Good location. Service is usually fast, employees are pleasant. The drive thru doesn't suck like some of the other ones. I pretty much always get the strawberry dragonfruit lemonade & it is good. Not much else to add :) read more

Worst Dunkin in the area! I live close and go out of my way to avoid this location. The only thing that's consistent is how awful it is. Something always comes out messed up and they're not eager to help fix the problem. The only thing saving this place is the location! -10/10 read more

I was holding out on updating my review, but the service, wait time and quality of food & coffee seems to have improved at this location. I would never have continued to visit here if it wasn't so convenient, but I'm glad that I did. The drive-thru is consistently moving more quickly and the wake up wrap I ordered today was hot, fresh and crispy! Kudos to whoever has put in the work to turn it around. read more

We usually go out of our way to drive to this Dunkin location Bcz their customer service is generally decent & they consistently prepare things the way they are ordered and/or supposed to be served. Today, the service was fine, but the food was... not. I'll attach pics. The wake up wrap is basically an inedible hockey puck & the bacon on the singed bagel is a joke. Strangely, the hash browns were actually undercooked, cold & falling apart. As a side note, lately, (over the past month or two) every Saturday or Sunday morning when we've gone & tried to order the one "special" they're currently offering- the $3 sausage, egg & cheese croissant with any size coffee purchase- they are very conveniently out of sausage & won't be getting a delivery until the following week. They don't offer any substitutions on this either & it has happened at this location far too many times to not be purposeful. They don't want to lose $ on the specials that they're mandated to offer as a franchise, so this is how they get around it. This location needs to do better, in several ways. read more

Waited in the drive-thru this morning for 17 minutes. Was stuck between cars so I couldn't leave. No explanation or apologies why it was taking so long. I even thanked the cashier for handing me my food. No thank you, you're welcome or sorry about the wait her response was "Yup". No napkins, no receipt. Just late for work for a stale donut and coffee. read more

The coffee here (which Dunkin is known for) is awful! It is so weak it tastes like dishwater. This is the 2nd time I have gone there in 1 year - same awful coffee. read more

Ive been here many of times and it's so sad I ended up having the same experience with this dunkin. The number one problem I have is the manager!!!! She an older white lady with the nastiest attitude I've seen a long time for customer service... She treat her employees like crap and the customers as well she's consistently yelling anytime Ive been in... I feel very bad for the employees the deserve much better! They go above and beyond and I never witnessed her congratulating them just flipping always read more

Yes the line was long. Yes I had to wait in it. But that wasn't a big deal because this was the best dunkin donut I have ever had. I mobile ordered an iced coffee, stuffed bagels, bag of bacon, hash browns, and the featured ghost pepper donut. After waiting in a long but moving line I got to the front and they got my order to me and it was all there and correct. The donut was just because I wanted to try something different. I don't generally like Dunkins donuts because they're never ever fresh when I get them. Well this one was perfect! It was soft and fresh and perfectly sweet and the ghost pepper added a spice which I enjoyed but it's not at all spicy. The bagels were soft and warm. The bacon was crispy and delicious. The hashbrowns were chewy and meh but they're always chewy and meh. My iced coffee washed it all down well. I have to say I was Impressed and I hope that this means Dunkin is stepping up their game. read more

there are no words to describe the ridiculous experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. I was trapped behind a car for 30 minutes as they quibbled back-and-forth with the staff at Dunkin' Donuts. Apparently they were not satisfied with their orders and kept sending them back and forth. instead of them asking these patrons to park somewhere so they could take care of their order they had them block a line of people for literally 30 minutes. Then I tried calling the store phone number and got a message saying that they were unavailable! The problem is you're trapped in line, because there is a barrier preventing you from getting out of line and leaving. Needless to say when the patrons in front of me finally left, I left as well. Sorry I would not usually do that, but I was infuriated. read more

The biggest disappointment in Camp Hill. Over the years I have tried several times to go here and get donuts. The one time they were out of everything The next time they gave them to me for free because it was 8 p.m. and they dont have fresh donuts at this time? Amd now tonight I went to buy a gift card for my nephews wife because, it's her birthday and they must have good DD in New Market, Md. But guess what there was no managee there at 515pm and the 2 girls dont have access to them!! SMH. We are in the middle of Covid and there is a major hospital sitting next door. This place should be hopping. I forget what was there but that should be prime real estate. Maybe Dunkin will sell to Chic-fil-a and show them how it is done. I know the siren song of the donut is powerful. If you really need one Sheetz, Giant, Karns, and Pa Bakery are nearby. You've been warned. read more

