My first visit I went through the drive thru and I ordered two strawberry frosted donuts without sprinkles and a medium iced coffee, my usual. Upon my service, they handed me the bag but the donuts had sprinkles on them and I dislike like sprinkles with a passion, I swear they don't taste the same. Anyway, I went inside and asked for any donuts without sprinkles and kindly the woman at the front went to the back and made me fresh donuts without them and I really appreciated that. I went again about a week later and all of the donuts had sprinkles on them and I've never been to a Dunkin donuts that only displayed sprinkled donuts when it wasn't a holiday. The woman at the desk said the donut lady wasn't there so I couldn't get any without sprinkles. And my next visit, the same thing. But the woman said the woman who makes the donuts comes in before noon. So today I went in at 10 before I started my day and she again wasn't there. My only concerns are: why aren't all the employees trained to make donuts? Why is only one employee trained to do this? Why do they only serve them with sprinkles? What if they run out of a flavor of donuts? Who will make more? Are they not made fresh after 12? How are they made on her off days if she has any? Are they even fresh at all? After all of these questions running through my head all morning. I disliked my experience there and I'm in search of another donut place in my area. read more

Horribly managed, very lazy workers specially the boy..Indian manager always trying to coach the staff in front of the customers. Staff never smile and always wiping their face while working in the food or drink. I have been there about 10 times always on Sunday. Often no napkins and dirty floor Staff busy not responding to customers on register, they feel too comfortable apparently they are same family with the manager or something. read more

My favorite place to get breakfast and coffee. They take great care of their customers and their establishment is very clean! I love their food too. I could eat it every morning. read more

Awful coffee. I'm from connecticut. The dunkin doughnuts out there is delicious. But these owners suck. They owned another one i went to before and it was also horrible. read more

Their menu has a picture of an iced latte and advertises it as an iced coconut milk latte. I asked for an iced coconut milk latte with vanilla. I was told they can't make iced lattes with coconut milk. I clarified again what it was considering it was being advertised on the menu next to their new butter pecan drink. They proceeded to say they could not make a latte with coconut milk. I said that they should cover that or take that off of their menu then. The girl rudely responded that she doesn't make the menu. I ended up just leaving due to the treatment. I tried to order that exact drink from the location online and it allowed me to order a coconut milk iced latte with vanilla. I will never come here again. The last time I came to this location it was a very poor experience as well. Not worth it. Keep driving to Tim Horton's or even McDonald's for your coffee. read more

Been to this location twice. Nice, clean store. So addicted to their iced coffee and pretzel twists. Yum! Closest DD location to where I live too! read more

If your definition and expectation for Mobile Pick-up is that when you arrive, it will be there waiting for you to grab and go, this in not the Dunkin' for you. They don't make it until you tell them you have arrived, which defeats the intended purpose of Mobile pick-up in my opinion. Just go through the drive thru or better yet another Dunkin'. Longest wait of any Dunkin' in the Columbus Ohio area. read more

I order half a dozen donuts. 2 glazed, 1 honey cruller & specifically asked for 3 powdered bavarian cream!!! The lady taken orders said okay yeah, gave us our total. In the line I opened the box and she had put 3 glazed, 2 honey cruller & a regular powdered cream filled donut! And when I said something she told me we don't have any Bavarian cream donuts .... so you choose to just give us donuts we didn't pay for ? Why wouldn't you tell me that you didn't have what I asked for ? Do not go to this Dunkin ! read more

I stop at this location frequently when I'm in Columbus. The staff is always friendly & pleasant. Store appearance is neat & looks to be kept clean. Really don't have anything bad to say except sometimes they make my large Carmel Iced Coffee a little too sweet lol. Other than that, no complaints. read more

Yeah...no. don't go here for any new flavors, holiday flavors, good service. Just no. I use to love this location when they first opened but now, not even worth it. Back to Tim Hortons read more

Worst donut shop in the area. Disrespectful management, lazy service, and just bad food in general. Don't recommend at all.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They have messed up my order multiple times now. I ordered the hazelnut swirl and asked the cashier several times if it was the sweetened version and he said yes. It was not the swirl, ended up wasting my money here again. The service is awful and I feel like the workers do not understand the orders and are rude when I asked them to double check. read more

