Such a good find while out of town. Great menu for breakfast, excellent coffee options and most of all I was so happy they had black licorice ice cream!! I know it sounds gross but I feel in love with it on a trip to Iceland and it's so hard to find! Made my year It's super cute inside, great place to sip your coffee and play some games with friends or family. read more

We stopped in while on a road trip and got three sandwiches to go along with some boba tea. When we were back on the road I opened my sandwich and found a terribly burned, hard as a rock, smelly mess of a sandwich. I would never in a million years serve food like this to a customer. I had to wrap it up tightly in the plastic bag it came in to contain the smell. I would've gone back but, like I said we were already back on the highway and miles from town. read more

First they make my shake so think you can't put a straw in it .. 2md time They don't even fill my cup to the top :/ third of all how can they charge $10 for one can only be described as a tiny cup. Truly terrible experience will not be returning. Do not get your value worth. First, I never left the building at all so I did not return as you put it.. 2nd I did not even drink any of it as I tried to suck on the straw once and the ice cream would not even come through. 3rd $10 for a milkshake is absolutely insane for the size of the cup provided with it. All of my complaints are valid and the fact that you did not even apologize or attempt to make this right speaks volumes. . read more

I've only ever been through the drive thru, but every thing I've gotten has been absolutely delicious! From coffee drinks to bubble tea, everything is so yummy. Very sugary, but so, so yummy. I am a member at a local pottery studio, and every time I come to Verona for some studio time, I have to make a stop at Icki Sticki. I really wish there was one in Fitchburg! Although, my wallet and weight are probably happy there isn't. My favorite concoction so far has been the Blue Hawaii flavored milk tea with mango boba. I could drink that every day! read more

Overpriced for not a lot of options, was expecting more choices but had very few bakery choices. Coffee was ok, didn't taste the best. Service wasn't good either, just not friendly or even offering help, especially since it was our first time here. read more

Ordered inside, it smells amazing and everything looks yummy. I had to narrow it down and it was almost impossible to choose. I ended up enjoying a dirty chai latte and dove right in to this monkey business waffle. Quick service! We will be frequent visitors read more

Extremely friendly staff, clean store, plenty of drink and dessert options, what more could you ask for? There is plenty of parking available in front of the store, and there's a nice drive thru option for customers. After walking in, we were immediately greeted by two friendly workers and shown the ice cream options. We were offered samples and provided plenty of time to make our choices. Since the ice cream is from chocolate shoppe, we knew exactly what to expect with the quality and taste, and we weren't disappointed. We were originally going to Icki Sticki to get boba tea, but decided against it after seeing the drinks were made with syrups, and there were only a limited amount of fruit flavors. Other than that personal preference, the menu options all looked fantastic! This is a wonderful dessert spot, and I can't wait to go back! read more

On a weekday evening, I stopped by to have something light. They had a lot of chocolate shoppe ice creams. That is hard to resist. I went for 3 scoops - Fat Elvis, rhubarb crumble, yippee Skippy. Yippee skippy was my favorite. Monkey business waffle was good as well. I got a muffin, which was ok. Saw some boba tea in the menu and decided to try one. I went with the rose milk boba tea. That one I didn't like. Especially boba was not cooked properly. read more

Came here with my son for lunch and it was so cute. They had a little toddler table so of course we sat there. We had the rainbow grilled cheese, berry waffle with sprinkles, a vanilla chai and a cotton candy to go. The prices aren't cheap but not overly high either. Everything was delicious and we will be back to try other things on the menu which is pretty vast! read more

It's a cute storefront. It used to be a garage/ gas station, I'm guessing. We got there close to closing. Oops. I just wanted sweet. They have loads of options. I had black cherry, and it was really good. He had rocky road -Wow lots of marshmallow. It was awesome. Good portions and nice kids behind the counter. Not upset as I was that we were there minutes before closing. I've been at another location, and they never disappoint. read more

I ordered my drink without ice and was charged an extra $ 0.5 for it. I was ok with that. When I received my drink it had ice. I let the person delivering my drink that I had ordered mine without ice. She responded "So what? I made a mistake and put ice on it. It's not that much" I told her I wasn't happy with it because it was not what I ordered. She said "what do you want me to do about it, make it again?"... I said yes, she proceeded to make a disgusted noise and slammed the window. She came back with the correct drink, and said "happy now?" She was super rude so I asked her if I could speak to a manager, she said "for what?" I explained that besides me not getting the correct drink, she was very rude about it. She said that they didn't have a manager on shifts and that I should be content with the fact that I got 2 drinks out of the deal. I explained that it was the principal, plus the atrocious customer service that I had an issue with at the moment. She proceeded to say "what do you want then? I can just give you your 50 cents back and deal with it" It's the WORSE customer service ever. I love supporting local businesses, but needless to say I don't think I will be back there anytime soon. read more

