No thank you for coming to DD, what can I help you with or get for you. That turned me off from the beginning. There was one car ahead of us and it took a very long time for one small bag they handed to the person ahead of us Again the person at the window never greeted us just handed our things after she told us the total and took our card to charge. There was no thank you or any other customer service Again another disappointment, my avocado sandwich had no avocado!!! I noticed when we got to our destination and i didn't have time to return it. If you advertise that you are open 24 hours, and I show up at 5am Io place and order for my co-workers, like I had done the day before and I even let you know that I would be returning the next day at the same time for the same order (and you said "okay") and then you REFUSE to not only take the large order but to even take a much smaller order for a couple of dozen donuts...HOW IS THAT OK??? The people in charge of this store have no clue about how poorly trained their staff is. They they had a person in training on the register by her self with no support and she was making constant mistakes. The attitude and the lack of customer service is appalling. I was overcharged $20. I go to dunkin just about everyday, and the people that work there never know much of what is going on but they are very nice (why really I have the 2 stars).. Not sure what happened to this place. They used to be one of the better Dunkins around. This is the third time in a couple of weeks that I've been there where they have four people on and nobody knows or cares what they're doing. The orders are always wrong and take forever. The gals are gabbing and laughing about "people still waiting" for their food in drive through and the coffee is always burnt. I informed them, per their huge sign at the register, that somebody in our party had a nut allergy ahead of time. They still managed to give me an order loaded with exactly what we said we didn't want. That type of stupidity can kill somebody. When I asked a question about the order, the lady who really was not understanding what I was saying from the jump, because of some type of a barrier, just walked away and another young guy stepped in but didn't fix the situation. Basically threw $$ in the garbage and left after waiting 20 minutes for "fast food." Get it together and take some pride in your work. Side-note: If you use the restroom, they've claimed the ladies room as "employees only." Men's room available to the public. They need to fix their signs, too. Confusing. In the time I was waiting, all 3 people ahead of me came back in to complain about incorrect orders. No apologies from the staff. read more

I just have to say I just had the most horrible experience at this location. My husband and i was going through the drive through. The girl got our order wrong so we told her that is not what we ordered. Then she got so upset waving her hand around and speaking in another language pointing at us ...it was so unprofessional we just cancelled our order and left. Never going back there again. read more

I used to like stopping at this DD so I could get my coolata before hopping on I-84 to NY but after 4 straight bad experiences I am done. The last straw was today: After ordering 2 coolatas and some donuts I drive up to the window to pay. The gal takes my c.c., swipes it, and then tells me "oh, it's going to be a long wait because the coolata machine is under maintenance" I told her I couldn't wait because I have to be in NY so could she give me something else? She said NO, I then asked her why couldn't she inform me of this before charging me. She said she just found out (which is an obvious lie), she didn't even want to give me a refund. When I asked to speak to the manager another gal came over and told he was not in. After 5 minutes of demanding a refund the tards gave me cash back. Very slow, I was the only customer and it took 5min to get an untoasted buttered bagel and then on top of that it was the wrong bagel.

Every single time I visit this Dunkin they mess up my order. They're also incredibly inconsistent - I even ordered the exact same drink for my boyfriend and I at the same time once and they tasted completely different (and disgusting). I kept hoping that the mistakes were a "one time thing" because this Dunkin is on my way to work, but I'm done with them. I will take my business somewhere else from now on. read more

While this Dunkin is convenient for me as I work nearby, I cannot go here regularly. The service is always great but I only drink iced tea, not coffee, and the iced tea continues to taste like stale tea and like it's from the bottom of the barrel. Although more expensive, I have taken my business to the Dunkin in New Milford as their tea is consistently good. I would love to go to this Dunkin, but I can count on more than two hands when I've had to pour my tea down the drain. read more

I guess the food at all DDs is pretty much the same, but I love this place in particular. The servers recognize my voice at the drive-through, and remember what I usually order and how many sweeteners I take. I love that! Like Cheers, without the beer. read more

Come here for coffee 3-4 times a week, love their caramel lattes and their coolatas! Unfortunately, everything else sucks..their bagels are stale, their egg and cheese sandwiches are frozen and pre-made, and they don't even use real butter on bagels: the only reason I give this 4 stars is because their coffee and donuts are fabuloso:D read more
