They have employees outside taking orders on tablets, which keeps the line moving, but it made ordering a bit difficult as a first time visitor. The menu is pretty big and it felt rushed trying to figure out what to get. Most of the drinks also seem very high in calories and sugar, which might appeal to some people but wasn't really what I was looking for. Tastewise both the latte and the coffee really stood out to me compared to other coffee chains. The service was friendly and the process was quick, but overall nothing about the experience felt particularly remarkable. I'm honestly not sure why it's always so packed.

I am new to the area and thought the Dunkin' Donuts was a lot farther away than it was. Once I found out it was just as close as Starbucks its just a right off the highway instead of a left, I have made it my regular coffee place when I don't brew my own. The coffee has always been hot and delicious. The staff has always been friendly as well. Whenever I need a caffeine fix, this will always be the place I go from now on.