OMG...I waited in the drive-thru line for almost 15 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. This location, in particular, is always slow. I love the coffee...but it's not worth it if it is going to take that long. Get it moving! read more

Ordered on the mobile app and walked inside to pick it up. The line for drive thru was very long but only 1 person waiting inside. My order was ready in minutes. I ordered 3 coffees and a wrap and they seemed a little overwhelmed. The woman waiting inside seemed a little inpatients and the employee said that she had a large order she needed filled. I think she was taking about mine. Got to work and looked at my wrap and it looked like this. Not appetizing at all and for 1.79??? Not even sure what this brown stuff is but it looks like bbq sauce. I opened the wrap and it looks like a chunk was bitten out of the turkey sausage. read more

Dunkin' - Currently waiting to get out of line after waiting 20 minutes to find out they aren't serving food right now. Crazy. Put out a damn sign. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Hospital Camp Hill, Pennsylvania

Close this one down or hire better employees. I made an order online using the app. I went through the drive through and the young man that was supposed to be helping me was on the phone having a, what seemed to be a great conversation with someone. He then handed me an order with someone else's name on it that wasn't mine and turned and walked outside still on the phone. I didn't even have time to give the order back. When the nice young lady came to the window, she gave me my food. The drink didn't have any taste and the food looked horrible. I ordered the same 2 items from a Dunkin's in Lemoyne and the food and service was amazing. I will never come to this one ever again. read more

If you have anywhere to be -- not even anywhere to be fast, just anywhere to be in the near future -- avoid coming here. I don't know who is to blame -- the staff or the high number of people who come here. Regardless, Dunkin' locations generally do not run quickly or efficiently and unfortunately this is true of this location. I ordered ahead and the people who worked there hadn't even ripped off my ticket by the time I got there. Again, maybe there are just so many people who come here that they can't handle the volume of orders, but regardless, I would avoid coming here if you can help it. read more

I've been patient with this restaurant since COVID, however I cannot be patient anymore. After waiting 10 minutes in line (which was quick compared to my normal 20+ wait, we attempted to order breakfast sandwiches only to be told the ovens were down. Ok. I get that they can't help if something breaks, so we order coffee and a pastry. Pay and leave to find my decaf coffee is cold!!! As soon as I touched the cup I knew it wasn't hot. My husbands regular coffee was very hot. The Camp Hill store has lost all future business of mine. I will take the extra time to hit the Dunkin in Sunmerdale/Enola going forward. read more

Should be a negative one. Probably the worst DD in South Central PA. They screwed up my order again, It happens every time I go to this DD. It is close and convenient but I will no longer sacrifice terrible service and my order being wrong every time for convenience. I called a couple times, left a VM, no one answered or even called me back. How difficult is it to pick out the donuts the customer orders and to mix drinks properly? Apparently for this location they only hire people who are illiterate and color blind. Anything short of a return phone call and full refund will not stop me from posting negative reviews about this place. read more

Worst store ever. Did mobile order but sat in the drive thru but I sat for 20 min. Ended up parking and going inside to be told it's not ready. I've been standing and waiting inside now for 10 min. If I could cancel my order I would. Second time coming here and it's proven to be the worst service. I'm sure my coffee will be old and taste like shit. I waited 27 min inside of the store, plus my 20 min in drive thru. I should've just gone back to work and slept for 45 min than wait my time and money here read more

The store is supposed to open at 5:00am, but rarely has anyone there to actually have the store open. Additionally, they are now closing at 2:00pm. I pulled up to the order speaker just as my car clock switched over to 2:00 and they told me they were closed. When they are actually open, the service is very slow, and they rarely get your order correct. Even a simple order like coffee with flavoring. Twice I got to work only to find out my coffee did not have the flavoring I ordered. They suck! read more

This Dunkin is terrible. They always run out of flavors and cups and bread types. If that wasn't enough they ran out of croissants and when we pulled up they said they had changed it to a bagel. We then said we didn't want a bagel we wanted an English muffin. The employee responded with "its already done" and we made him change it. This place is a disgrace to Dunkin' if you are looking to order here forget it. There is a Dunkin' a few miles away on the Carlisle pike. I will never order here again and I get Dunkin on a daily basis. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I gave one star because I'm not sure if I could write a review with no stars. The worst cup of coffee I have ever tasted. I've been around the world several times and I have had some really bad excuse for coffee, cups in Turkey and Thailand were pretty bad but still better than this place. I emailed corporate to complain but never heard a word from them. I'll never spend another penny at this place, the Mcdonalds down the road has a far superior coffee. read more

