This is not a fast food restaurant, it's one guy doing everything, and it's worth the wait. This may be the best sandwich I've ever eaten! Everything he does with food is intentional and the quality is second to none. The place is super clean, and you can tell he's glad that you're there to try his food. Some may think that his pricing is high, but rest assured the quality and taste outweigh the price. It's worth the money. He has assorted chips and a variety of cold drinks. I bought 3 flavors, took one bite of each to compare, and ended up throwing them all away. If they had been fresh made, I guarantee they would have been delicious.
