She told us they were the best doughnuts she had ever had and insisted we had to try them... Say less...We got in line. Yodee's is a mobile food truck you can find throughout Middle Georgia on any random day. If you check their Facebook page, they post exactly where they'll be and for how long which is helpful because once you've had them, you'll start planning accordingly. The doughnuts are made fresh on site. You can literally watch them come out hot, get placed on racks, and see the glaze dripping down the sides as they prep them for sale. That visual alone is enough to test anyone's willpower. We ordered a variety, original glazed, chocolate glazed, and peanut butter glazed. These doughnuts are large. Not cute little bite-sized pastries. These are fluffy, golden, full commitment doughnuts. They were still warm when we received them. Now let me preface this by saying I eat a doughnut maybe once a year (got to maintain the girlish figure, you know ). But baby... it was worth it. The original glazed was my absolute favorite. Light, airy, perfectly sweet, and melt in your mouth good. The chocolate and peanut butter glazed were also delicious, but a little rich for me personally. If you love bold, sweet flavors, those will absolutely be your jam. These were hands down the best doughnuts I've had in years. Those long lines are long for a reason.
