Poorly managed location. They are always behind on orders because there is only one person making drinks/taking orders and one person making the food and I always hear about someone "prepping" when they should be out helping with the chaos!! Employees don't have energy when taking my order. I have to wait for them to serve me ice cream. It was down for 3 days because "their freezer broke". Its insanely hot in there to. Clearly the owner or management doesn't read the reviews because I'm not the only one to write about staff being on their phones when they're taking your order or they make you wait because they are on their phones or if you want to order you have to wait until they finish their conversation. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from here again. With the exception of 2 or 3 employees the rest of the young staff are obnoxious and can't be bothered to get your order right. I ordered 2 scoops of ice cream with sprinkles, clerk rushed me off saying just ask what you want on it. I go to get the ice cream and even though I ordered it with sprinkles, they refused to put sprinkles on any of the ice cream. EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED IT !! Even though I told the clerk...WITH SPRINKLES! Simple request. DUH! Done! Had to go to the supermarket to buy rainbow sprinkles separately! Thanks for saving money DD! I've had bad and good experiences at this location, but lately my experiences have been poor. There has been a shift in management for sure. I walk in this morning to order my coffee with oat milk as I usually do and the gentleman tells the cashier that there isn't any oat milk because the stock hasn't come in. I received no apology. She offers me almond milk instead. That's it! I am a frequent customer. This is what I buy all the time. Now, I'm forced to drive to another DD to get my coffee. Why? There are two supermarkets across from you. They could easily purchase oat milk from one of those supermarkets until the stock arrives. They rather loose $4 for a medium coffee and whatever else I was going to purchase than make an effort to purchase oat milk. In another occasion before that...the cashier (a different cashier) tells me that they don't have many varieties of ice cream because the stock hasn't come in. She was very apologetic. I tell her that I'd choose from what they have. I pay for the ice cream and walk over to choose my ice cream. I realize that they only have about four nut flavors. My daughter has severe allergies to nuts. I walk back to the cashier and ask for a refund. The young lady walks over to the same gentleman and explains the situation. The gentleman starts to shout at the young girl. He states that refunds will bring trouble and goes on... I jump in to defend the girl. I explain to what took place and tell him that he shouldn't shout at her! Another issue is that the have the ice cream with nuts next to the nut free ice cream. Have they ever heard of cross contamination? I have to find a new DD for sure which is an inconvenience because this is my neighborhood DD. read more

I love coming here and enjoy the service. It is relaxing and a nice clean place to sit, relax and have your coffee. Since it is almost Halloween the donuts are decorated for the fun day to come. read more

I have been using this location for awhile and find most of the stuff are rude and obnoxious.

I come here quite often since I love DD and having their app is super convenient (lots of rewards and a free drink on your birthday and when you sign up). Definitely recommend their hash browns, of course. I really like this location because they also have free Wi-Fi and contrary to what someone said nearly three years ago, their bathroom is actually quite sanitary! Staff is also friendly and good amount of ice cream choices that I may have to try once the weather gets warmer. read more

Staff is friendly. Coffee is good. Lines are never too long when I visit. They also have a Baskin Robbins and this location tends to have a lot of teens after 3 pm as there's a (I think) High School right across the street. They only have Equal and Sweet n' Low which is a little surprising; most places have Splenda as a sugar alternative. read more

Been coming here for the last four years and i really can't say anything bad about this place. The workers and quick and efficient, place is clean, and haven't had any real problems. Theres free parking but the lot is always busy. Only complaint is that they say they're open til midnight but they usually close before that- Really inconvenient! The food is good, but the restroom needs a huge scrubbing and disinfecting. There is a layer of dirt on top of the toilet tank and the sink! Management needs to take better care. read more

This place is clean, has an A rating. The other places where you can sit down and have a bite to eat in the Skyview Shopping Center are either rated B or Grade Pending. Everything is fresh and it is bright and updated. It is great to have a Dunkin Donuts on this side of Riverdale.

I was there on Friday 10/30 around 3pm. The service was prompt, however the pumpkin cheese donut could have been fresher. Before purchasing the item I asked how fresh was the donuts, the reply was that it was baked this morning. I shouldn't have brought it but I heard that it was good and I was eager to taste. I was disappointed that it was not fresh as it was somewhat hard. Other than that, I enjoyed my coffee, the pumpkin cheese donut I had throw away. read more

I go to this Dunkin Donuts about 5 times a week. The business is clean and employees are pleasant and helpful. It gets busy when the nearby school lets out, but the wait inside is never longer than several minutes. Free parking is available in the lot. read more