I was very happy when they moved into this space. A decent doughnut shop right in my neighborhood! However, there are still issues that keep this from being a great review. Firstly, the side street they are on makes it very difficult if not dangerous to get into the place. If you are going west-bound on Broad St you have about a car-length of turn lane to try to get in while the cars around you are trying to fly up your backside, at the same time the oncoming lane flies at you with no concern of you wanting to turn in. Now, onto the food, not just the location woes. The donuts themselves have been fine, not a stale one yet, and my wife likes the muffins from here now and then. However, the last time we were in she ordered a bagel with cream cheese and we discovered far too late that the cost of cream cheese is the SAME as another bagel! That's right- it costs just as much to top a bagel as to buy a second bagel! who's idea was that? That's price gouging at a terrible level. So I know we'll never buy one of those again! Secondly, the gal making our drinks had zero focus. We had ordered one of the boxes of coffee, that she made promptly, but we also ordered a large hot tea, extra cream extra sugar. When she handed us the box of coffee she hadn't made the tea, and then stood looking at us like we should go away now. My wife pointed out we had a tea on the order, she looked confused and asked what kind, my wife says "large hot tea, extra cream, extra sugar" the woman made a medium tea, nothing in it and handed it to us. we said no, LARGE, not medium. so she dumped it into a large cup and tried to hand it back. WITHOUT adding more tea! What is that about? so we said, it was a large tea, not a medium tea in a large cup, and not just tea, but please ,could you give us the extra cream and sugar. she added a little bit of both, then hot water out of the water tap to fill it, as if we wouldn't notice her doing it! at that point we seriously just gave up. It wasn't worth trying to get her to make it correctly for a fourth time. Just know that it will cost them our business in the future. I mean, it's tea. how do you slack off on that??? read more

Growing up in New England, I love Dunkin Donuts. Love. This location really gives the chain a terrible name. At least half the time I order my usual (sesame seed bagel with veggie cream cheese) the bagel is stale/hard as hell. I bring it back and get another one (I just check it immediately now before driving off). They often put regular cream cheese on instead of veggie. The first time I went here, they got my order wrong. I didn't notice til I got home, then I called them, the person (I'm assuming it was the manager or owner) told me to come back during her shift to correct the mistake. I'm sorry, but if they messed up your order, shouldn't you be able to go back, bring the food and recipe back at your convenience, not just certain hours of certain days?! They don't tell you your total until your food is just about to be handed to you so you can't count out any change while you wait and wait and wait... They are often out of certain things that are on their menu. I have never ever had this problem with other dunkin donuts locations. I swear this locaton wants to use day (or days) old bagels, and have a limited selection of foods available. I wish there was another, better one closer to my house, but unfortunately this is the closest one. Where is the quality control? Does anyone know how to report these problems to a higher up, besides just the people at this location? read more

Went there after hockey game 10:22 PM sign states open 24 hrs. People inside customers and workers but doors locked. Went through drive thru for a dozen donuts. Needless to say left with nothing. They had 1 choc a couple glazed etc... Don't advertise 24 hrs. Went out of our way to get donuts. Rating of 0 stars. Won't try again. Pissed off. Another group of hockey fans pulled up and left with nothing as well read more

This location is a terrible example of Dunkin. Always slow, unfriendly service. This morning I stopped for coffee before work. I specifically asked for decaf as caffiene makes me sick, but I like the taste of coffee. The frowning cashier poured it out of a black pot. So I asked again to make sure it was decaf and even mentioned caffiene makes me sick. He looked me straight in the eye and said it was decaf. It's now two hours later and I'm sitting at work and not feeling well at all. I will get Dunkin again, just not at the one on Broad Street. Please do not have high expectations when visiting this location. read more

Trash straight garbage got a dozen of donuts they were from the day before and it was 8 in the morning the next day called after driving 45 mins to work and they told me it was from yesterday like that was a normal thing and said you can bring then back in the next 2 hours or there nothing we can do thanks Rebecca you were some help I tryed giving this store a chance multiple time and its always hit or miss nope never again read more

