The coffee is so weak it's happening over and over. The people I buy the coffee for all say the same thing. We are tired of it. If I could give this location a 0 I would. Aside from inconsistent coffee, dishwater tasting coffee, and overall rudeness of the employees - the redeeming quality is the location. This used to be my go to location, but over the years I've accepted I need to stop coming here. My most recent adventure consisted of waiting 25 minutes for two iced coffees at the drive in. 6:30 at night, no line, no other cars, no explanation. We finally drove away without our coffee after waiting FAR too long. It took forever to place our order, and even longer at the window. This location needs a serious overhaul, and I'm not talking moving the counter to make it look like a modernized Starbucks. Pay attention to your product and your employees. This morning I went in around 6:20, I was the only customer inside the building, with 3 staff members. They had a couple orders on the screen so I waited with no problem for them to finish the orders first. In the span of me being in there, 2 employees walked in the front and back multiple times, ignoring me. I was not greeted, my order was not taken, nothing. I ended up leaving after waiting for a while because I thought maybe they were almost done...this is one of my favorite locations so it was very disappointing to have an experience like this. read more

The line is to the road every day, and when you get to the window there's 4 people always standing around doing absolutely nothing! Business needs a take over to get things up and running properly. I went to Dunkin the other day in Butter main street. They weren't busy however, it still took 4 people to take care of the order. The order came to 12.36 all I had was 15.36 and they kept the $3.00 as a tip. Just to think you can keep the change takes alot if nerve. This can ruin a person's business. I came in today and had ordered a frozen coffee when it was given to me it was very strong, I asked if they could please put some more cream in it and blend it. I didn't ask for it to be remade or anything just for it to be diluted with cream. In return the man just put straight cream into it and didn't blend it nor did he mix it, mind you it is a frozen drink, and previously before being handed the drink I had ask if they could had put some wiped cream on top only to be charged a whole water for it. When I was handed back the drink which looked unappealing i asked again if they could just blend it. And he responded, "no, it isn't working" which was a clear lie. Dear Dunkin, coffee by default is always "Hot". So no need to always ask the clarifying follow up question of whether or not they want the coffee Hot. So when someone says "I'd like a coffee" that means Hot Coffee, not "Iced Coffee". Iced Coffee is Iced; hence "Iced Coffee", and Coffee by default is Hot. When you go to a diner the server doesn't come over with a pot of Coffee asking if you would like "Hot Coffee" do the, they ask if you would like "Coffee" and it's by default assumed as being Hot. If the person placing the order can't figure out what they want and doesn't know how to order their coffee that's on them. However, as occurred today, the opposite happened. When a Caramel Coffee w/ Milk was ordered, some how that changed into an Iced Coffee w/ Cream & Sugar. It's just not that difficult. read more

Could not go in cause they had a sign drive thru only which was inconvenient, waited on drive thru n ordered drinks and donut but when I tried to order avacado toast, not a hard order and told they weren't doing any food other than donuts because there were onlyv2 people working. I found that odd. Why can't you do food if only 2cpeople working, I've been to dunkin donuts with just 1 person working n they did food. BUT This Summer they REALLY SUCKED!!!I I talked to an employee they told me the Manager went on Vacation for the Whole Summer. The Temp Manager Quit after 1 WEEK!! They went through a FEW Managers & they ALL Quit!!! The employees got so feed up they Quit!!! H.S. & College kids were hired & Quit over & over again!!! The drive through was around the corner & out to the Street, the wait time was 10 min. They ran out of Donuts, the H.S. & College kids watered down the Coffee. There was ONLY 1 Employee who knew what was going on, a lady named Cheryle. She was always apologizing for the Long wait & the Lack of Donuts, for the H.S. & College kids moving so slowly. They had to Close the Front door because they didn't have enough employees to work the Front counter. I had to go to the DD on Route 23 S. near the Kinnelon Car Wash. Hopefully the Main Manager is back from his Summer Vacation & he can get the place straightened out & back on Track. read more
