So this review is a bit delayed, but needs to be said. Last Sunday I came with my partner and we had to wait 15 MINUTES inside for one iced coffee, a bagel and a sandwich. There was only one girl at the front and the poor thing was already multitasking with online orders, while everyone else was taking it easy and doing one job at a time (cooking, making coffees, drive thru). My partner actually had to ask for his order to be taken after standing at the front desk for 7-8 minutes after I already ordered, without the manager or anyone even asking if they needed help. Manager was walking back and forth in front of us multiple times trying to look like he was doing something I guess. Seemed the manager and workers were more happy to laugh and talk amongst themselves than do their jobs or help their other coworkers. Never ordering inside again as long as the work environment is full of "idgaf" energy. read more

Rude staff at drive through I ordered "coffee " and he have me an iced one, when I said no I want a hot coffee he rolled his eyes and shook his head then said "oh now you want a hot coffee" very disrespectful and looked very annoyed, really because of a coffee order? read more

Got a bacon egg & cheese with 2 lousy strips of bacon... Really dissapointing as I was starving.

the food was fine but the worker who handed it to me was super rude, threw my order at me in no bag then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and my friends, overall bad experience, will not be ordering with a disrespectful worker again. read more

NO DONUTS AT ALL. completely sold out before 12pm absolutely ridiculous couldn't even get a regular glaze

My review from google over a week still no resolution and they still have done nothing to address the non working phone number nor update hours Beware DO NOT ORDER AHEAD AND PAY they don't update their hours with main dunkin back end system. You will pay to only find them closed it's a scam on purpose The place is really not great anymore it's slow food is terrible but even worse don't order ahead 2 times I ordered ahead and paid to go over to butler dunkin 5 minutes later and their closed and still taking orders on top of the fact they have a phone number listed that is disconnected.Who ever owns this franchise just don't care the people that own these own usually own many and just don't care shame on dunkin read more

Do not spend your money here!!! They water down their iced coffee for profits. Most food isn't kept to temperature. They are risking people getting sick. Management doesn't pay their workers fairly. You can work 60 hours and get paid for 40 just because the owner says it's not in the budget. This dunkin is a bunch of thieves!!!! read more

This place went downhill fast. I gave it five stars over a year ago, went back today and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Wasn't even so much the quality of the food, much more the underappreciation of the staff. Left a lot to be desired and won't be returning to this location again. read more

If I could give this location a 0 I would. Aside from inconsistent coffee, dishwater tasting coffee, and overall rudeness of the employees - the redeeming quality is the location. This used to be my go to location, but over the years I've accepted I need to stop coming here. My most recent adventure consisted of waiting 25 minutes for two iced coffees at the drive in. 6:30 at night, no line, no other cars, no explanation. We finally drove away without our coffee after waiting FAR too long. It took forever to place our order, and even longer at the window. This location needs a serious overhaul, and I'm not talking moving the counter to make it look like a modernized Starbucks. Pay attention to your product and your employees. Route 23 has far better Dunkin's for your convenience. read more

always have to wait 10 minutes for mobile order when I place it 10 minutes ahead of time. never seen a dunkin like this

They messed up my child's birthday cake never bothered to resolve the issue and put way too much cream in my coffee. read more

Dunkin' - Horribly made coffee mostly cream. Had to throw it away. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Butler, New Jersey

If i could give this location 0 Stars, I would. The staff is rude and unhelpful. The wait is extremely long, there was one person in front of me on line and I still had to wait 10 minutes. (I was late for work because of this. ) There were three employees there, but only one was working the counter. I'm not sure why one of the other employees couldn't help me. I will NEVER go to the location again. read more

By far, the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to is the one at 307 Main Street in Butler. They took more than 15 minutes to give me a burnt black croissant when there was no one in front of me. They kept serving anyone that would come onto their drive thru line ahead of me and then gave me an attitude when I finally asked for an ETA! read more

This morning I went in around 6:20, I was the only customer inside the building, with 3 staff members. They had a couple orders on the screen so I waited with no problem for them to finish the orders first. In the span of me being in there, 2 employees walked in the front and back multiple times, ignoring me. I was not greeted, my order was not taken, nothing. I ended up leaving after waiting for a while because I thought maybe they were almost done...this is one of my favorite locations so it was very disappointing to have an experience like this. read more

