Chicago in September 2019 During my morning walk I ventured over to the neighborhood Dunkin. My first time in this place ... I know , who would believe me when I have a life long membership in the donut club. The place was empty as I arrived after the morning rush and before the noon time lunch crowd. The 2for5 special caught my eye. Two bacon & egg croissants for $5.00. Ya can't beat that. And ... it was really fast food friendly. I was in and out in just a couple of minutes. The place is small but clean and walking distance to mi casa. After finishing my walk I ate one of the sandwiches and it was very good. Due to price , promptness of service , and proximity I give this place 5 stars. Some places I've travelled to refer to this rating as the 3 B's. Bueno , Bonito , y Barato. The place is convenient located on the corner of Harlem and Devon. Their parking is located on the side of the building. It was on a Monday morning after New Year's day when I came to this location and ordered a dozen doughnuts. The lady behind the counter was very kind enough to give the doughnuts that wasn't included on the selection ( a dozen ). I apologized for my mistake when I selected the wrong doughnut. But she she said "it's ok. It's New Year's Day"! Fast service. Nice location. And plenty of (safe) parking. Thank you!! read more

The service here is so great! You can order anything and get it in a few minutes, they will serve you so fast and quick. Their location is so easy to find, they also have a large parking lot. Their place is so clean and nicely decorated, and they have so friendly employees. They will greet you with a big smile, such a friendly service. Ehhhh this location is going downhill. No one seems happy to be working and all of the good people left, so nothing is really consistent. I still stop by here if I have a taste for Dunkin because it's the most convenient location, but the customer service runs my experience. They always give customers dirty looks and most workers here aren't personable at all. I got a caramel coffee from here the other day, and it had SO much cream in it, that it wasn't even edible. DUNKIN' has been my favorite doughnut store since I was a kid. I really love the taste of their doughnuts that comes from different sizes, flavors and designs. However, this particular branch of DUNKIN' has a very small parking lot and I had a hard time parking my car, afraid that I my damaged the ones beside me. I want some coffee and doughnut that is why I am came here. I was just lucky because the staff today are very nice and friendly because some of my friends that the staffs in here are a bit rude. I ordered a coffee and a good pieces of doughnuts and I wanted it take out. My order was ready after about a minute which was really fast. Again, I hard a hard time in the parking while leaving. Then I eat the doughnuts when I got home and it was so delicious and I am happy with it. The coffee is also good that matches it. I enjoyed every bite of it. It's always clean and nicely decorated place, they're also 24 hours open, it's great for those who are looking for somewhere to hang-out. When it comes to their location, they're location is so good, they have parking lot in front of the store, so that customers can easily park&go. I can also say that they're very nice people, their staff, cashiers, and even managers. That's what we called a very friendly service. Also their transaction and service is very fast. They also have a good coffee that can be a reason for you to comeback again, also of course they have a fresh donuts, delicious ice cream, and even refresher drinks. Ooooh a new DD with nice and new decor and furnitures. But where the heck is the drive thru??? I love DD coffee but I usually don't get donuts from here because I love local donut shops vs this chain. Plus every donut lover knows DD donuts are overpriced and are made the night before and are delivered to stores in the morning. They're not fresh and super horrible quality making this donut poor tasting and stale by 10am. Anywho, I tried the new donut Reese's peanut butter square. I wish I didn't waste my $1.49 for this dumb donut. It's awful dough is stale already. So I just ate the PB filling. Service is ok, located right off the highway and other shops and gas stations nearby. All I can say this Dunkin' has a great location and very nice employees. So friendly service and you can get in and out quickly. Their staff serve the customers so fast, their donuts and coffee are always fresh and delicious, even their espresso is so lovely. This is absolutely my favorite store for coffee and donuts as well. Their employees are very helpful, they even suggest and show to you the different sizes and costs of the cups and their different kinds of donuts. This location was really gross, they had food on the tables that haven't been wiped, wrappers of stuff on top o a couple tables, the floor was super disgusting, trash everywhere, it looks like it hasn't been mopped in weeks, the counter where the napkins are is really gross and the workers are on their phones or sitting down, the cashier got upset that I even came to place my order. Has its days, some are bad some are good. Today is the awful day. I ordered a Carmel macchiato and it's almost undrinkable. It is way too concentrated in the strong taste and I usually love my macchiatos. Please teach your employees properly on how to make the coffee. Not a hit or miss each time. Horrible rude customer service. The workers there make u feel like you are at a soup kitchen begging for food. I know that Dunkin' Donuts is a garbage place to get coffee and donuts but this place is disgusting. There are many reasons why this place is filthy. First of all, the older lady that works there (maybe the owner) is the biggest scammer, she won't give you the Dunkin' Donuts deal unless you ask for your receipt and tell her about it. She will act like she doesn't know. I walked in there one time, my order turned out to be $4.36 and she said that I owe her exactly $5.00 so I gave her it but then asked for the receipt. Then I told her the total was 4.36 and she made up an excuse and gave me 20 cents back. Then I returned my whole order because I don't like spending my hard earned money on a scammer business. ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT, THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AND HOPE THAT YOU DONT NOTICE. Another reason is that one time I was sitting there and I saw a MOUSE with my own eyes running around the place. The workers are great. The location is clean and well managed for its small size. The parking lot is very tiny but it is linked to the auto stores lot so if needed there is always parking for everyone. Yes a couple of times the coffee has been U drinkable but the workers fix it without complaint if you just ask. The wait time also depends on time of day. I go there daily and the longest I've ever waited in the past two years is 15 minutes. Even though this place has its flaws, it's still my favorite dunkin. read more
