I really don't understand why this store has such a low stars rating... It has definitely become my favorite Starbucks store. Their staff is simply great, their manners and customer service skills are definitely above average comparing to other Starbucks stores. There's always a somebody that will greet you, smile at you and make your day by simply being polite and ask you "how are you doing Today?". I LOVE when people are courteous to me and this store has that! They try their best to make your drinks to your desire, and I've been so lucky to get free drinks from them when they are training a new barista. I don't know if the store is under new management cause the rating is just off based on all my experiences here. Visiting the area, staying with a friend whom doesn't own a coffee maker- I decided this was the perfect opportunity to try the Starbucks Pistachio flavoring I was going to use my app to place the order for pick-up, since I feel bad asking #pumps, # flavor etc, but there was no line so we decided to order with the barista...big mistake. I ordered a Decaf Americano, 4 pumps pistachio, 1 pump raspberry, 2% milk, with cinnamon sprinkles on top- my hubby a Caramel Macchiato When the coffee cooled down enough to sip, all I tasted was raspberry- I looked over my cup & noticed the label said pstach sauce at the end & didn't have a 4 in front of it, along with no cinnamon sprinkle note. I was pretty annoyed since you pay per pump & I didn't get any. Not a location I will visit again. If they can't manage an order when we are the only ones in line, I can't imagine they'd be any better if busier. read more

I place a mobile order frequently at this location and always have a smooth pick up. The staff is usually pleasant and never had an inconvenience. Today I happened to place my order and picked it up during the Global IT outage and was surprised when I walked into all the chaos. I was immediately informed of what's going on since I obviously live under a rock and didn't know. To say I was impressed with the way these Starbucks Barista Warriors handled this situation is an understatement. They directed everyone who placed mobile or delivery orders to one side and started taking our orders manually. I was in and out in a blink of an eye and the best part was how polite and efficient that entire team were under pressure. BRAVO! read more

The staff here are generally pretty nice and helpful, but drink prep is hit or miss. Especially delivery, which is a gamble. It's like they know you can't walk up to the counter and complain, so they actively botch the order. Most recently, the latte I ordered was burnt/roasted to shit -- bitter, acrid, just nasty. No better than three-day old coffee at an oyster house, but five times the price. Also, special shout-out to the shorty with the deep voice who fawns over every man in line with baby, honey, sweets, etc, but acts like female paying customers are the blight of her day. I love me some Starbucks! This Starbucks has a great staff and by the time I get to the store to pickup my mobile order it's always ready, no waiting. There is a good amount of seating and the lighting and music selection is always good. The only thing that is small is the condiment station. It's enough for maybe one or two people to prepare their drinks at a time, but works as people just want to grab their coffees or drinks and go! They have parking in front and on the side of the building which is helpful and of course you can always just go in and chill. Also the staff is great at remembering faces of regulars so that always nice. I definitely recommend this location. read more

Garbage location. I ordered from this location off Uber Eats and am STARVED for my lunch. The order arrived with only my coffee and NONE of the food I ordered, and I ordered tons of food and snacks. What a horrible experience. Now it's an hour later and I still have no lunch to eat. read more

Basic Starbucks. Amenities: bathroom is clean and does not make you throw up. Great space to work. Lots of chairs and tables but that also translates into extra maneuvering. Food/drink: it's the basic items that Starbucks sells. Good, fresh, well made beverages. Customer Service: everyone is friendly, cordial and accommodating. We had one disgruntled person...once...have not seen her since. We come here primarily on the weekends. Access: there is a parking lot adjacent. Be forewarned. Use that parking lot only when going to this Starbucks. Don't get coffee and walk across the street to CVS which has its own parking lot. You will get booted by one of the guys hiding in the cars waiting and that coffee will be the most expensive coffee ever. read more

Overall good location but went in today, Sunday 5-26-19 craving a Frappuccino but they tell me that the blender is down so can't make any frozen drinks. Furthermore the part will not be in till Wednesday. It is a 90 degree day and you would think that they would have more than one blender. I still gave them 3 stars because I live a block away and it's the first time there has been an issue. read more

I'm a Starbucks fan.. Nice , clean and neat Starbucks chain.. Seems quiet inside in spite of long lines in the morning. The Staff and Baristas paced too fast in the morning.. It's great tho.. Impressive. They act on every order ASAP! Their shelves are neatly fixed and easy to find what you're looking for. They got sofas , chairs and long tables which are clean and comfortable to seat on. Metered parking in front and also you can park in the side parking lot. One of the best Starbucks I've been to. Excellent staff, comfortable, good service. Love it. Slow as hell!!!!! Ordered on the app at 7:15 its now 7:42......still waiting...7:50. Still waiting said they dont have the order. After waiting online to get my money back finally ready at 7:56. This does not reflect the staff because I do not have an issue with the service. Ever since the remodeling, I feel as if either new staff maybe are not being trained well in making the drinks or the espresso is off. I always get a iced caramel macchiato breve from Starbucks and for some reason this location has been making the worst iced caramel macchiato. I can never taste the espresso, there's never enough caramel, and I swear the don't pump vanilla into the cup which is suppose to make it sweeter. I feel as if I'm paying $5+ for cream and ice in a cup. Usually I'll deal with it, but it was to the point where I rather wasted my money and throw it away today. Honestly the starbucks in target in mt vernon is my favorite location. The staff is out of this world and they put love into every drink. OLD REVIEW DELETED. NEW REVIEW. After having come here everyday, sometimes twice, or three times a day, I've become a regular who gets treated very well every time I'm there. They know me, they know what I like, and always in good spirits. That definitely makes a difference in my experience. I've since gotten over the whole Cold Brew situation (using the tap with extra water added) and just add espresso shots. I was very grateful when they reopened after the dreaded pandemic and it was so great to see all the workers return who have made my experiences there so pleasant. It was unfortunate when they closed for remodeling because I had to go to Dunkin across the street for the time being. (That's my next review ‍). I even drove to the Bronxville location some mornings before catching my train to work. The coffee is always right, even though sometimes the app isn't. And even if something I ordered is unavailable and mistakenly not removed from the order list, they always make it right and compensate properly. The renovations look great and glad that a lot of the workers returned after. There are some new workers who will soon enough know my face, even though half is hidden under a face mask, and know my order like the rest of them. Not definitely expected, but seems to happen. The only thing I would say is PLEASE do not close again. I've decided to never return to the Dunkin across the street anymore, and the Starbucks in Bronxville is ok, but it's not MY Starbucks. I love my Cold Brew. They always make it right. And if you're looking for a good snack, I would definitely suggest the brownie and/or the almond croissant. read more

