I tell ya everytime I go here and they find a new way to let me down everytime. I was the only person there asked for Splenda and for it to be mixed in and got a coffee with no Splenda. Like this is unbelievable. The staff need to be retrained cause this is unacceptable. I have a 1 hour commute to work and to ask for a coffee to be made right apparently is too much to ask. read more

I went in to the lobby to place an order because the drive thru was closed due to remodeling. There was no one else in line. I stood there looking at the two female employees waiting to be acknowledged. The brunette who seemed to be in charge looked at me half heartedly and asked if I was ready to order. I said to her, hi, how are you? She pretended not to hear me and continued to act busy. After a few moments, she said to me are you ready to order? I responded, I asked how you were. She said oh I didn't hear you. Then she said do you know what you want. At that point, I said no thank you and walked out. Needless to say I won't be back. Pathetic experience. Who owns that place? 100% the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. The workers aren't only rude and dismissive, they act confused pretty much every time I go in there. I can't count the number of times I've been in there standing at the counter waiting to order and even though I'm the only person in there the workers are standing around having conversations with each other and I have to ask them if I can order. Just today I made a mobile order and 15 minutes later I arrived to pick it up and the doors were locked and the line to the drive through was out into the street. When I did finally get to the window - 30 minutes later - the girl acted confused about the fact that I'd made a mobile order. When I showed her that I'd ordered an XL drip coffee with cream and sugar on the app she said - "Oh we didn't have XL cups so we didn't make it". Oh - and they can't give refunds. First of all, do not ever order the strawberry coconut milk refresher. I can't even begin to explain how bad it tasted. Also, the customer service was questionable. I said "thank you so much" and got the window slammed in my face so she could continue the conversation she was having behind the window. I love a place that is open at 5:30 in the morning! I dropped my sister off at the airport super early and needed my DD fix. I didn't realize that this is the only DD in the area! Thankfully it's easy to find, right off the main strip in De Pere. I went through the drive through, which was nice because where you order is covered so if it's raining or something, you don't get wet. My order was taken promptly and there was some kind of special because my extra large was only 99 cents! I was able to pay with the DD app on my phone and the young lady who helped me was very pleasant and congenial. It was a big win for me. I'm a fan. read more

I love Dunkin but this location is the last one I go to in the area. Multiple times I have tried to order at 7:30 through the drive thru and no one answers. They say they close at 8. When we drive around there are people in the working area standing around pretending not to see us. When I tried to call it said the voicemail was not set up and hung up. read more

As a west coaster I knew at some point on my voyage I would stop here. Unfortunately this was a horrible experience. The counters were completely unsatisfactory. Dirty lids, napkins, receipts, straw wrappers, etc. everywhere. The floors and tables and counters were so filthy. I wouldn't ever recommend dunkin donuts to anyone after this experience. My second time here, I usually go to Starbucks. Went in the main doors, heard the bell ring so they know a customer is there. I stood there for a solid 5 min. Nobody came, the 2 girls were doing their own thing not paying attention. I placed my order ahead on the app but with it being my second time there I didn't know where the pick up was. Finally I noticed the sign and grabbed my drink. I ordered decaf since it was 5pm and I'm pretty sure they used regular espresso for the latte. read more

Who in their right mind, when you ask for a drink carrier, would put two XL cups of coffee and hot chocolate, on the SAME SIDE of the carrier., so as soon as I get it to the seat it flips over, and i now have a hot chocolate all over my seat. Just what you want when its -5F outside, and you are on your way to work.... the inability to clean up the mess your people have caused this morning .. so i cant do this anymore with your store. I went there and they didn't have any of the doughnuts I wanted, and they also got my order wrong twice after I went through the drive threw a second time and repeated myself multiple times the doughnuts tasted old and stale . I would not recommend going to this Dunkin' at all. read more

Stopped in quickly for a chai, coffee and some donut holes. $9 later we had our items and were back on the road. The assorted donut holes were really good. There was not one in that pack that I did not enjoy. The blueberry were my favorite. The drinks were standard fair and my drink was only half full! I went to this location for the first time Friday evening Jan 23. I have been to many dunkin donuts in other cities before. Drive through sign was not lighted in the dark. I could barely read it, and I have perfect vision. Ordered the ham and cheese combo. The hash browns were dumped all over inside my bag making a greasy mess all inside. The bun was very very very hard I almost cracked my tooth on it. I had to suck on the bread to soften it. The sandwich had a very thin layer of ham and cheese in the center of this large bun. The drive through service was very slow, especially when there were no customers inside or in the drive through. Disappointed :( read more

