Dunkin' Pumpkin Spice Coffee: I loathe the cold of late autumn & winter; however, the frigid temperatures do improve one of my favorite indulgences. That indulgence is a good cup of coffee. As much as I enjoy the caffeinated brew, a warm cup just isn't as appealing on an 80 degree day in August. What is appealing is taking in a steaming mug of pumpkin spice coffee on a cool October morning while peacefully reading one of Mr. King's masterpieces in my office. Thankfully Dunkin's take on pumpkin spice coffee allows me to do just that. Opening the bag of grounds expels a forceful aroma of pumpkin spice. Once brewed the java is smooth and flavorful. Sipping it evokes thoughts of autumn, pumpkin farms, pumpkin pie, and of course Halloween. Dunkin's coffee is a winner on its own but pairing it with a number of pumpkin flavored pastry products will really give your taste buds something to howl about this Halloween. The packaging is an eye-catching orange and the 2024 packaging depicts a mouthwatering slice of pumpkin pie (complete with whipped cream). If I find myself unable to sleep much this Halloween season it could be from all the scares or it could be from all of the delicious Dunkin's pumpkin spice coffee I've consumed (or even scarier, it might be from all the sugar & candy!). I'd say within the last few months I've become a regular for this location since they're close to where I live. I've just gotta say how awesome, regardless of the time of day, that this crew is. Makes my drink quick, asks me how I'm doing, and as of recently I've been bringing my dogs with(since most of the time I come back from the dog park) and they've been super nice to give each of my dogs a pup cup, similar to Starbucks, free of charge. I placed an online order for Baskin Robbins ice cream and an ice cream cake. The store worked with me to make sure the order was correct, and their communication and confirmation of the order was perfect. I got the cake to surprise my mom for her birthday. Growing up on the West Coast, Baskin Robbins is a regular part of life! We have purchased Baskin Robbins cakes for over 40 years and customers for its delicious ice cream for longer than that! My parents said this was the most delicious cake they've ever had from a Baskin Robbins. I so badly want them to survive here in Cudahy. They need new leadership/management. The crew is always chaotic and I've gone multiple times with my order being wrong. I keep going back because it's so close to my house and hoping things get better. The store itself is not clean. The staff do not follow the orders and just put whatever in a box/bag and hand it off. They suck at making drinks.. hell they suck at taking your order. Last time I had a bacon egg and cheese bagel, it felt microwaved.. which I'm sure everyone knows bagels are weird to eat when not toasted. Cleanliness is MIA. One of the girls handed us spoons with her bare hands on the part you put your mouth on. younger night crew kid with dirty finger nails touched all over the drinking part of my lid.. The night crew is horrible.. the younger kid who typically works nights treats customers like we're stupid. 2 times I had horrible experiences with him before I decided never to go after 4pm. The other guy who works with hin is no better. Staff in general needs to be retrained or replaced. read more

I was excited that there was going to be a coffee, donut and ice cream place within walking distance from my house. Since it opened I have been there 5 times. Each visit offered consistently poor service... no greeting, no thank you, No "I'm sorry, we are out of chocolate syrup" No "I'm sorry we don't have vanilla ice cream" No "I'm sorry... all we have are 15 flavors or only donut balls today" The store tables are covered in crumbs, sticky substances and used napkins... not every table every time but multiple tables every time! Do not compare this to a Starbucks... there is no comparison. Starbucks appreciates your business and treats you well. They take pride in their property. This locations response to said complaints was this is a new store and is always clean. If you have problems here, there are other dinkin donuts in the area you can go to! Actually... I placed a mobile order for 2 dozen donuts to be picked up through drive-thru lane for my daughter's class for a birthday treat. I placed the order for ASAP (7AM) and i didn't actually pick it up until 815AM. When we got to the window, they asked for the order and went to check and didn't see anything. They claimed to not have received the order. As we were running late for school, I dropped off the kid and came back later. By this time, a different person serviced me and found the order - by that time, i just wanted a refund; however, I was told since it was a mobile order, they cannot make a refund! Asked loudly and clearly for a HOT latte. Even showed up on the screen as HOT. Got to window, he had a cold one ready. I said I was so sorry but I asked for a hot one. He rolled his eyes and gave me the dirtiest look, and huffed loudly as he walked away. Terrible customer service. You don't treat customers like that, especially when they are right. Very rude worker at ice cream counter. He started scooping a different flavor than I had asked for, so I asked for the right flavor. i have been going here since it opened, and yes i know my order is "annoying" and they go out of their way to make it. but this is the fourth or fifth time my drink has been wrong in the drive thru. they repeat it back to me wrong and when i ask about the modifications, they immediately get an attitude and say "i got that already." they obviously do not because when i pull up, pay, and get my drink, it is almost always wrong. when i correct them and ask for it to be fixed they just say "sorry about that. have a good day." i NEVER complain about any place, because i've been in those situations at my job, but if you're thinking about coming here, think of another location or perhaps homemade coffee because at least it'll be made correctly. read more
