Saturday mid day Dunkin' run. ‍ A few coffees my drink a choice is gonna be the frozen caramel cappuccino and my husband got a hot latte. We got some munchkins. There's a small mixup with there being no Valentine's Day tens but the young lady explained the issue on how to fix it and rectified it. She was very kind and respectful. Have have left a review for this establishment before and my experience has been underwhelming. Today visit has sent me finally over the edge. Now the ask for a tip at the drive thru and to make matters worse when I got home my order was horrible. Old fashion doughnut was super dark on one side and light color on the other, which is ok.. however the final straw was my blueberry muffin had raw dough inside.. enough bad experiences from this location.. there are 2 others locally... won't be returning to this one read more

I stop by this Dunkin' pretty often, and I have to shout out Dianelli and some other girl for consistently great service. She's always friendly, patient, and genuinely positive -- even during busy rushes. You can tell she cares about doing her job well and making customers feel welcome. I know lines can be a bit long sometimes but she makes it worth My order is always made correctly and the coffee is always great , and her attitude alone makes the stop worth it. Considering I go to this established every day, you'd think they'd get my order right. But almost every time I go here, they just omit the cocoa powder on top of my drink! I know it may sound petty but when it calls for it to go on top of it, I expect it on top. The one employee says "it doesn't have to go on top all the time" as if it's a random thing!! The drink calls for cocoa powder on top!! People expect this and for that man to make it seem like it's not is just ridiculous! Plus, they have so many new people that they make you wait up to 20 minutes at night as they're playing around! The service and experience was very unprofessional. First let me say the line was wrapping around the building into the street. I went in and was 4th in line. No one ahead of me knew how to operate the machine as well and there were about 9 employees on shift. I get to the screen and go to order the $6 deal. Not so easy manually typing in the details . Total comes to $16.97 I pay then the order is done. I ask the staff where's the other bagel? She said you just paid for 1, 2 hash browns, and 2 coffees. I said there's been a mistake and I need one bagel additional bagel and the order adjusted to $12. She says just go order another one and add a new payment smh lol. What a joke? I ask for the manager. The manager was very rude and condescending. She comes over and said , "What do you want me to do, re ring the order up and give you the difference for what you wanted? Super fast super friendly and very clean. I was very pleased with this Dunkin as Dunkin is usually a hit or miss. I was in the area and even though their drive through line was wrapped around the building it was moving! I decided to go in the inside to see if it would be just as fast and it was. Everyone was happy to be there and very friendly. The food I order was accurate and had no complaints! The coffee was even great and strong along with the sweet tea! I travel Route 44 quite often and finding a good cup of coffee to and from my destination in Howey in the Hills while passing through Deland requires making a detour and believe me the drive is punishing enough without adding time to the trip. When traveling back after a long day I decided to try this new DD location being it's only a few hundred feet from the intersection of Route 44 and Route 15A and it's a traffic light that I rarely catch green so I decided to cut through the convenience store's parking lot and cut the corner to get to the drive-thru. This new store is beautifully designed and ultra modern when compared to so many of the locations I frequent, the drive-thru is easily accessible and the parking lot and traffic lanes are lit well and clearly marked. As I pull up to place my order I noticed a Tacoma at the menu board, it appeared to be nothing out of the ordinary until I came to a come stop behind the guy - it seems he was trying to pick the donuts for his dozen and was determined to do this without reading the menu and somehow convinced the girl working the window to recite every donut on the menu, I couldn't believe my luck this guys was also asking for descriptions this went on for ten minutes at least - I had pulled up closer to his bumper than I should have and a car had pulled in behind me blaring out some AC / DC or I definitely would have whipped out of line about 27 donuts into their conversation since I only wanted a coffee. Finally it's my turn as the guy limps to the window to get his pastries, I ordered my usual medium hot coffee light and sweet - this is the only coffee I drink that way - it seems adding sugar to DD coffee transforms this into some kind of supernatural potion that's irresistible I can't tell you if it's medicinal or has magical powers: all I know is that's it's delicious and consistent. I creep around the corner to grab my brew and see this guy is still jawing about something that doesn't interest me. My turn the young woman working the window is so friendly I can almost see her smile through her mask - she's jabbering something about they need to make new coffee and their computers are down so my coffee is free and unless I want to drink the dark roast I will need to pull forward and wait on the regular. Free registered and I shook my head the dark roast would be great - whoa that first sip, as I pulled into traffic had me thinking the dark roast must have been roasting since the morning rush 12 hours earlier, so it's true no good deed goes unpunished... read more

My original review was 1 star with elaborate details for the miscommunication between the general manager and myself. The protocol for complaints submitted by customers is that the manager has to contact the person who submitted the complaint if they choose to be contacted about the problem. She contacted me to apologize and we cleared the air. I appreciate her admirability to contact me herself to discuss our minimally heated interaction from this morning & aside from todays interaction, I would recommend this location based on previous customer service experience. However, because of how upset I felt during and after todays mishap I can't say I'll return to this location & I'd rather not - even for the free coffee she is offered me upon my next visit. read more

This Dunkin has gone downhill. They never get anything right with your order, especially if you order from Uber eats which is more expensive to begin with. It seems like when the manager is present things are a little better, but when she's not there these kids just do what they want. We are not using them anymore which is a shame because it's so close to the house. If Dunkin was smart they would put the employees in there through more training or clean house. read more

All these teenagers in there don't know what there doing they just remade my drink three different times because they kept giving me the wrong thing. they had us sit at the window and wait just for them to try and say i never payed for the drink and there not gonna give it to me. i then have to find my receipt to show them that i ordered it and they proceeded to argue with me before giving me the drink. they had horrible attitude and need to have a real authority watching over them. read more

