I'm not getting married for three years, and other people I have inquired to have laughed at me when I asked if my fiancé and I could go ahead and taste test their cakes and decide what we liked. Jamie didn't even blink. We came in and Jamie had everything set up and ready to go. She had the cakes, icing, and fillings labelled. She sat down with my fiancé and I and really listened to what we visioned. She easily accommodated for my fiancé's nut allergy and even helped us accommodate for several of my friend's gluten allergy. By far the beat experience I have had with any person during this entire wedding process. She made it easy and fun. I highly recommend. When I went to sugartopia for my cake tasting I was so impressed I just knew the people in charge of making my cake were extremely talented and I didn't have to worry.... Until My wedding day when my cake came through the door and I was so upset and disappointed...... they told me the picture I showed them was super easy and they would have no problem making it.... I am not a picky person at all but come on. It looked like they threw my cake together in 2 seconds. I used Sugartopia for a custom cake for my employees during Medical Laboratory Professionals week this year. I approached them less than a week prior to needing the cake and they were able to use our company logo to decorate the cake and make a delicious cake for us! Made a stop into Sugartopia today. We were in Cornelia for the Apple Festival. We were pleasantly surprised. Beautiful cupcakes in amazing flavors. We chose Apple, Pumpkin, Italian cream, and Key Lime flavors. I also had a cup of "rolled ice cream". I chose the Apple pie. They pour cream on an anti-inflammatory, It freezes immediately, then they add Apple pie filling, cinnamon, more cream, etc until it's smooth. Then they roll it up and put it in a cup, top with whipped cream. There are tables to sit at to eat whatever you buy. They also have cold drinks and coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Bridal cakes are also a specialty. You can't go wrong stopping at Sugartopia!! read more

These were probably some of the nicest cake makers I have met since I have been on the cake looking circuit. My fiance and I have been looking for someone to make our wedding cake and we finally found someone who has both Talent and culinary skills. Not only do their cakes look amazing but I can personally tell you that I have tasted a very good amount of there combinations of cake and icing and all of them tasted absolutely delicious. As of right now the only flaw I have with them is, being overwhelmed with how many different combinations of cake styles there are.
