I always order their vanilla bean scones with my caramel Frappuccino. The scones have a delicious lemon zest which make your tastes buds pop. The service is quick and they usually get my drink modifications right. I normal order to go or online order. read more

I do try to avoid the Green Siren people but this was convenient and comfortable and not at all far out of my way. It was a good stop for my "first office" of the day and my second coffee. Wifi worked well, the "Shaken Iced Espresso" was prepared as requested and there was no issue with me taking up a table for a while with my laptop. Friendly staff and a comfortable spot. Give 3 stars because the woman working calling out drinks that are ready was very rude. Wife ordered an iced London fog. She asked the woman if she could remove them and she snapped and said next time order them with the tea bags removed. Wife commented that she didn't know and usually they steep it and remove the bag before serving. read more

Clean and nice interior, and plenty of room for a drive thru line. Staff were very friendly and able to accommodate additional requests (I ordered something that had been discontinued and they were still able to create it with available ingredients). Bathroom was gross. Trashcan was overflowing with paper towels, and they were all over the floor. Meanwhile, there's a Dyson that doesn't work. They would do well to repair it, eliminate the wasteful, environmentally harmful paper towel dispenser (they should all be gone at this point) , and avoid the huge mess. read more

Friendly, efficient staff made my Star drink to order. It was raining and this was a pleasant stop. No eating or drinking inside yet, due to CoVid. Also a good bathroom break. Bathrooms were clean, with paper towels - much better during CoVid. read more

This Starbucks makes me want to work at their store. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced at any Starbucks. They are so kind, friendly, warm and welcoming here at the Cornelia Starbucks. The employees here make sure you are taken care of and if you stay as long as I did (half the day ) they want to make sure you are comfortable and ask if there's anything they can get you. I'm a super happy customer here and would recommend this Starbucks to anyone. Bravo read more

I have been to a lot of Starbucks, I mean A LOT, and the pink drink is by far my favorite drink...but this location...THIS BARISTA, made my pink drink with some serious love!! Ya know, this whole COVID crap started out as a medical problem... now over a year later it's nothing but political. Good ole' left winged Starbucks is STILL CLOSED inside for no damned good reason. This particular Starbucks is in the North Georgia Mountains and our "COVID" numbers are next to nill. So, why in HELL isn't this store open? Probably because the left wingers are giving away money on top of the unemployment checks people don't need to to be getting in the first place! So, no one to staff the joint. For the LOVE OF GOD, please bring some independent coffee joints to the NoGA Mountains! I am SICK of the excuses for why they aren't open. PS - The drinks are fine. Friendly, clean and quick. I used the online app to order ahead. I ordered a nondairy coffee with foam. I did not realize that the foam had dairy in it and as I grabbed the coffee the barista informed me that the foam did in fact have dairy. I told her that I have a dairy intolerance, and she remade it within two minutes. This location is new and very clean. It was quite and only a couple people here. If I could I wouldn't even give this business one star. Every time I've been to this Starbucks they manage to get something wrong. I ordered online ahead of time and got and pink drink along with a very berry hibiscus refresher. Both were completely wrong. My pink drink had no fruit at all or the add ons and the very berry was missing the add ons I included which I paid for on both. I essentially paid money to drink pink coconut milk. If you go here be prepared to pay for something you don't want. read more

Why cornelia needs a stand alone crapbucks is beyond me! Slow service! Crappy coffee, and overpriced! They can take an order but unable to fulfill it, when asked where was my order I get the surprise face, then I get asked what I had ordered! Stopped here for a quick drive thru coffee on the way to Atlanta. Ordered two drinks & only received one. When asked about the second drink, they told me they were short-staffed & quite busy, and the woman who told me that did not go check on the order or make any attempt to help. In the time I was waiting for the drink, about 10 orders had been made, and given to people. My daughter and I ended up leaving after waiting for about 20 minutes, and then got stuck at the same light at the intersection for another 10-ish minutes. A very good spot for killing time.