The coffee is so weak it's happening over and over. The people I buy the coffee for all say the same thing. We are tired of it. Thinking they are cheating and using part of prior coffee ground again mixed in with fresh. Very disappointed. Remembering back 20 and 30 years ago when it was good stuff. I hate to write a bad review , sorry it's bad. read more

Starting this off with if I could give no stars I would. Every time I have come to this particular Dunkin' it takes over 15 mins to get my order. The line is to the road every day, and when you get to the window there's 4 people always standing around doing absolutely nothing! Business needs a take over to get things up and running properly. Completely understand that places are short staffed but when there's 4 people standing around constantly there's no excuse why the line is not moving at a normal place. read more

This location can't get their shit together. I'm a daily dd customer. This location is closest to where I live, where I've lived for 16 yrs and I've never been impressed with the service or attention to detail. But since the pandemic they've gotten 1000x worse. read more

The coffee is surprisingly good at this location but the service definitely isn't. The drive through line takes forever, it's always abnormally long. Not because it's busy (I waited 15 minutes and there were only 2 cars in front) so I'm not sure why. The male worker at the drive through, with long hair and the neck "gator" mask is always rude, you can tell he's miserable and takes it out on the customers. Everyone's else there has otherwise been nice read more

This is the worst Dunkin in the area. They recently switched managers and the new one is rude and lacks a knowledge of customer service. I nicely tried to explain to him the confusion that one of his employees had but I was blown off and had the drive thru window shut in my face. I used to use this Dunkin every morning but I will not be returning. read more

I went to Dunkin the other day in Butter main street. They weren't busy however, it still took 4 people to take care of the order. The order came to 12.36 all I had was 15.36 and they kept the $3.00 as a tip. Just to think you can keep the change takes alot if nerve. This can ruin a person's business. They get paid minimum wage or better and they want tips too. I work in a bank and I don't get tipped !!!!!!! read more

over & over... I live so close to this location, it's sad How I avoid coming here because how bad this location is.. I walked in a workers saw me come in.. as I walked to the counter,, we walks out of the door.. & starts to clean & sweep the front. & as he continued.. he saw me waiting & looking at him.. he says "I'll be right with you." I waited 5 minutes exactly before another person from the drive through helped & took care of me. I AVOID THIS PLACE. I do not see Flys & Nats around the donuts.. so thats good! :-) read more

Probably the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to, which is saying a lot. Every time I order from here the iced coffee is watered down and they put obscene amounts of flavoring in it. Used to love Dunkin but I just can't anymore. read more

Dunkin' - This is supposed to be coffee? - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Butler, New Jersey

I came in today and had ordered a frozen coffee when it was given to me it was very strong, I asked if they could please put some more cream in it and blend it. I didn't ask for it to be remade or anything just for it to be diluted with cream. In return the man just put straight cream into it and didn't blend it nor did he mix it, mind you it is a frozen drink, and previously before being handed the drink I had ask if they could had put some wiped cream on top only to be charged a whole water for it. When I was handed back the drink which looked unappealing i asked again if they could just blend it. And he responded, "no, it isn't working" which was a clear lie. It was a wast of about $5 for a small frozen coffee. I hope in time this place can become better in terms of customer service as well read more

Dear Dunkin, coffee by default is always "Hot". So no need to always ask the clarifying follow up question of whether or not they want the coffee Hot. So when someone says "I'd like a coffee" that means Hot Coffee, not "Iced Coffee". Iced Coffee is Iced; hence "Iced Coffee", and Coffee by default is Hot. When you go to a diner the server doesn't come over with a pot of Coffee asking if you would like "Hot Coffee" do the, they ask if you would like "Coffee" and it's by default assumed as being Hot. If the person placing the order can't figure out what they want and doesn't know how to order their coffee that's on them. However, as occurred today, the opposite happened. When a Caramel Coffee w/ Milk was ordered, some how that changed into an Iced Coffee w/ Cream & Sugar. It's just not that difficult. read more

This dunkin' was perfectly fine before the new staff hire. I order the same drink everyday and everyday it is incorrect. I ask for extra caramel and when I go to taste my latte it tastes like black coffee. Horrible service. These employees clearly need more training. read more

