I was there last Saturday, August 30, 2025 at approximately 11:30 am - 11:45 am. I was with two other people. When we first walked in, there was no line. I stood at the counter waiting. There were 3 girls at the window, and other staff buzzing around. There was an older woman near the counter. I stood there waiting for about 7 minutes. I then spoke up and ask politely "can we place our order please?" At that point, the older woman loudly yelled at me disrepectfully stating "we are busy, you need to wait your turn." At this point, other people had come into the line as well and no one was coming to the counter. About a minute after the woman yelled at me, another woman came to the counter and started taking my order. I was furious that I was treated in such a rude manner but did not say anything at the time, since there was a long line behind me, and I needed to get my bearings and thoughts together after that scene. So today, I am placing this review, and will state that I have no plans to ever go back there again, other than one more time to get the name of the woman who screamed at me. On Monday, I plan to place a complaint with corporate on how this employee was allowed to talk to customers. The lines were long and the wait was long. One of the female staff yelled loudly and disrespectfully at me when I asked to be given attention after standing there for 7 minutes or more and not being acknowledged. Also, I ordered the Avocado Toast. It came untoasted and had no taste. Unpleasant to say the least. It is not a place that encourages you to return to say the least, both customer service wise and food wise. read more

Normally this store is great. I always use the mobile app but this morning it wouldn't accept it. So I went through the drive through as I normally do and made the order at the speaker. My bad- instead of saying latte, I said espresso. I got to the window and was handed two cups. Both of different weight. One was labeled medium coffee and one espresso. So I handed them back and said one wasn't right and the other felt light. A woman with blonde hair and no mask (who was working the ovens and making food) began explaining the difference between espresso and latte in a rude one. She actually said when you say espresso you don't get a latte. So I replied, I come here everyday. I know the difference and made a mistake. She turned to me and said, "Well, we work here everyday, so we know the difference." At that point, having been chastised, I asked if there a manger. She said snidely, "that would be me." So I asked who her boss was. She said I'm actually the GM for the region so you have to deal with me." Her smirk was not only rude but challenging me to say something more. I asked for her name and she paused before answering me. Nicole Powers. When I pulled away I immediately called corporate. I'm awaiting a phone call from the owners. They opened this new location, and if you have all day to wait for a coffee, by all means stop there and get one. Drive thru and walk in is a minimum wait of 20 mins no matter what time of day anf there staff is in no rush to knock the line down. Should have kept both locations in brooklyn read more

Wtf did I just consume! My wife ordered a small iced mocha latte with milk and I ordered an iced coffee. Instead my wife got a double espresso on ice and I got a whole cow on ice. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and got four cold, poorly made bacon and cheese roll ups instead. This is pure laziness. Even if they had gotten my order right, this is absolutely disgusting. Cold cheese, cold bacon, and ripped tortillas. This is not the first time my order has been screwed up. Yesterday around 3:15 the woman working the window wiped her nose WITH HER FINGERS and then handed me all two drinks. I was so shocked I didn't say anything- which I should have and asked for a refund. She was also wearing a mask underneath her chin leaving her mouth and nose open for the 10 minutes I was waiting at the window. I know this location takes a little longer than most but I was deeply disgusted by this persons lack of basic hygiene on a normal day never mind during a pandemic. So I go in to get a coffee and am waiting patiently when an overweight sketchy looking guy comes in behind me. The clerk comes over and tells me "let me take care of him first" then takes his order and gives him free coffee. When its finally my turn (again) I ask what was up and was told that he's "dating" the manager. The clerk did then go out of her way to make it up to me but its ridiculous. I'm sure she's put in the terrible position of dealing with angry patrons and serving the manager's friends and family on demand all day. Id give zero stars if I could. Went through drive thru and ask for 2 sandwiches and a donut. Speaker was immediately rude. I didn't care about the attitude as long as i got my food. He initially forgot my second sandwich and only made one. He went back to make the other. As the second sandwich was heating up he took my cash and immediately put my change in the dish. He came back to the window to see my hand waiting for the change and rudely asked "did you want the 26 cents?!". I quickly decided that 26¢ wasn't worth him fucking up my food so i said "no". He had the audacity to respond "alright good I didn't think so". He then went back to making my forgotten sandwich with the SAME GLOVES ON that handled the money. As he finally handed me my order in two bags I assumed I had both sandwiches in 1 bag and the donut in the other. Nope. He f-cking forgot the donut. This place refused me business because I was not wearing a mask to cover my face. Since the mask mandate was lifted by the state, I can only conclude I was discriminated against based on my appearance. There was no friendly greeting. The first words were, "Our manager wants everyone in here to wear a mask." So this afternoon I visited this location. I went to the drive thru ordered 2 coffees and 10 munchkins. The young girl behind the window to pay charges me and then hands me my coffee to which she didn't put the cover on. Needless to say coffee all over me. Then I say where are my 10 munchkins she says oh I didn't charge you. Not a box of 35 or 50 we are talking about 2$ worth of munchkins. She insists she must charge me I said after you spilled coffee all over me to which another women comes to the window I said you know what nvm gonna call management. I went up the road to call the manger which she was a joy. While on the phone I can hear the rude young women saying I squeezed the cup at to which I was called a liar. My disabled client who was with me as they were mocking me says they are being bitchy then the manager accused me of calling them bitches. I was so hurt and upset. I see they have other reviews with a 1 star. To corporate or the regional manager you need some customer service skills training. I went in here to get a tea and had some of the worst service I've ever experienced in a Dunkin' Donuts. I asked what kind of cheese was in their breakfast sandwich and was met with a very rude "you can check that online". This is coming from someone that applied for a job at this location I was hired and filled out the paperwork, got my name tag and apron. The woman that hired me told me to call her on a Saturday to get my hours starting that Sunday. I called Saturday just to find out she was fired and I was given some guys number and was told to call him. Called him twice and left a voicemail and never heard back from him. Called the store twice, got no answers. Called the next day and a female manager told me to not worry about going in that day and that she needed to have a meeting with the other manager. She told me if I didn't hear from him on Monday, she'd call me Tuesday. Never got a call from either of them. That was over two weeks ago. I've called a countless amount of times and they keep telling me they still need to have their "meeting". I went into the store to try to get some answers and the manager wouldn't even talk to me. She sent an employee out to tell me that I need to wait for them to talk and they'll call me. Never got a call so. I give up. They have those 90 days to decide whether or not they want to keep me so I'm assuming they're just gonna ignore me until those 90 days are up and can fire me without it being an issue. They told me that I'm on the payroll but they can't schedule me until they talk. They never told me what it was they needed to discuss so. To sum it up, they're rude bs horribly managed. This is my closest Dunkin and I have been coming twice a day for three years. If you want to be treated like garbage, called names, talked down to, and most importantly...served horrible coffee; this is the place for you! Instead of appreciating your business, they tell you to go to another Dunkin and I was told by the store manager herself, "this comes from the higher ups, we're not going to remake your coffee just cause our guys can't get it right". Trust me, whether it's 2 minutes away, or 20, go to another Dunkin and avoid having your day ruined because not only is it their goal but they charge you for it too! Consider yourselves warned. Also, the owner, Jimmy, does not respond to unhappy customers either, so don't even bother. Nothing changed with the new location except a longer drive thru line for even crappier coffee...if it's iced, you won't get ice...if it's hot, it's like warm. If you order hash browns...they're probably not in the bag. If you get a sandwich, the meat is either bad or it's someone else's order all together. The sauces they offer, oh boy, that's the lottery. Good luck for those who venture here...I would say this is CT's version of Dicks Last Resort. Run away people, far far away. read more
