Rest assured that you can always escape to safety ... to the Wildwood ( Brownwood ) location of the chain of Starbucks and you will find that this location is THE most comfortable of all 4 .. hmm is it 5 (?) locations in The Villages area. This is my second review for the Starbucks on 7 mile drive in the villages! At least 3 times this week, whether it be 2 o'clock, 3 o'clock, 4 o'clock or 5 o'clock the store has been closed. Of course when you go on the website, it says open. WHY? Today I looked on your website at 3:15. It said open so we drove there only to find a sign on your drive-through that said temporary closed AGAIN!! This tells me that your store is not managed properly that your manager is incompetent and should be fired. If they are not capable of hiring confident people to work in your store, then they shouldn't be working there either. It is extremely inconvenient to look on the website, see that you are open; only to drive to that store and find out you were closed!! Last time I was given a website to go onto that didn't work, and I was also given a generic answer of "we are sorry for your inconvenience " I do not want a generic answer this time I want the truth! If this continues to happen, I will let people know in the Villages how horrible my experience has been. If you're not going to run your store properly and hire people that actually want to work, then just close the damn thing down!! I will call corporate tomorrow because there is no excuse! read more

My 82 year old mother goes to church on Sunday and on every Sunday on her way home she buys herself a feta breakfast wrap and four chocolate chip cookies. She does this religiously every Sunday and shares the cookies as a treat with family. My mother had missed a few trips due to a knee replacement surgery and today was the first day she drove herself to church and on her way home stopped by her neighborhood Starbucks to buy her wrap and cookies. Well today there is a new manager and they refused to sell her four cookies and told her she can only have two. It didn't seem to matter nor should she have to explain why she wanted four but was told no!!! In disappointment she left not understanding their sales policy. To say the least you have lost a long time customer and for our family where ever we are you have lost us too. I really want to like this place but I've given it so many opportunities and they drop the ball every single time. I've been charged for and given the incorrect food items. They get confused by a blonde ristretto order. I swear orders on the app no quicker than waiting in the DT. BTW - even though there is no line in the interior you're better off waiting in the DT line you'll get your items quicker. The staff member who takes care of the DT food also works the front counter, front counter not a priority. You'll be acknowledged right away but it will take forever before they actually take your order. read more

Best Starbucks around. I love the fact that you don't have to drive all the way near Walmart anymore for Starbucks and the customer service is way better at this location as well. All the employees are super sweet and nice! Even if mistakes are made, they quickly get it fixed. Love coming here :) read more
