This morning at 9:35 AM on June 19, 2026, I had a very unpleasant experienced at the Dunkin'/Baskin Robbins located at 1655 W Valencia Rd in Tucson. I ordered two boxes of donuts in the drive‑thru and politely asked if there were any discounts available. The employee offered a senior discount, and I said, "no thank you." It's possible she didn't hear my response, so then asked for the price per dozen and the total for two boxes. When I pulled up to the window, she suddenly started yelling at me, saying I was rude, and refused to sell me the donuts. She told me I couldn't buy them today and should try again tomorrow. No customer deserves to be treated that way, and this employee clearly needs additional training on how to communicate with customers professionally and respectfully. read more

I miss Dunkin Donuts. There aren't any where I live, so on a vacation to Tucson we had to stop into one. The cashier at the drive-thru was super nice and patient with us when we couldn't understand what he was saying over the intercom. It's been years since I've been so I was shocked to see that they had avocado toast at a reasonable price. The munchkins we ordered hit the spot, as did the coffee and breakfast. I'm not always in this area so I can't speak to past experiences but our drive-through experience on 1/1 was great. Horrible service. There's no reason I should be waiting 15 mins. It wasn't even a long line there was 1 car in front.

The experience was bad, the young lady who took our order seemed like she was rushing us! When ordering she advised that Dunkin Donuts does not sell milk, so I tried to change my order to a cola beverage but she got angry and in a stern tone said "pull up to the window" so I was unable to complete my order! At the window I only received a donut and my Matcha, I did not receive my cola drink or any straws. Also my Matcha was not how I ordered it. In the past I've had no issues with this particular Dunkin Donuts. I think your staff needs more training in courtesy and listening to the customer, this was a very disappointing experience!!! Went in this morning for breakfast. It was packed, a couple people in front me, including a guy who was off to the side waiting for his order. When I got up to the cash register to order, a guy said "Excuse me, I'll be with you shortly." He disappeared and while 2 other workers came up to the register, none of them even looked at me. I waited probably 5 min. and finally got my order. I noticed the guy off to the side waiting shaking his head in disgust. I went over to wait for my order and I caught his eye and he said he'd been waiting for almost an hour. We both waited a bit longer and then he got his order. He was not rude or disrespectful, but he did ask why it took so long. The two girls at the counter just looked at each other and said nothing. Another guy came up and said "Look dude, nothing here is pre-made, it's all made to order." Which doesn't explain why something made to order would take so long, but anyway, the customer walked out and some other kid behind the counter shouts out "Next time we'll give you a microphone!". The customer was at the door, and turned around to ask the kid what he said. He was not combative, he politely asked the kid what he said. The other male employee stepped in, told the customer to just back off and leave. The customer asked again, what the kid had said. The kid yells out for all to hear "Next time, we'll give you a microphone so you can bitch about your f.....ing order for everyone to hear!". Then a woman (customer) who was in there with several small children, jumps up and goes up to the counter to confront this kid with the big mouth. She says "Watch your language in here, I have my children with me!" The kid shut up and the lady went back to her table. The original customer who had complained was still in the door of the store when one of the workers asked him to just leave. So he did. At that point the kid working there was actively trying to convince his co-workers that the customer was out of line and deserved to be called out. After the woman and her kids left, the kid started trashing her to his co-workers, telling them "she just wanted attention, she just wanted it to be about her" (tremendous example of projection if there ever was one). It was one of the most appalling examples of horrible customer service I've ever witnessed. If there was a manager in there, they did nothing. In any other universe, that kid would have/should have been fired on the spot. But no. Not a peep. I'm retired, but I've done customer service training back in my days in corporate America. This kid violated every page in the book, and the management did nothing. I won't be going back there every again. read more

They always burn my bagel and whenever I order a bagel with no cream cheese, they proceed to slather cream cheese on it. I kid you not, I told them about the mistake and when they brought me the new one, it had CREAM CHEESE on it AGAIN. THE MOST DISGUSTING BASKIN & DUNKIN EVER I will not ever be returning to this Dunkin' again. This location is infested with cockroaches. The bugs was crawling all over the walls and inside the sundae toppings and then it went inside the ice cream coolers. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the manager ONLY works mornings. Customer service was ok they're weren't the best but not the worst. If you're okay with nasty bugs crawling in your food in this facility the you must have Cockroaches in your house too. Today, a cashier at the drive-through window stole money from me. She told me that she didn't have my complete change. I asked her if she owed me money, trying to understand exactly what she meant. She said that she owed me money and then, when I asked if she could compensate me with merchandise for what she owed me, she told me "NO" and proceeded close the window on me. Am I crazy, or is this type of behavior the new normal with customer service? I feel that if she steals change from every car that goes through the drive-thru, she'll have a pretty good side hustle paying for her make up & clothes. Ughhh!!!!!! read more

