lines again. In fact they never get my coffee wrong and I have been to busier locations that suck and my coffee is always wrong. They are always polite to me never rude. Sometimes I have to wait for food but that's ok. When you have 100,000 people seasonally living in a area of course it's going to have lines. Great place! Okay so you have to remember you are at the villages where no one is in a hurry or timely cuz well, they got nothing to do all day. That in mind, this place is great!
