My family and I decided to stop by even though there were multiple reviews ranking this a 2-3 stars experience. Despite what the reviews say the shelf were fly-free and well-stocked. The guy on the register named Gregory was very friendly and efficient. He was patient with me when I was still deciding what donut I wanted and even suggested some that he and his co-workers like. I didn't feel rushed and took my time even though there was a line forming behind us. His willingness to work and ebullient behavior made for a fun/comforting ambiance. My Aunt showed Gregory a photo of a recipe of how she would like her Specialty Pumpkin Brew to be made. He asked politely if he could hold her phone to view the ingredients listed closer. She also wondered if he could put the special ordered drink in a cup she brought. He made the drink exactly as she wanted and in her own cup. Plus, he added a good amount of whip cream on top. She was very pleased. All the while serving us with a smile I'd say that's the cherry on the top! As for my Ma her coffee was made a little too light and she asked for help to darken it from another worker. He was a gentleman he reached over the divider to retrieve it, so she wouldn't have to burn herself, since it was filled to the top. He added more coffee to her cup to darken for her without any issues. We didn't catch his name, but we appreciate his and Gregory's service. The drive thru is frequently backed up with a 10+ minute wait. More frustrating is that whoever makes sandwiches doesn't bother looking at what was ordered or checks tags. The last three drive thru stops I've ordered and been charged for avocado toast with bacon, and got home to find no bacon on the toast. The tags clearly state with bacon. The last in store visit I watched the sandwich person hand my order over to the drive thru when the tags stated it was an in store visit. Meanwhile another customer was complaining because they also got the wrong order made. No complaints with the coffee staff, they're great - but need to train whoever is on sandwiches better. read more

I went there today to get a grilled cheese- the bread was rye bread not toasted and very little cheese on there. I am a customer who goes there everyday for a frozen coffee and was not happy with the Grilled Cheese read more

Hit or miss here. Sometimes friendly and sometimes not. Sometimes your coffee is made right and sometimes not. Sometimes you have donuts after 2pm and MANY times you do not. read more

It's so unusual to have good service at Dunkin that I felt I had to mention it. We went threw the drive-thru Tuesday ordered two drinks. We not only got the correctly made drinks, we received them quickly and with friendly service. Thanks ladies! read more

Food was okay but, employee was smoking by the drive-thru screen, as he "cleaned" it. Waved for us to pull up to order while he puffed away but, seriously, who wants to inhale the guys nasty cigarette while they order their breakfast?!? VERY unprofessional! This has to be the most bizarre Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. It's like another realm in there. I typically prefer mom and pop coffee shops, however, when traveling I rely on the consistency and longer hours of chains for the essentials. The family owned coffee shop in town was unable to make me an iced latte, so I went to DD. I've been to Dunkin' Donuts all over the country (Tennessee, Mass, CT, NYC and Long Island in NY, NJ, North Carolina, Delaware, Maine, California, Florida etc) and I always order the same exact thing, an Iced Latte with almond milk. For some reason the Cobleskill location kept making me an iced coffee with a turbo shot in it and a splash of almond milk. The latte was as dark as a cold brew and extremely bitter and burnt tasting. I asked them to remake it and they refused to and just dumped some out and added a bit more milk, it still tasted very bad and was extremely dark so I sent my husband in with it, they were very rude and huddled up talking about the situation and then handed it back to him and said there was nothing they could do. So strange. Have they never heard of a refund?! We went back the next morning and since they don't know how to make a latte, I figured I'd just order a deconstructed latte and put it together myself, so we asked for a medium iced cup of plain almond milk, with one turbo shot on the side, I said it clearly and repeated the order so that they understood the simple order. They nodded in agreement and rang me up, but then didn't make what we ordered, and never told us they were not going to fill that order, instead they made us an iced coffee with a turbo shot in it again!! And then announced "here's your iced coffee with a turbo shot". I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Needless to say we didn't go back, and won't be back there ever again unless the staff changes. The 3 girls working there were rude and seemed to be in a constant state of confusion. I told them they could charge me whatever they wanted, that all I was asking for was a single turbo shot (in its own cup) and a medium cup of iced almond milk, I can't imagine why this is a difficult order to fill, but apparently it was mind boggling to them, and instead of saying they couldn't do it, they just gave us whatever they wanted to, and then also gave as an attitude when we said "this isn't what we asked for". read more

I must put my 2 cents in with the dunkin donuts in cobleskill. I got a gift card at Christmas time and every time I use it I am told by one of the cashier that it no longer has money on it and she ask me if I want her to throw it away. Since I just reloaded it, I knew it had cash on it. The only thing I can think of is she is hoping to pocket the cash. The one time she tried not to give me the card back at all. I don't know what it is about drive thru's, but they all seem to want to scam you. read more

Witnessed an argument while waiting for my order. The lady at the drive thru window and another standing around were exchanging words. Another walked by screaming "fight-fight-fight!" It was busy and people were standing in line waiting to make a purchase. The next person in line looked shocked and upset. The window was open and the customers sitting in their car were also watching the fight. I just hope there weren't kids in the car.. read more

This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts locations I have ever been too. To start off, I do frequent here, as my girlfriend attends SUNY Cobleskill, so I stop here quite frequently to get coffee. The staff here is rude and disrespectful. On a numerous number of occasions, there have been times that I have been in the dining room, and the staff behind the counter where yelling obscenities. The staff fails to properly prepare orders too, on multiple occasions I've had to send back my order, weather it was coffee or food. The staff is also extremely rude to customers. There is no personality. I as much as the next person don't like working, but at least make an attempt to smile at your customers and tell them to have a good day. The people that work here are plain miserable and could care less about their jobs and their job performance. All in all, I would avoid going to this Dunkin at all costs. There are two Stewart's with in a 5 mile radius from this Dunkin locations , and the Stewart's has better coffee and a much better atmosphere. Again, I would avoid this Dunkin. read more