I found something gross in my medium coffee, so when I addressed it to the young man in charge, he provided me with a free large coffee on the spot. Very good customer service provided by this young man--I am eternally grateful. Other employees at this facility seem less than enthused when taking my order multiple times a week. just left this dunkin and the service was so great and seamless that I absolutely knew I needed to leave a review for ALL the staff working right now, to be recognized and patted on the back. The lady who took our order, lady and gentleman preparing food, even the lady who let us into the bathroom, every single employee was working hard, effective, they kind and friendly to us, speedy service and went above and beyond when they absolutely did not have to. hands down the best dunkin experience I've ever had and I will 1000% be coming to this location for my coffee and donuts from now on. great job staff and management. Today I had the worst experience at this restaurant on Valencia road in Tucson. This location is always subpar and even on a good day they are marginal. I am always underwhelmed here. Problem is I love Dunkin' coffee. Today I thought I would indulge event though I knew the service would be horrid. I placed an order for 1 XL decaf the way I like it. Simple order. I wait forever behind the car in front of me which was expected and still forgiven. When the car finally left in front of me I pulled up to the open window. I see my cup there waiting for me. Nobody comes to the window. I see workers walking back and forth, taking orders, talking on headset with cars ordering punching buttons on their machine. All the while I am being ignored while I see my drink and two other orders behind it. I wait. Finally an employee tells me my total, scans my app and turns her back on me. No receipt no thank you. To add insult to injury, I pull away to take a sip and find a lukewarm coffee when was supposed to be hot. I am floored. I decide to notify the store and called 3 times over the course of 2 hours just to hear each time that all circuits are busy and never got through to the store. I wouldn't push the issue if the coffee wasn't so good but I am now resolved not to patronize this business ever again. read more

Stopped in today for a quick snack. First off, when I walked in, neither of the two employees were eager to take my order. I asked for one of the seasonal items. The young female was less than enthusiastic, but lucky for her the item I wanted was unavailable due to machine breaking down. So I figured oh well i will just get a soda and a donut. But as I was contemplating which delicious donut to get, the young female cashier sniffled and rubbed her snot on to her DD apron and finished rubbing her runny nose with her bare hand. The SF Caramel Turtle Truffle has a very slightly freezer taste, at first, but I imagine it's not the most popular flavor. The donuts, coffee, and other ice creams were fresh, and delicious. every one is always so rude. I am a pretty patient person and but I like to do online/mobile order so I can just grab my drink and go. Every single time I give them the benefit of the doubt and order 20/30 mins in advance just in case and will still wait 10/15 mins for when I get there. If I wanted to wait I would go through the drive thru or order inside. All while their employees are standing around most of the time saying they don't know what happens to the ticket order when if I can look at the screen it is there blinking. I pulled up to this location on Valencia thinking I'd be here for hours and I probably should have had an XL cup of coffee before ordering my coffee. Boy was I wrong! The staff had it locked down! They showed no signs of stress, were quick to take your order and even quicker to fulfill my order! This was the census when I saw people happily going in and out with their delicious treats. Kay so the staff is helpful, a little bitter but I can handle it. The donuts were great! It's also a pretty good thing to have a baskin robins too! Iced coffee is kinda tasteless but if you add some flavor it's super cool! Totally recommended. They do always have grate variety of donuts and flavors, make sure to try the ones in season! I tried out the smore's one and it was awesome. It kinda lacked of crackers and marshmallows on top but still the flavor is pretty good. The place is clean and neat. Service was friendly and their donuts are consistent. While they have great offerings in the morning, unfortunately after 9-10AM there is not much left in terms of variety. I haven't had anything aside from the donuts here so I can't comment on anything else. I had ordered 1 large vanilla latte and 2 medium they charged me for 3 large lattes and the order was made wrong the drinks were not vanilla iced lattes but chai lattes and I went in to explain and the employees were really rude about it and made my order still wrong the latte was bitter had so sweetener just horrible service overall. read more
