There are so many froyo chains out there it's sometimes hard to pick out the best of the bunch. Everyone has their favorite, and while 16 Handles isn't mine I do applaud them for trying to make themselves slightly more unique than their competitors. This 16 Handles is located in a small strip of stores; it's kind of narrow inside, so you need to walk to the back before reaching the yogurt. This makes for a choppy flow from start to finish, but hey, you can't get it all. What I like about 16 Handles is they have three cup sizes, and their froyo flavors display nutritional information as well as other useful information. I've had more flavorful froyo at other chains, but 16 Handles' froyo has good consistency and lots of toppings so it's fine. Additionally, you can get little cups to sample the flavors before you choose mmmmmm. Good for what it is - I'm more partial to Peachwave and Red Mango, but this 16 Handles holds its own. read more

Not to mention the hot fudge dispenser wasn't full so when I pressed it ; it splashed out all over my clothes. Fudge container should be kept full to prevent that from happening to anyone else . On my most recent visit, they neglected to give me my receipt, which I needed to get "credit" in my newly downloaded app's account. When I called to discuss, they experienced a "technical glitch" that deducted a reward I had earned. So now I've paid double, over $20, for a small frozen yogurt w hot fudge. They are all kosher (which is great!) but it means they do not have all of the toppings you would expect. Notably, they are missing gummy bears which makes me very sad. Once I read the ingredients, which the store has available but hides in a draw, I was so diasppointed. I am not sure how they are allowed to call it yogurt. It is all chemicals.
