I was holding out on updating my review, but the service, wait time and quality of food & coffee seems to have improved at this location. I would never have continued to visit here if it wasn't so convenient, but I'm glad that I did. We usually go out of our way to drive to this Dunkin location Bcz their customer service is generally decent & they consistently prepare things the way they are ordered and/or supposed to be served. Today, the service was fine, but the food was... not. I'll attach pics. The wake up wrap is basically an inedible hockey puck & the bacon on the singed bagel is a joke. Strangely, the hash browns were actually undercooked, cold & falling apart. As a side note, lately, (over the past month or two) every Saturday or Sunday morning when we've gone & tried to order the one "special" they're currently offering- the $3 sausage, egg & cheese croissant with any size coffee purchase- they are very conveniently out of sausage & won't be getting a delivery until the following week. They don't offer any substitutions on this either & it has happened at this location far too many times to not be purposeful. They don't want to lose $ on the specials that they're mandated to offer as a franchise, so this is how they get around it. This location needs to do better, in several ways. read more

there are no words to describe the ridiculous experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. I was trapped behind a car for 30 minutes as they quibbled back-and-forth with the staff at Dunkin' Donuts. Apparently they were not satisfied with their orders and kept sending them back and forth. instead of them asking these patrons to park somewhere so they could take care of their order they had them block a line of people for literally 30 minutes. Then I tried calling the store phone number and got a message saying that they were unavailable! The problem is you're trapped in line, because there is a barrier preventing you from getting out of line and leaving. Needless to say when the patrons in front of me finally left, I left as well. Yes the line was long. Yes I had to wait in it. But that wasn't a big deal because this was the best dunkin donut I have ever had. I mobile ordered an iced coffee, stuffed bagels, bag of bacon, hash browns, and the featured ghost pepper donut. After waiting in a long but moving line I got to the front and they got my order to me and it was all there and correct. The donut was just because I wanted to try something different. I don't generally like Dunkins donuts because they're never ever fresh when I get them. Well this one was perfect! It was soft and fresh and perfectly sweet and the ghost pepper added a spice which I enjoyed but it's not at all spicy. The bagels were soft and warm. The bacon was crispy and delicious. The hashbrowns were chewy and meh but they're always chewy and meh. My iced coffee washed it all down well. The biggest disappointment in Camp Hill. Over the years I have tried several times to go here and get donuts. The one time they were out of everything The next time they gave them to me for free because it was 8 p.m. and they dont have fresh donuts at this time? Amd now tonight I went to buy a gift card for my nephews wife because, it's her birthday and they must have good DD in New Market, Md. But guess what there was no managee there at 515pm and the 2 girls dont have access to them!! SMH. We are in the middle of Covid and there is a major hospital sitting next door. Ordered on the mobile app and walked inside to pick it up. The line for drive thru was very long but only 1 person waiting inside. My order was ready in minutes. I ordered 3 coffees and a wrap and they seemed a little overwhelmed. The woman waiting inside seemed a little inpatients and the employee said that she had a large order she needed filled. I've been patient with this restaurant since COVID, however I cannot be patient anymore. After waiting 10 minutes in line (which was quick compared to my normal 20+ wait, we attempted to order breakfast sandwiches only to be told the ovens were down. Ok. The store is supposed to open at 5:00am, but rarely has anyone there to actually have the store open. Additionally, they are now closing at 2:00pm. I pulled up to the order speaker just as my car clock switched over to 2:00 and they told me they were closed. I'm a huge DD fan, but this location has always had problems. Mainly it's poorly managed. I've seen the manager/owner?? screaming at employees, and mistreating customers. The drive thru line is notoriously slow, and due to the fact that the owner/manager mistreats help, they are notoriously short staffed (even worse now with nobody wanting to work). I personally complained about it taking 25 minutes to get an iced coffee through the drive thru, only two cars ahead of me, and the owner/manager started screaming at me from behind his employee in the drive thru window. I told him to man up and talk to me outside, parked my car, and he came out with a fire extinguisher in one hand, and a hammer in the other screaming incoherently. This is the absolute WORST dunkin. They 99% of the time get the order wrong. If you order ahead withe the app and they don't have something they will offer to make you something cheaper then keep the difference. They refused numerous times to make coffee with oat milk because they say it clogs their machine. The are rude and have yelled at me more than once. If it wasn't on my way to work I wouldn't keep going back. And if you don't have 20 minutes plus to wait dont even go. They could have 2 cars in the drive thru and you still have to wait that long. The only reason this not 5 stars is the size: yes traffic wraps, it happens when places are this small. After waiting 15 minutes to get through the drive through, my order was wrong. We tried to call but the phone goes to voicemail. We tried to go inside and the door was locked. We talked to a worker outside to see if he could help us cuz we were waiting more than 30 minutes in the drive through line to have it fixed but he said we had to wait. He came out a few minutes later with some donuts and said "the guy" probably didn't want to remake our order so would we take donuts instead. I said no because that's not at all what I ordered. We continued to wait in line and it was almost an hour later until we actually got our food. No refund, no compensation for the HOUR of my life they just wasted. Obviously Mr. Dunkin needs to add another location to the area, because even though Enola location is closeish it is still wildly inconvenient. Also, just the pure confusion I encounter when I come here is odd. I ask for an iced hibiscus tea and I'm told they don't have that, so I have to order a hot one and they give me a cup of ice, and although the tea is given to me as a small they charge me for a large because that's how big the cup of ice is. My next time I ask for a small hot coffee with the intent to ice it myself at work. When I arrive to pay I am told that they didn't hear what size I wanted so they got me a medium and would charge me for a medium. I said "I ordered a small" and got a strange look, so I just agreed to pay what they requested. The majority of my experiences here are, for lack of a better word, annoying.
