Hmmm. Parked here. Was clean and not too busy inside. Lots of Dunkin's have a problem where they pay attention to the drive thru first. Totally ignored inside for a long time. Finally got two drinks. One light ice and one extra. They ignored both. Maybe we are a bit high maintenance? It's always right when we drive through. I also asked for a egg and cheese Sammy. I noticed the egg and cheese and sausage one was on special and asked if I could just get that with no sausage to save $ and the cashier waved her hand at me and said "yeah yeah". I didn't catch her name but the associate at the drive-through with the septum piercing and happy eyes absolutely deserves to be called out for her customer service being on-point. I only went there for coffee, but her up-selling over the speaker didn't come across as pushy one bit, so yeah, I left with a goodie too. But it was her genuinely fun and friendly attitude when I got to the window that would have me choosing to return to this location over the one at Hamilton Mill or Spout Springs ... if it wasn't for the horrible traffic on 211 around there. This location definitely needs to be retrained. Customer service was horrible, Food was terrible Coffee was cold. My receipt was thrown in the garbage. When I asked for it the worker picked it out of the garbage and gave it to me completely dirty. My sourdough sandwich was ice cold . This one stands out as one of the worst ones I've been to. That's really saying something with all the terrible locations I've been to throughout the greater Atl metro. I will say they are certainly more friendly and helpful than ones that are bad which are closer to the city. However, literally every time I have gone they forget something. Once I hesitantly visited and had the absolute worst oat milk iced latte to date. I am a fool not to have bought stock with as many overpriced lattes as I have bought here. So I have a strong reference point for this. Not sure what they put in my latte but it was terrible. I'm not one to complain or send stuff back (I know the scary potential it brings with it!) but that latte was just beyond wtf. They did make it again and it was still just as bad. So not sure if the milk was wrong or old or what but it sticks in my mind and makes me avoid it on top of other mistakes. The staff is a bunch of 'I don't care' teenagers. They forget to complete order. (Had to remind them twice on what I was waiting on.) They are too busy talking with friends who came to visit. The bathrooms were disgusting (there was pee and dried poop on outside of toilet bowl and dried up soap on sink). The guy sweeping outside would bring in the dustpan to the inside - pass over the food counter- for someone to empty. They then passed it back over food counter to him so he could go back outside and do more. (Trash can outside could have been used). We order 2 single scoops of ice cream. They came in 2 different size cups. ??? They need a new manager to clear out or be visible with them and the health department to make a visit. read more

I live directly across the street from this location and I'm a stay at home mom with 3 kids and no car. I order Dunkin' Donuts almost every day and about 85% of the time it's a disappointment. They do not follow instructions for some reason they refuse to add the Amount of cream and sugar i ask for. They absolutely will not Answer the phone you can call a million times and it doesn't matter. It's a bunch of teenagers messing around all day and they couldn't care less about the customers and the money we spend. I decided to try and figure out a home alternative so I no longer will have to deal with this Dunkin' Donuts. Save time money and aggravation and go to another location trust me. read more

A big hands down to the new Dunkin Donut in Braselton! Customers showed up in the cold and snow to find this welcoming them this morning! My family has already visited this location 3 times and supported them by purchasing donuts, coffee, and hot chocolate. Have to give a shout out to the manager Terry who is awesome and polite! She was the one there this morning while there appeared to be no owners on site. People were literally standing in line this morning thinking they were there for the giveaway. Not all could see the sign on the door as people were going in and out and holding the door open for one another. Let me mention employees were allowed to open the store this morning in order to sell to the public. Not even the offer of a free donut or hot coffee to those who did show up? Where does one begin, the older women working the counter had no mask on while handling food let alone gloves. I missed it but my husband saw her, while packing the donuts for the customer before us adjust the wax paper she was packing donuts with against her shirt and dirty apron. Not to mention her customer service or lack there of was uninviting zero greeting. My husband asked for very little cream in the coffee and it was over poured. This location is right across the street from my home! Convenient but every time I go through drive through, the girl that is always there answering, has no positivity at all or customer service. I always ask how she is & she blankly says, " Good". Today I picked up my mobile order through their drive thru & asked two purchase two gift cards but they had none left. This location was so nice when it opened. We love our Dunkin coffee and will never drink anything else, however, this location has been sliding down hill. It's very apparent that some real management is needed here! Whenever we order from here there always seems to be an issue. Recently, my son ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a toasted bagel. The bagel was not toasted and the sandwich contents were ice cold. We usually have to remind them what's on our mobile order. The hospitality is "lukewarm" if that and many times it takes a while to be noticed, probably because they don't have enough help. In the afternoon there are very few donuts to choose from and they are not fresh.I can name a few DD shops that are so much better than this one. Again, I truly believe there's a lack of management and training here. I've never been a "complainer" but it's so obvious there's much room for improvement. read more

This place is amazing. I work at the Urgent Care by Moes and I come in every morning to get coffee or sometimes when DD first opens in the morning to do homework. The staff is always so attentive and asks me how my day is going. I love coming here. The food is always great and the coffee is to die for (Chris always makes mine perfectly). Absolutely the best Dunkin Donuts in all of Atlanta if not the country. I've been to Dunkin Donuts from here to Chicago, to Boston and back, and the donuts here are by far the best I've ever had. I've bought DD Boston Cremes, Old Fashions, and plain glazed and each of them have a distintly different flavor than any other DD I've been to. It makes me wonder if this is a test store or have in-store baking. My wife and I visit this on a weekly basis and have never had a bad experience. We will absolutely be back and cannot reccomend this place enough. My wife also gives a special shout out to "Bailey" who seems to be the server she always gets. I headed out early Sunday morning and was looking forward to a cup of Dunkin Donut coffee from this new store. I pulled up to the drive-thru about 6:15 a.m......... they open at 6 a.m.. I sat there two or three minutes and saw one employee walking around but no one ever answered the drive thru so I circled the store and pulled up to the drive-thru again thinking maybe I did not activate the drive-thru notice. This time I saw it about 3 employees standing inside the store but again no one answered the drive-thru. I thought maybe I was wrong and they did not open until 7 but I did confirm they open at 6 a.m.. I had to head over to old faithful McDonald's to get my coffee. DO NOT GET THE FLAVORED ICED TEA. the iced coffee needs more coffee a little less cream and less sweetener. Can't taste the coffee. I just went in there to order an iced coffee, the coffee was definitely old or otherwise spoiled. They begrudgingly made me a new one, unfortunately, they didn't change out the coffee or do anything different, so it tasted exactly the same which was spoiled and gross... I let them know that their coffee is still messed up And they nodded their head and let me leave with a full coffee thrown in the trash. They are not busy at all. There's nothing really going on there so I'm not being a Karen, they're just rude and their coffee is gross. 1/10 would not recommend. read more

Came here to get my bi yearly treat of donuts and I was very disappointed. I should have returned them. My cake donut was old dry and crumbled to pieces when I tried to break it. Same with the blueberry. Coffee was blah I've tried it twice and both times a bust. Not sure how this place is still open. Needs a visit from the health department read more
