I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but when I saw Dunkin's holiday menu, I saw some stuff I definitely wanted to try. I felt like the employees were very efficient in what they were doing. The morning rush can be overwhelming at times and they executed it perfectly. I got the holiday cookie signature latte and it was heavenly. I loved it and I'm not a coffee person. I could drink it all the time. I just love how by the time I order to the time I get my food, it's less than 5 minutes. My food and coffee are always hot and fresh, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are always happy and willing to help you pick the perfect breakfast pairing to start your day off right! read more

This is the only Dunkin we go to now. They are very efficient whether we order via mobile or drive through. All the other Dunkin locations we go to have issues with efficiency and prioritization between the drive thru, mobile orders, and front register. And they always get our orders right. During the recent holiday season, as well as during my birthday, family and friends shared Dunkin' gift cards and perk codes with me as presents. I ended up driving to this storefront to start using them; it's not far away from where I live, but the drive still offers an enjoyable break from Quarantine Life. I've visited during lunch and later in the evening. The lunch visit was busier, of course. The staff were very courteous and obviously working hard in what felt like a very small space. Speaking of small spaces: this Dunkin' in general isn't particularly big. I mention that because I couldn't tell if the indoor dining space is currently open to guests or not during these Plague Days. The tables were in use while I was in line, but one table was clearly being used for a Dunkin' interview (both people were masked) and the other by an employee taking a break. I admittedly wish there was somewhere else for folks to take their breaks. To be clear: staff 100% deserve time off of their feet, and need to hydrate and enjoy a meal. Depending on the design of the building overall, this point is probably completely out of the team's hands. Still, seeing anyone sit indoors without a mask on currently makes me nervous. Fortunately, the lunch visit was a quick and mostly pleasant visit overall, thanks to the organized team as a whole. I even had time to take a walk during the rest of my lunch break once I returned home with my latte and sandwich. And the coffee was good and the food was fine, exactly what I expected from a Dunkin'. (But I admit that if I had walked in and both tables were being used by diners, I would have turned around and not bothered ordering that day.) My other visit involved the drive-thru, since the indoor area was actually closed off for the night. (Note that I'm not a Dunkin' regular so I have no idea if that's new due to COVID-related cleanings or standard practice.) There's nothing exciting to report about that trip - I placed my order, I paid for the order, I got my order. Thank goodness it went so well, because the last couple times I've used a drive-thru, the experiences have been less than ideal. I expect that I'll be back again in the near future, and now that I know how smoothly it's managed the drive-thru will be my preferred method of ordering for the foreseeable future. Now I just need to plan ahead for a Cheat Day so I can get the Dunkin' donut that I've been craving! read more

I sound like I'm advertising for this place, but I love this location. The employees are SO KIND. I'll say it again though, use the drive thru, if you go inside service tends to be slower. They deserve more than 2 stars here based on my experiences. I have been going to this DD for Three months. I spend on a good week close to 50.00 yes. 50. I buy doughnuts for my students. That being said I would think that I could get a cup of ice. I have never had a problem with this Dunkin' Donuts location. In fact, I applaud the workers - especially the ones who work the drive thru. I typically stop here before work and go through the drive thru, which most people tend to do. It doesn't matter if there are 3 cars or no cars in front of me, the line moves very quickly. This establishment has to get more negative reviews than any other food service business in the history of hospitality. To say that the employees are lazy doesn't even cover it, they don't even try. It is shameful how much this location benefits from being the only coffee shop in Crafton. I long for the day when any other restaurant in the area finally gets a clue and gets an espresso machine because I will never come back here. I have wasted so much money in this Dunkin' Donuts over the years I'm mad at myself. I've been in the hospitality industry half my life and went to school for it as well, and the way management continues to allow this business to run is just wrong. My order is literally messed up the majority of the times I come here. I'm just used to it at this point. And there's nowhere else to go that's really close to my house. Just today my boyfriend went and got us breakfast and they gave him an iced coffee in a cracked cup that leaked in the car for which he had to go back in and get another. A croissant sandwich that was blackened burnt, and hashbrowns that were still cold in the center. Are you kidding me? And it's always like this. Seriously, how little do you have to care, and how lazy do you have to be not just pour something into a new cup if it's broken? Not sure how this Dunkin' has a 3/5 stars. I've lived near a Dunkin my entire life, and the old wise tale goes that Dunkin' only gets your order right 1/5 times. Well this dunkin donuts is a different story from my review on the location downtown. I went there this morning to grab a quick breakfast for my husband and myself, and I decided to avoid the drive thru and just go in. The food was decent and the coffee was good, but my issue was with the girl who took my order. She didn't know what ANYTHING was that I ordered. I asked if they served the coconut flavored coffee (it wasn't listed on their menu) and she looked at me like she was disgusted, and then asked someone if they served that. He told me that they did in fact serve the coconut coffee, and then went and got it for me. Thanks. So then I ordered my husbands sandwich, which was the eggs Benedict sandwich. Again, the girl behind the counter looks at me with utter confusion, and asks the same guy if they have that, and what it is, and then tells me she "doesn't even know what that means". So unfortunately they didn't serve this sandwich and I got something else for him- no big deal. She tells me my total which was $15 and some change, and when I jokingly replied that I was shocked (we got a a few other things so I wasn't expecting it to to be 5 bucks!), this girl looks at me and say "I know right?" I didn't reply because I didn't know where she was going with that, but she went ahead and continued anyway by saying, "honestly, I work here and I think that the prices of things are way to high for the quality of our stuff". The only reason that I still go to this Dunkin is because it's the only place in Crafton to get coffee that's not from a gas station. Aside from the extremely friendly woman who works weekday mornings, this place is falling apart. My order is messed up nearly every single visit and the donuts are usually dry, picked over, and very poor quality. I ask for hot coffee and get iced coffee. I ask for iced coffee and get hot coffee. I know it's only coffee, but it's not that hard. The workers seem more concerned with socializing with each other than with the customers. They are extremely slow, inattentive, and unfriendly. I like this dunkin donuts. It's newer and it has those cool garage doors that are open when it's nice out. They also have 99cent iced tea or iced coffee from 3pm-6pm (even on the weekends). This is a convenient location, but at least between 4pm and 8pm, there are smoking, screaming, snuff-spitting, ranting customers sitting in the outside patio, and people spraying perfumes, dancing, singing, inside.
