I didn't think it would come out as a chicken salad consistency but it didn't hinder the dish. The only miss were the crab cakes. Obviously crab is seafood but I found the cakes to be very fishy. There are requests for feedback available on most platforms where people can leave comment on their experience and let others know of any issues encountered. For minor issues, businesses typically opt to rectify them so that customers that maybe didn't have a 5/5 experience might try again. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. The owner, Adam Rondeau, decided to personally text my family member about her review where she mentioned being incorrectly charged for an item and call her "insane" for saying so on a review instead of reaching out to him as the owner first. In my experience, I have never heard that personally reaching out to the business's owner for an issue when there are feedback options available, especially as a first step, is the "correct" way to handle an issue. You let the customers know it happened to you in a review, and you move on. Clearly, if you have a negative experience at chubby dog, your best bet is to keep your mouth shut about it or the owner might personally text you and make you the bad guy for their mistake. If you were concerned on how a review of a mistake that was made at your cafe would have impacted your business, you absolutely made a bad moral decision by trying to bully the complainant after the fact. Who does that? The market is over saturated in coffee here, go anywhere else. Even if you might have a less than stellar experience elsewhere at least you probably won't be contacted by an owner saying that you were wrong for complaining.
