I've only ever been through the drive thru, but every thing I've gotten has been absolutely delicious! From coffee drinks to bubble tea, everything is so yummy. Very sugary, but so, so yummy. Extremely friendly staff, clean store, plenty of drink and dessert options, what more could you ask for? There is plenty of parking available in front of the store, and there's a nice drive thru option for customers. After walking in, we were immediately greeted by two friendly workers and shown the ice cream options. We were offered samples and provided plenty of time to make our choices. Since the ice cream is from chocolate shoppe, we knew exactly what to expect with the quality and taste, and we weren't disappointed. We were originally going to Icki Sticki to get boba tea, but decided against it after seeing the drinks were made with syrups, and there were only a limited amount of fruit flavors. On a weekday evening, I stopped by to have something light. They had a lot of chocolate shoppe ice creams. That is hard to resist. I went for 3 scoops - Fat Elvis, rhubarb crumble, yippee Skippy. I ordered my drink without ice and was charged an extra $ 0.5 for it. I was ok with that. When I received my drink it had ice. I let the person delivering my drink that I had ordered mine without ice. She responded "So what? I made a mistake and put ice on it. It's not that much" I told her I wasn't happy with it because it was not what I ordered. She said "what do you want me to do about it, make it again?"... I said yes, she proceeded to make a disgusted noise and slammed the window. She came back with the correct drink, and said "happy now?" She was super rude so I asked her if I could speak to a manager, she said "for what?" I explained that besides me not getting the correct drink, she was very rude about it. She said that they didn't have a manager on shifts and that I should be content with the fact that I got 2 drinks out of the deal. I explained that it was the principal, plus the atrocious customer service that I had an issue with at the moment. She proceeded to say "what do you want then? I can just give you your 50 cents back and deal with it" It's the WORSE customer service ever. I was in Verona hiking and wanted something refreshing after finishing up 8 miles on the trail. Stopped in to Icki Sticki and there are lots of vegan options. Me and my boyfriend came here about three years ago, before it moved, and it was so good! I love shaved ice so I loved this place. Well we went back for the first time since they moved and it was horrible. I think they changed the type of syrup they use for the blue raspberry. It was horrible. I am a FAN of this place. Just picture it, it's summer, you've gone for a bike ride and are need of a snack/pick me up. It is a bit hidden and looks like it is apart of the gas station, but I promise you, it is a great place to stop. Coffee, Ice Cream, and most importantly SHAVED ICE. They have check in deals and usually have a line out the door, but thats mostly due to the limited staff they have on hand. I always get a shave ice when I am there and it hasn't let me down yet. The flavors are good, the ice is pretty fine (not quite as good as hawaii, but not as bad as a snowcone) and they offer condensed milk on top, which is a must. read more

I have been to Icki Sticki many times since they opened their location in Verona. Every time I have gone prior to my last experience, they were incredibly accommodating of my severe peanut/nut allergies. I am aware that no place is perfect and they can only do so much but at Culver's, they'll run a new batch of custard, at the Union at UW-Madison, they'll open a new bin of ice cream and use a fresh scoop - but ultimately, I assume the risk. Every time prior to my last experience at Icki Sticki, the employee would open a new bin and use a fresh scoop. However, on July 7th, this was not the case. There were 3 employees working behind the counter including a new hire. The new hire was incredibly kind and the only reason why this is even getting a star. I let her know about my allergy and she had to ask another employee, a girl with short curly black hair, what the protocol was. She advised the new hire to do NOTHING. This was not customary for Icki Sticki. I mentioned that previously, they were able to open a new container but the curly haired employee said no this time. I was concerned for my safety but the new hire did everything she could. She also mentioned that the curly haired employee was difficult to work with. Later when we were checking out, the curly haired employee was incredibly rude to the child that was with me about using a VISA gift card and begrudgingly snatched it out of her hand and 5 seconds later said it wasn't going to work without even swiping it. I am incredibly unhappy with this employee and will not be back as I have also shared this experience with other families, especially with those who have food allergies as they will not be met with compassion. Their ice cream is top notch as they serve Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream; the best in Wisconsin! They carry all different products to tempt all pallets. Their staff is always friendly and provide quick service every time. Don't give them less than 5 stars just because they carry something YOU don't like. Very bummed out by the ice cream that I received here. My husband called ahead to double check that they had the maple nut flavor which is my favorite. It was a surprise for my birthday and he let the woman know that we would be coming in for my birthday. I ordered a single scoop in a dish and was looking forward to my favorite flavor and it ended up being very gummy and chewy. The serving size was very small and although she acknowledged my birthday she did nothing extra despite the fact that we spent about $15 on ice cream.
