Not usually someone who does this sort of thing, but just had the WORST service. The person working the drive through asked if we were ready and we asked for a second to figure out what we wanted. They then proceeded to ask if we were ready 3 times at about 30 second intervals. They then asked if we would park and come inside because there was one person behind us in line. Been giving Dunkin' at this location a try consistently for the past 5 days. Day 2-The Donuts are bland, stale, no glaze. My coffee order hasn't been made correctly, I tried to over look it. Day 5- Today was the final straw. 2 large iced lattes and 2 breakfast sandwiches- $28.00 The bagel is so hard, it's cut the roof of my mouth. I'm not even able to finish the sandwich. It may look good in the pic, but i assure you it's hard & dry. The coffee, it's not what I asked for and not worth what I paid for it. Having to add creamer to it when i got home. This isn't the first time. Super disappointed as I wanted to like it! I would of been an every day customer. I wouldn't of mind paying almost $30, if it was actually worth it! Back to Starbucks long line I go! Now I understand why Dunkin's line isn't long. Willing to change my review if they make this right! read more

I love Dunkin' Donuts, I'm from the East Coast and this is our place. My friends who prefer other places that make sugary things that LOOK like donuts don't like it because there is too much (drumroll) donut. I have no idea what their issue is. However, the one on Dixie Highway takes too long to get from Point A to Point B. I bought a dozen donuts and a bagel with cream cheese. It took me half an hour. This was shocking considering that two other places have opened in the last month or two and run like tops. They're amazingly well run, this place wasn't. Also, I joke that "the food is good, the employees do quality checks while they're cooking." I actually think it is pretty disgusting to watch people eat while they're preparing food for other people. I am also pretty sure it isn't legal or to the health code. For a brand new place they have a LOT of work to do. read more

Great place to get coffee. Donuts are okay. More of a Krispy Kreme girl myself. I do love theor ice coffee. I have had my order done wrong a few times. Would be 5 stars if it hadn't been for that. Lack of consistency for me. read more

So I love Dunkin Donuts. I generally go for their awesome drinks. I came here after 7:30pm so the donut case was empty. But i didnt come for donuts. This is my second visit at this location (first one was through drive thru) the worker was extremely nice and got me out quickly. I love their products when they actually HAVE THEM! I have been multiple times and multiple items are not available. From breakfast items, donuts, and coffees. It's kind of a joke at this point. Service is VERY SLOW. Waited 7 minutes just to be addressed then then ordered three items which they had NONE of. The ordering manager needs to be replaced! Ridiculous!! read more

This is probably the worst place on Dixie. The service is TERRIBLE. So disappointing considering this is the only Dunkin' Donuts in the area. The workers are rude and they don't know how to do their job. Every time I go through the drive thru I wait 10 minutes just for them to acknowledge that I'm there. Then I order something, and they act so annoyed. I ordered an iced coffee with whip cream on top and the employee asked "How do you put whipped cream on an iced coffee" and on another occasion one of the employees literally argued with us for 7 minutes about donuts. read more

I am a big fan of Dunkin Donuts, but not this particular location. First I went through the drive thru and I waited about 2 minutes and no one came over the speaker. I drove to the window and the employees had there back to me and did not see me. I parked and went in and the young man was very friendly. I explained to him that I had been sitting in the drive thru and the speaker must have been broken. He said he was talking to me but I could not hear him. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. It took about 5 minutes to come out and I was the only one there. My food was not good. My bagel was soggy and the cream cheese tasted old. There was nothing that I could do being that I was at work when I opened my bag to eat. When I went to leave I had a lot of trouble because I was kind of blocked in. There was a backup of about 6 cars from the drive thru. The speaker was still not working so none of the customers were being served and it was causing a major traffic jam. I feel that the staff did not properly tend to the speaker issue so now they had a backup of cars and it caused an inconvenience to me and anyone else who may have been parked. I would not recommend this location. They are not prompt and the food was horrible. read more
