To the point where I asked Lauren, the owner, what mustard they were using, and then ordered a panini press when I got home hoping to recreate the magic. Perfectly chewy bread, just the right balance of sweet and savory, and that mustard. Truly amazing. My wife ordered the avocado toast which she said was perfection. I wish I could bundle this place up and ship it to New Haven because I'd be eating one of those sandwiches every week. As for everything else: The service was great. The truffles were out of this world good and the flavors were spot on. The latte was also the perfect cross between espresso and hot chocolate. They also have a grab and go area with food, drinks, bagged coffee and merch. The staff is so friendly and helpful too. I tried their specialty Cherry Mocha Latte with sweet cold foam and it was fantastic - no overly sweet at all. All drinks are served with a small Madeline cookie, which was delicious. They also sell handmade cards and I decided to pick up one of those as the designs were so cute and funny. Highly recommend!
