As I went to the drive thru window the girl asked what cold foam I wanted? I told her I didn't order the cold foam because the flavor was odd to me and didn't sound good in cold brew. She told me that they do have vanilla and salted caramel and asked me if I wanted her to add that and the charge to my order? I told her no thank you and paid for my iced cold brew ( honestly the cold foam at that point should have been no charge with all the confusion ). She handed me my drink and then I asked if they have a loyalty program and then the girl ( named Shirley) said that they do and I asked if she could add me. She took my phone number and then I asked if the drink I just purchased would be included in my reward loyalty program. She said that it wouldn't be because she had already rang me up and I paid.
