This location is always extremely slow and then will give you the wrong order ALOT. Never drive off after, check your order thoroughly or you will be upset. They don't know the difference between hot and iced coffee on there own menu. If I could order DoorDash for another location, I would never touch this location. My very same order is messed up constantly at least 6 times I have been given iced coffee when I order hot...I always get a refund, but the inconvenience is because I wfh and unable to leave out. If I could give zero stars I would. The Dunkin part of the store isn't bad I come for breakfast and get an iced coffee and a donut. Simple and no issues. The problem is with the Baskin-Robbins side of it. Every single time we come it's a problem. I have given then multiple chances. They never have anything! No brownies for the warm brownie sundae which is in the menu, and no flavors. I have asked for chocolate chip cookie dough, mint chocolate chip, STRAWBERRY, a cookie sundae and nothing. The longest part of the wait wasn't even at the window, I was waiting for them to just take my order. But, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try again in the next few days. 2 days later, and the line for the drive-thru is still just as bad-if not, worse. So, I go inside and their service is just the same. They are slow. The only reason I gave two stars is because there is one employee that was doing everything in her power to serve the customers. Been here several times. They're consistently low on donuts and selection is minimal. Should rename this place Dunkin Coffee but even their coffee drinks I've had to had remade due to lack of training or just complete incompetence. One example would be the young girl who gave me a cup full of ice, milk, and caramel syrup minus the espresso shots and tried to argue with me there were shots in it when it's blatantly obvious there wasn't. I was there this morning and ordered a plane buttered bagel, 12 glazed donuts an oj and a bottled Coke. I order my coffee 5 sugars extra extra cream. I always ask them to Stir because the sugar ends up in the bottom and the coffee is very bitter to me. This isn't the one I usually go too anymore but was on that side of town at 6am. The person who took the order starting to argue me down that every cup is stirred so there's no need to ask. Discounting the fact that I told him there were plenty of times when I have gotten to my destination and the sugar had fallen to the bottom and night dissolved into the coffee and was extremely bitter. He continued to argue with me. I was so annoyed when reaching into the bag of donuts and they were stale at 6 in the morning....poor customer service and the food is crap. I dont get it. I order my food, they read it back and they still somehow mess it up. I ordered a coffee with cream.and a bagel with cream cheese. I got a ice tea with a bacon egg thing. Of course i.didnt take it but they gave me my order but it gets better. I figured it was an oops so i went back the next day and ordered the same thing. This time i got a hot cocoa and a bagel with no cream cheese. So i dtecided to go back for.a third time, last chance, and order inside. Ordered the same thing. This time no bagel just coffee.