Worst Dunkin around! They are constantly closed inside and they have no manners. Why have a location if you can't order over half the menu and always make people use the drive thru. I am super surprised it hasn't closed yet. Would rather go to the one in Enola... read more

Lots of negative reviews, but had a good experience on probs their busiest day of the year, Donut Day! The only reason this not 5 stars is the size: yes traffic wraps, it happens when places are this small. Being next to a hospital, it is probs a prime location choice by corporate, yet execution is tight. I had a polite and friendly interaction with the cashier and was not in the drive thru line long. Thank you DD for the donuts and yummy hot choco ;) read more

I'm a huge DD fan, but this location has always had problems. Mainly it's poorly managed. I've seen the manager/owner?? screaming at employees, and mistreating customers. The drive thru line is notoriously slow, and due to the fact that the owner/manager mistreats help, they are notoriously short staffed (even worse now with nobody wanting to work). I personally complained about it taking 25 minutes to get an iced coffee through the drive thru, only two cars ahead of me, and the owner/manager started screaming at me from behind his employee in the drive thru window. I told him to man up and talk to me outside, parked my car, and he came out with a fire extinguisher in one hand, and a hammer in the other screaming incoherently. He blew his stack when I laughed at him, and went back in his store. Needless to say, I've never gone back. read more

This is the absolute WORST dunkin. They 99% of the time get the order wrong. If you order ahead withe the app and they don't have something they will offer to make you something cheaper then keep the difference. They refused numerous times to make coffee with oat milk because they say it clogs their machine. The are rude and have yelled at me more than once. If it wasn't on my way to work I wouldn't keep going back. And if you don't have 20 minutes plus to wait dont even go. They could have 2 cars in the drive thru and you still have to wait that long. Not sure where they get the people to work there but clearly they dont care who they hire to represent their business. read more

Bruh I feel so bad for the staff here. They've gone through staffing issues in the past years and every time I've been there the poor people working are so nice and always have to deal w the Karen's of the area (you know the ones around here ;)) it's a Dunkin idk what people expect. read more

This Dunkin is so hit or miss. Sometimes there are employees working who are on their A-game and are super competent, fast and friendly. Other times you can pull up and the employees can't put a sentence together. They're slow, as well as rude and put so much cream in the coffee you might as well have just order a cup of milk. Also, there are times when they're randomly closed "for training" or the drive thru is "out of order". read more

After waiting 15 minutes to get through the drive through, my order was wrong. We tried to call but the phone goes to voicemail. We tried to go inside and the door was locked. We talked to a worker outside to see if he could help us cuz we were waiting more than 30 minutes in the drive through line to have it fixed but he said we had to wait. He came out a few minutes later with some donuts and said "the guy" probably didn't want to remake our order so would we take donuts instead. I said no because that's not at all what I ordered. We continued to wait in line and it was almost an hour later until we actually got our food. No refund, no compensation for the HOUR of my life they just wasted. I don't understand why they could bring donuts outside for us but not the food I actually paid for. read more

Absolutely the worst service that I ever received anywhere in my entire life. We were the only people in the lobby. After 10 minutes of waiting for them to fill our order of two donuts and two coffees, the nasty woman behind the counter said that she would refuse the service and she insisted that somebody else come forward to service that she couldn't deal with us. We could hear her swearing about us to another employee. My bill was $10.10. I gave them $11 and they never gave me my change. Worst experience ever. Seems to be the going thing there. I will never return. read more

Obviously Mr. Dunkin needs to add another location to the area, because even though Enola location is closeish it is still wildly inconvenient. Also, just the pure confusion I encounter when I come here is odd. I ask for an iced hibiscus tea and I'm told they don't have that, so I have to order a hot one and they give me a cup of ice, and although the tea is given to me as a small they charge me for a large because that's how big the cup of ice is. My next time I ask for a small hot coffee with the intent to ice it myself at work. When I arrive to pay I am told that they didn't hear what size I wanted so they got me a medium and would charge me for a medium. I said "I ordered a small" and got a strange look, so I just agreed to pay what they requested. The majority of my experiences here are, for lack of a better word, annoying. I come here purely out of lack of breakfast and craving something carby. read more