Went into the store at 9:20 pm, nobody in sight. Stood there for several minutes. While waiting, we noticed that there were zero doughnuts available on the rack. I actually took a photo of the empty rack. When the employee finally walked up to us, we asked if there were any doughnuts. She told us that she just threw away all of the doughnuts. I said "you're open until 10:00, right?" and she said yes and I indicated it was 9:22 pm. I told her that this was terrible service and she didn't really care, as she said nothing. We left and got into our vehicle and started driving away. When we started driving away, we looked back and noticed that a man who had been hanging out in the parking lot since before we arrived was standing by the back door of the store, which was open. The employee who had told us that she had thrown away all of the doughnuts was now handing a bag of food to the man who had been waiting in the parking lot. This food was being passed through the back door. Something shady is going on here and I will never spend another dime at this store. You can tell is is very poorly managed. Choose a different location for your doughnut needs, folks! read more

Thanks to my experience there, I'll never desire Dunkin Donuts again. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Some kid that hates his job standing in front of the donuts as we are trying to decide which to pick. Very dryly telling us which donuts cost extra when we mention them as a candidate. I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. And the donuts had no redeeming qualities. read more

I stop here often, it was great when they first opened- service wise. Sometimes they are just rude and toss your food out at you. They usually do not tell you the total until you're at the window. The bagels sometimes are so chewy my mouth gets tired and it's hit or miss with the cream cheese. They are perfectly located in a good area- which is the only reason I go often in the mornings. read more

A welcomed addition to the west side and to my commute to work. Their coffee is ok and with a Boston Cream donut to make it better. I haven't had any problems with their service as others have complained. They do offer some decent deals as for awhile they were giving away a free donut with large coffee. I like their donuts better than Tim Hortons and their coffee is about equal. The inside of the place is nice and i could see sitting in here for awhile as it feels welcoming. They also have a nice patio for the summer months. read more

Forget about this place and their poor service and lack of customer care....go to Amy's Donuts at 650 Georgesville RD , and support a family owned local business, they always have donuts in stock and there donuts are amazing, the people working are friendly , and are passionate about their work. Horrible horrible horrible! My job gets donuts for our department 3 times a week. My co worker and I decided to try out the sandwiches since we've never been here before! The person was extremely rude and rushed us. No cars were behind us. I asked politely to hold on as we were looking at the different options on the menu. I was rushed multiple times and was told to pull around and I wasn't even done finishing my order. I got to the window and said i wasn't done ordering and would like to add a coffee. The worker told me I had to pull around and order the coffee because they couldn't add it to the order. How rude!!!!! I wasn't done ordering in the first place and was rushed then couldn't even finish my order at the window. Poor customer service. I drove off and didn't want my order at that point. Tim Hortons got my business this morning! Our company won't be buying from you guys anymore as we will take our money else where!!!! read more

This is normally my go to place for coffee when starbucks is closed or not around. Sometimes I just prefer it to change things up. I was excited to see there was one kinda close to where I live because I will avoid McDonald's at all cost but BLEK!!! I'll go to Burger King from now on if this is what I have to drink. Idk what it is about this location but their drinks taste absolutely HORRIBLE. Nothing like the other ones I have visited. Ew. read more

So horrible! The past 2 times we have come, the donuts have been stale. And the chocolate munchkins have a sponge like quality. My 3 year old wouldn't even eat them and I can't say I blame him. I tried one and gagged. Very disappointing. read more

Poor attitude and very impatient workers. They had no reason to be as we were the only customers in there and it's 4 am. Absolutely terrible. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am surprised Dunkin donuts would allow this crap hole to use their brand name. The quality of product is mediocre at best at times. I have given them more than enough benefit of doubt. Chance after chance to prove me wrong. Thinking, oh this person had a bad day, or well they do make a lot of coffee. But enough is enough. Today I went through the drive thru with my girlfriend and both of our orders are completely wrong. (Much more than they put cheese when I said no cheese.) We ordered basic items. Meaning, a combo with no alterations done in a customizing fashion. Me a turkey and bacon flat bread. When I received my food, I got sausage and egg on a flat bread. Did the same to my girlfriends bagel. Btw we were the only car in line. This coming 6 months after I was late to work because they decided to not work the drive thru because they were busy inside. And when I called to complain to corporate they told me it was a franchise and the franchise had 24 hours to get a hold of me. Guess what never happened... So in closing this place is great if you like rude people, food you didn't order and wasting your time. read more
