Lastly I had Jam Sesh which was a bit too sweet for me but it was still pretty tasty. The Honey and Strawberry taste was pretty prominent, but I did taste a bit of the apple. I get mine from her Mary's Coffee Express location in Mount Horeb. 100% Natural ingredients, made fresh from scratch and you can tell that when they hit your mouth. My favorites are (in order) The Door County Cherry Almond, Stuffed Raspberry, Cinnamon Pecan, Cranberry Orange, Blueberry Lemon . . . okay, okay, I like them all and it sometimes depends on the day and what is available since some are seasonal. I watched the server pull them off of parchment paper and put them on the griddle to reheat. They were dried out around the edges and overall very tough. While we were eating I observed an employee mixing a fresh batch of pancake batter so they obviously make them on sight. This is a menu item that should be prepared fresh when ordered, not made ahead and reheated. I also ordered a hot chocolate expecting a rich, full bodied chocolate since they are a chocolate shop. I must say the coffee cake was as good or better than my grandma used to make.