I went this afternoon, a Saturday. Could not go in cause they had a sign drive thru only which was inconvenient, waited on drive thru n ordered drinks and donut but when I tried to order avacado toast, not a hard order and told they weren't doing any food other than donuts because there were onlyv2 people working. I found that odd. Why can't you do food if only 2cpeople working, I've been to dunkin donuts with just 1 person working n they did food. On my way home I stopped at dunkin in riverdale, where only 2 people were working and got my toast. I will not be going back to this one ever again. read more

The lady that we ordered from was very polite! Though, it did take a little the quality was great! She asked me if I wanted whipped cream with my Frozen Hot Chocolate! Amazing! read more

Worst Dunkin ever. You could order on the Dunkin app an hour before you get there and your food still won't be ready. Then they'll look at you like an asshole when you ask about it read more

This Dunkin is by far one of the worst and slowest I have ever been to. Waited on the drive thru line for over 15 minutes. DO NOT STOP HERE! They are rude and not polite! The WORST part is how slow they are!!! read more

shitty service with employees who simply don't care, they prioritize the drive through to the extent that they will ignore you if you walk into the store to order. they don't answer the phone and they ask you to pay for any "extras "added to your free drink that you get when you use the app. read more

Fast and friendly drive thru that makes my coffee rite a ok in my book!

Do yourself a favor and drive up to the highway. Everyday I would go there for an iced tea/lemonade... AT LEAST once a week they would put ICED COFFEE in with my LEMONADE... When I finally asked HOW this was even possible, they said the iced tea and iced coffee are next to each other and it was an easy mistake. read more

Worst Dunkin Donuts around such a shame since hit has soo much potential drive through and new within the past few years. My previous dunkin i went to was in bloomingdale and they were my favorite and could undstertand them no problem!! This current location they barley speak english and are rude, slow and do not care how long you sit there tryign to get through the drive through. It's rush hour in the a.m. they should be hustling for great drive through times instead it took me 12 MINUTES to get my coffee. I think different management needs to take over! Bring over the folks from Bloomingdale, they were the best!! read more

I am only giving this location a star because I want it survive as it is convenient to where I live. Line is always long. Garbage outside is always over flowing. The staff is not pleasant in the slightest and they have yet to get my order correct. read more

If there was an option to choose zero stars; I would! Don't bother going here. Terrible service, long lines in the store & drive through. Orders are given incorrectly and staff impatient. read more

I wish I could give it -5 Stars!!! I have been going to DD on Main St. for YEARS. They USE to be very good. BUT This Summer they REALLY SUCKED!!!I I talked to an employee they told me the Manager went on Vacation for the Whole Summer. The Temp Manager Quit after 1 WEEK!! They went through a FEW Managers & they ALL Quit!!! The employees got so feed up they Quit!!! H.S. & College kids were hired & Quit over & over again!!! The drive through was around the corner & out to the Street, the wait time was 10 min. They ran out of Donuts, the H.S. & College kids watered down the Coffee. There was ONLY 1 Employee who knew what was going on, a lady named Cheryle. She was always apologizing for the Long wait & the Lack of Donuts, for the H.S. & College kids moving so slowly. They had to Close the Front door because they didn't have enough employees to work the Front counter. I had to go to the DD on Route 23 S. near the Kinnelon Car Wash. Hopefully the Main Manager is back from his Summer Vacation & he can get the place straightened out & back on Track. read more

Don't waste your time going to this location. It has awful service nothing in stock. I ordered a black coffee and asked for a creamer, the girl first said they don't have creamer than tried to charge me for it. They make you pull out of the drive thru and wait for someone to bring out your order (which they have never showed up and I've had to go in and reorder) I would rather drive the extra 10 min to go to a different location. read more

Unfriendly staff and the worst service. Told me they were unable to take my order through the drive thru because I had too many drinks... I had 3 coffees and an iced tea. Ever since their last manager left , this dunkin has gone to shit read more

I came in and ordered a caramel iced latte and I got it and I was "white" ????? I tried it and it tasted weird. Like the milk or something was bad. I told them so I can get the money back on my brand new dunkin card that I got yesterday for my birthday. Then they did not understand what I meant. They when they figured it out they would not put the money back on my card. They another guy came up and he said he would give me a large latte for free.... But they did not put the money back on my card. But he didn't give me it. Then I could not even understand the guy. He was literally talking gibberish. Then they put the money back on my card and I walked away with no latte, not all the money on my card and no caffeine. read more