I had never been to a Dunkin' Donuts before but I have heard they really stepped up thief coffee game. I am a Starbucks guy and love coffee so thought I would try it. I live downtown GB and think it's pretty sad that there isn't really any good coffee places other than MAYBE daily buzz ( on a good day) oh and you can't count out the kwik trip across the river.. the Walmart of convenience... As for Dunkin .....I liked it! My normal coffee drink was a bit cheaper, and yet I felt it had a much stronger and richer flavor and really was very delicious. Made correct, which is half the battle usually. I had to dock a star however because the place was not clean...it was pretty dirty. Floors were not clean and counters had trash and liquid spills on them. If I took a moment to notice this , it's worth the mention I think. In today's world places like kwik trip have a buzzer reminding employees to check for spills. Annoying it may be, but I've never seen a dirty kwik trip yet. Outside of all that it was a good drink and pretty much everything you would expect from a donut shop coffee bar. And a tasty one at that. I will be back. read more

I was there today in the drive thru and the wait was over 15 minutes before I even got to the speaker - way too slow. When I finally got to order, I ordered a value meal with coffee, but I thought what I was told for a total seemed low. When I got to the window, I asked that they repeat my order back and she had not included the coffee that came with the value meal (just the doughnut). The person I spoke to went and got the person who took my order initially to speak to me about it, while he stood there. She asked me what the problem was and told me, "Sorry, but you never said with coffee" and I explained that the sign stated coffee was included with the value meal. She rung up the coffee and stood back so the first employee could collect my money, and then they made the coffee together (yes, pouring black coffee into a cup needed the effort of two people). I understand training situations but this was ridiculous. No wonder the service is as slow as it is. Will not be back, but doughnut was delicious. read more

I always select "extra sugar" on the app, and it's somehow never consistent even though it says exactly how many spoonfuls of sugar they're supposed to put in. Such a long wait in drive thru all the time, must be bad time management. The line at Starbucks can be to the road and it'll take me less than 5 mins to get to the ordering box and get my drink. There service is awful and dreadful, it's like an awful boyfriend/girlfriend that give you that one thing you want but instantly is regretted as soon as you are around them. You go there for the food or coffee but the service is dreadful. The employees are cold, have attitudes, and lack empathy for people's day. Today is the last time, I will ever go to this location. I have been occasionally going to this Dunkin Donuts location for over 5 years now. I've definitely had more bad experiences than good. I'll go and they are either not friendly, or they forget items in the drive through, old/stale donuts,... so each time I go I don't go back for a couple of months and then I see the giant line at Starbucks next door and I think "ah I'll give this place another try." And I'm always sorry I did! I did that yesterday and I was the only person there- I ordered a breakfast sandwich and had to sit and wait for it in front for almost 10 minutes. How could they be behind?! I was the only person there. And to top it off there was a long hair stuck to the inside wall of my iced coffee which I of course didn't see until I had drank over half of it. There's a reason there's a 10 car line at Starbucks and no one at Dunkin Donuts right next door! Never again. read more

This had to be the single worst customer service experience of my life. Get up to the drive-thru order and the person taking our order is annoyed that we've decided to come to their place of employment. "What do you want?" Multiple things on the board were actually not in stock - which isn't that big of a deal, I can just order something else, but the person taking our order acted like it was our fault that we didn't know they were out of stock. Settled on regular coffees instead of seasonal since they were out, my wife got iced and I got hot. Pulled up to the window and paid, again the person taking payment acted inconvenienced that we were shopping at their place of employment. Got our coffee, my wife had hot instead of iced like she had ordered. My wife says "wait" to me... thinking it through in her head - the cashier overhears and just says loudly "What?" I just say never mind and drive away. Start drinking our coffee which is about 60% air and it's lukewarm at best. Just got home and threw it away. If you can't go to the Starbucks right next door, just make coffee at home. What a disaster, wish I could give 0 stars. read more

So my husband and I aren't really morning people even though our 2 year old is. So about 4 pm we really wanted some Dunkin' Donuts. We drove 20 minutes to get there, were pretty disappointed that the only donuts they had left were some sprinkled mini ones and some regular long johns. But we were craving them and so ordered. My husband and I both took bites only to cringe while we chewed. They were older than old and nasty. We ended up throwing them away. I know they make them in the morning. What I don't get is why only do that if your going to be open all day?! I mean seriously no damn quality! Your name is Dunkin' Donuts is it not? Should always have fresh donuts! I'm surprised no one has written a review yet about how frequently orders get screwed up at this location. I'm an avid DD fan, a habit I haven't been able to break yet since moving back to the Midwest after living on the East Coast, so I've given this DD waaaay more chances than I normally would. I may have reached the last straw today when my order was screwed up for fifth consecutive visit I've made in past few months (never the same workers, there seems to be a LOT of turnover). I am always very clear about how I like my iced coffee, to the point now of confirming after ordering that the order had been heard correctly, and yet....it's always wrong. It sucks that this is the only DD in the area aside from the one in Kimberly but I don't think I can go back here. That's one way to break my coffee habit I guess! read more