This small ice cream shop is behind another establishment. Free street parking and lot in back. The service is excellent and it is clean casual place. I ordered a lemon meringue ice cream in a waffle cone after trying a few flavors. The lemon meringue was slightly citrus flavored but creamy. Our server was patient and informative. The ice cream was great and selection vast. Everything you want in an ice cream shop. I hope to visit again. read more

I was in Verona hiking and wanted something refreshing after finishing up 8 miles on the trail. Stopped in to Icki Sticki and there are lots of vegan options. Smoothies, shaved ice, Chocolate Shoppe ice cream, non-dairy milks for the coffee. I had never been there and the young employee helping me was fantastic. They looked up info for me and everything. I went with a simple strawberry smoothie and it was delicious! I'll definitely try more options when I'm back in that area. read more

Me and my boyfriend came here about three years ago, before it moved, and it was so good! I love shaved ice so I loved this place. Well we went back for the first time since they moved and it was horrible. I think they changed the type of syrup they use for the blue raspberry. It was horrible. I made slushes at home as a kid will cheap syrup and that's exactly what it tasted like. Was very disappointed. read more

I am a FAN of this place. Just picture it, it's summer, you've gone for a bike ride and are need of a snack/pick me up. You happen to end your ride in Verona or just finished a tour of Epic and are ready for something sweet. Enter, Icki Sticki. It is a bit hidden and looks like it is apart of the gas station, but I promise you, it is a great place to stop. Coffee, Ice Cream, and most importantly SHAVED ICE. They have check in deals and usually have a line out the door, but thats mostly due to the limited staff they have on hand. I always get a shave ice when I am there and it hasn't let me down yet. The flavors are good, the ice is pretty fine (not quite as good as hawaii, but not as bad as a snowcone) and they offer condensed milk on top, which is a must. read more

I love this little shop! Easy to get to, parking is always available, the inside is so cute and inviting, and the people have always been helpful and friendly. I love the variety of ice cream available, and it makes me so happy that they are able to cater to several dietary requirements. They keep a nice selection of grab and go snacks on hand as well. I visited Icki-Sticki for the first time with my friend. We saw Monkey Business Belgian Waffle and decided to try it out. We loved the taste of the monkey waffle. The best part is that they are not heavy waffles and so delicious. The waffles and toppings were fresh. I am in love with monkey waffle. I'm not even a big waffle fan but I could have eaten much more given the time. You must try it. I have a great experience with Icki-Sticki. Normally, I am a huge fan of this establishment, and both Verona and Mount Horeb locations. However, this morning, I went to the Verona location and they had moved down the street to the old frozen custard building. My drink order was the wrong size, and the waffle that I ordered stuck to the grill twice and I got my money back with an apology. I suggest waiting to go for a couple of weeks until the kinks are fully ironed out! read more

I have been to Icki Sticki many times since they opened their location in Verona. Every time I have gone prior to my last experience, they were incredibly accommodating of my severe peanut/nut allergies. I am aware that no place is perfect and they can only do so much but at Culver's, they'll run a new batch of custard, at the Union at UW-Madison, they'll open a new bin of ice cream and use a fresh scoop - but ultimately, I assume the risk. Every time prior to my last experience at Icki Sticki, the employee would open a new bin and use a fresh scoop. However, on July 7th, this was not the case. There were 3 employees working behind the counter including a new hire. The new hire was incredibly kind and the only reason why this is even getting a star. I let her know about my allergy and she had to ask another employee, a girl with short curly black hair, what the protocol was. She advised the new hire to do NOTHING. This was not customary for Icki Sticki. I mentioned that previously, they were able to open a new container but the curly haired employee said no this time. I was concerned for my safety but the new hire did everything she could. She also mentioned that the curly haired employee was difficult to work with. Later when we were checking out, the curly haired employee was incredibly rude to the child that was with me about using a VISA gift card and begrudgingly snatched it out of her hand and 5 seconds later said it wasn't going to work without even swiping it. I am incredibly unhappy with this employee and will not be back as I have also shared this experience with other families, especially with those who have food allergies as they will not be met with compassion. Do better please. Food allergies beware read more

So far, my family and I have loved every iteration of this cafe. They are very consistent with their coffee and espresso drinks. Their ice cream is top notch as they serve Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream; the best in Wisconsin! They carry all different products to tempt all pallets. Their staff is always friendly and provide quick service every time. Don't give them less than 5 stars just because they carry something YOU don't like. Not so great. The place was so cute. The customer service was a solid 7/10. The girls were really sweet, but they seemed a little rushed. I ordered a mango juice like a drink with Bobba.
