The service was horrible. This is the second time I've walked in and haven't been greeted or asked what I need help with. I proceeded to sit there, after trying to get a workers attention already, until a woman worker asked me " what are you here for ?". They then proceeded to look for my ticket and a worker started to make my ice cream, set on the pick up order stand but didn't let me know it was there or that it was ready for me to take and gave me no utensils. Also, while waiting there, a woman worker stared at me. Gave me a stank eye. For no reason. As a darker woman this feels like a racial matter but I really hope that's not the case. This location consistently messes up my order, and even when I go back around to ask them to remake something, they somehow make it even worse. They give me drinks that are borderline undrinkable. Too much flavor or none at all, never put in extra espresso shots. This location has issues filling customer orders correctly. I go there once/twice per week for convenience and ALWAYS have to check EVERYTHING. Either the hash brown is missing, or the tea is sweet, even though I order unsweet. Today, they forgot hash browns and prepared bacon on the sausage/egg/cheese bagel I ordered. Very busy in the a.m. as they've no real competition in the morning. I love DD, but this one's staff always seems overwhelmed in the morning and like they couldn't care less in the evening. I am a relatively forgiving person when it comes to service (especially at a high volume Coffee drive thru) but this Dunkin' Donuts takes the cake. Three times in the last twelve days, I have order two unsweetened teas from the drive thru, three times I have received sweetened. Not a complicated order but wrong that many times. To top it off, when I went in to correct it, one of their managers essentially walked through me without recognition or so much as a head nod of acknowledgement. I really wanted to go to Mr. Bills Donuts this morning, but I had a coupon so stopped at dunkin on my way to work instead. I had a coupon on two dozen donuts so I thought it would be worth the difference in donut quality. My coupon was refused as I am told deland is not a part of the greater Daytona area listed on the coupon. It actually ended up being more expensive and taking longer than my regular shop. I was out of town visiting my daughter. She told me to go here for breakfast. Was in the drive thru to purchase a dozen doughnuts. Was surprised the drive thru moved quite fast. I was order no my dozen doughnuts and was having issues in determining my selection. Mandy H. Was working the drive thru and was helpful. I went to this location for a second time and last. A recommendation to the manager: Please make sure that the hands of the person handling the food are clean, especially the nails or make sure the person has gloves that get change after every order if they are also handling the register. I sat there as well as my order for a while when I approached the back counter to ask for it, what an unpleasant surprise, the place was a mess including the dirty floor No one wears hair net but all handle food. The purpose of the on the go app is to have your drink ready when you get there, not have to wait another 5 minutes of standing there before you get it because they didn't check their system. I asked for a cappuccino blast and it was practically just chopped up ice. Stale donuts. Out of order bathroom. Were given the wrong donuts. After charging us and giving us a receipt they still insisted on asking us 3-4 times what we ordered.