Online states that this store closes at 9:00PM. It is now 8:14PM & the doors are closed and I see all of the workers walking out. I called the Deltona location to verify that were open & they are. I have been going to this Dunkin since they first opened. ( It's the closest to my house ) When the Avocado Toast came out I got it all the time then when they had the option to add bacon and egg. That's been my #1 go to when I go to Dunkin. However this Dunkin has its days, their customer service can vary from good and bad depending on who is working. Anyways for the past couple months I've been going there less often than usual but I order a Large sweet tea and the amazing Avocado Toast with Bacon & Egg. As you can tell by the photos the toast has been made all different ways. I didn't get photos of times when they either forgot the egg or forgot the bacon or burnt the toast or just forgot the egg and bacon. Then my drink would either taste too nasty to drink or taste like the button of a dirty jar. But I'm not the type to be a Karen especially when it's rush hour. Anyways I'm just here to say you can just tell who was lazy and who wasn't. I'll keep ordering the same thing but just wanted to share the different ways a person can make a toast . read more

Was almost to this location when I saw the bad reviews- but they're old and obsolete. Walked in and ordered breakfast and a speciality iced beverage (at 8 AM on a Sunday, no less) and it was out within minutes. Every customer that walked in after got similar service. A bit off topic, but I was glad to have been the only dine-in as I got to witness the staff display amazing chemistry and communication. It was a refreshing experience. read more

I have never been to such an overstaffed, unreliable fast food restaurant in my entire life. They have 20+ employees on the ground working all behind the counter. They told us they are NOT ALOUD to help with orders and the only way you can order inside is on the single kiosk they have, which is overdue for an update and tapping the screen multiple times for a single item to select it. This place deserves less than 1 damned star. I do NOT recommend visiting here whatsoever. read more

The manager was rude very poor customer service. Bragging about her experience in making coffee and dismissing valid complain from a customer who has been loyal for years. I though this is isolated but some of my team experience the same. Manager needs more training on how to huddle great customer service. I'm pretty sure if she will not change, she will receive more complains. But I guess if it's character no matter how you polish that person, it will always be the same. I go to this Dunkin' about twice a week and every time I'm there the food is good but the manager is rude. I don't know her name but she has short dark hair in a pony tail. I broke my nose and had to get surgery so I have a cast on my face and cannot wear a mask, which if medically necessary you are excused from wearing a mask. I walked into the store and ordered and after ordering the cashier nicely asked me to put it on and I explained I couldn't because of my surgery and she said okay politely. A couple minutes later the manager handed me my food and said you are required to wear a mask in my store and I told her I couldn't do to my surgery and she RUDELY demanded " if you can't wear a mask you need to go through that drive thru" while pointing abruptly in that direction. Every time I'm in there she is rude and has 0 hospitality or customer service. I can't imagine how she got the job. read more

I started coming to this location because the location on Garfield is slow and the people aren't as friendly. When this location first opened, it was the besssttttt. They were so kind and everything was cooked and made to perfection. But today...I arrived and ordered my usual medium Carmel iced latte because between 2-6 it's $2. I also wanted a apple fritter, but they were out of them. I got to the window and there was a iced coffee (no cream so it was noticeably darker than a latte). I said I ordered a latte and she said no you ordered a coffee...I'm sure I didn't because I order this almost everyday, but I apologized and said I'd either like cream in that iced coffee or a latte. I have never seen her so I assumed she was new so I didn't want to be difficult. Another girl who I've never seen before, according to the receipt her name is Brandy, then comes over and starts telling me with an attitude about refunding me and said, acting like I'm stupid or care about the price difference, "I refunded you. you don't have a drink now. The price difference is like $.40. Would you like a latte or not." I said regrettably said yes and tells the other girl who took my order to "just go dump that out now." I could care less about the price difference and I would've taken the drink with cream in it, I just think a latte tastes better and I prefer expresso...why do I have to explain that? So after that experience, she walked away to "make my drink" which I can only imagine she did it wholeheartedly. The other new girl smiles and apologizes kindly. I've already had undercooked snackin bacon there before multiple times. I think this location has been out of their "new growing pains" stage for a while so I think they're going downhill quickly. This location better get the original friendly staff back because they were so much more efficient and I know a lot of people who get their coffee from this location almost daily that won't put up with the attitude I got today. I'll be driving to Starbucks on the other end of town from now on. I've never had a bad customer experience at Starbucks. They go out of their way to please people and people appreciate that. read more

I Dunkin 3-5 times a week. That kid is an asset to your company in a way thats undeniable. There are 6 folks on the clock that I can see right now 1:12pm 9/3/22... And he's carrying the weight of EVERYONE, with a gloved hand that needs a bandaid. ... Get that kid bandaid! He's out here speed pouring like a bartender. ... First of all I have been eating Sesame bagels for years. This morning I ordered 3 Sesame bagels thru the drive. Nothing special. Three bagels in a bag. I was given the bag I looked inside. There were three bagels with some sprinkles on top???????? NOT SESAME SEEDS!!!!!!!!! I returned to the window and asked about this- She told me Yes they were sesame bagels. Now My intelligence was insulted!!!!!!!! REALLY???????????? I will never go back to this store and I will spread the word about how horrible the product and the service was. This morning I went to the new Dunkin Donuts in Deland. Not only is the location great, the service is even better! They had my food ready by the time I drove up from the drive through. The manager was sincere and sweet. The coffee was perfect. Not a single flaw. My hash browns were crisp and warm. The perfect sensation of salty and sweet. However, my egg and cheese croissant was not as good as it could have been. It was a little overcooked. The bread had a burnt taste. I am not a fan at all of that. Although, if you're into that then it's perfect! Overall, I will be there again and again. The manager made my morning worth getting up. I plan on fitting them into my weekly schedule. read more