Today I ordered my coffee on the Starbucks app, normally my order would be correct, however today I came in to pick up me order and the barista behind the counter came off completely wrong towards me stating that I'm glad that's yours, I saw my order and went to pick up the entire tray with my drinks. So now I have my order and the hot drinks are labeled wrong, so I'm drinking a white hot chocolate when I should be drinking a pike place coffee. I'm not saying that this is a bad Starbucks, I'm just saying that they should label the drinks properly and show better customer service, and not come off rude towards a customer who is a loyal Starbucks customer. The staff at this location is by far one of the friendliest and outgoing staffs I have come across in all the locations I have visited. This is my go to Starbucks and they would have a 4 star but there is always this one barista who is a complete DBAG. So the morning crew is great. Love them all they are super nice, they are cheery and even offer my puppy a puppachino without being weird about it. Now this one barista- salt/pepper hair. Always works the register. God I can't stand him. He is the most RUDE and displays how much he hates his job on his face. Nonetheless he is the slowest of them all. Takes his time doing other random things while the line grows. If he's consistent with one thing it's messing up the flow of the line & drinks. Oh and let's not forget that we are inconveniencing him by telling him our order. I was looking for the district managers card to email them, but this Starbucks doesn't have it in the front like they should typically do. I have been here before and the service was around 4 stars. Always in and out and the drinks we're great. Well today I go in and there are three people ahead but for each there was a simple mistake made by the cashier. She seemed out of it. I mean I get it, we all have off days but I try to keep it together regardless. I get up to order and the phone rings she's going back and forth talking with someone who appeared to work with them. I would have just told them to hold one sec and continued with the customers. I was waiting a few seconds to see if she would give me my receipt but she didn't. I don't think that was professional at all. Second reason Why I am giving them a 2 star rating is because there was a piece of a wrapping in my drink. I didn't realize it because my drink was full. I have entered many Starbucks locations. Many. In Manhattan, the bronx and other states. This location has trouble with professionalism. I am here right now, maybe i am catching people on their off days, as we all face them often in our lives. One thing i have learned in my time working is to leave personal issues at the door. Do not bring them on the floor. When I hear staff disagreeing amongst each other saying "I am too busy, I can't do this", flirting with women that are customers, lacking etiquette in speaking to each other, it turns me off and doesn't tell me that this is a place where i want to have my coffee. I am a gold member in Starbucks, and i know that the brand speaks for itself. This place needs a rebranding! read more

I am here now and there has been enough of the same over a long enough period (more than a year) to give a negative review. There are people waiting for drinks and food that was "missed" (about 40% if the time I order food I have to ask for it again. Staff on break or not working are sitting at the counter socializing with working staff, garbage bins run over, and the floors need to be swept. The people - some of them in particular - are nice and seem to care enough - but ^just^ enough. This store lacks leadership IMHO. read more

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I have gone to this location on multiple occasions. The last couple times I went here, they gave me OLD food. I asked for a cinnamon roll, and the barista went to the back and came out with one in a plastic package. When I got it home I checked the side of it and saw that it was expired by at least a month or two. Had to toss it, what a waste. I went back again, ordered a ham and cheese croissant. Got it home, the ham and cheese looked dark and old and was hard to the touch, not soft and melty. Basically they serve old food in this location, something that has never happened to me at any Starbucks. I refuse to order drinks here knowing this. The store is usually also in need of a sweeping, with pieces of trash on the floor. I'll stick to the other Starbucks in Bronxville, or other locations. read more

My daughter went to this location with my two sons 4 and 6. She was picking up drinks for me and my son dropped the tall very berry hibiscus tea drink and the cup broke! Right when he got it. My daughter asked them repeatedly to replace the drink and they ignored her and went on to the next customer! I am a long time customer that is no longer going here! Ok, I'm one of those starbucks people. I use them as a place for refreshment and often repose. This one stands apart from the others for a couple of reasons. The layout is terrific with a coffee bar in the back and lots of comfy chairs scattered about in nooks. It's the staff here that puts it near the top of my favorites list. Very helpful and capable and adorable. It's worth passing 2 or 3 Starbucks to check this one out. read more
