Dunkin' - Loaded Hash Browns - Donuts Near Me - Bradenton, Florida

Came in Dunkin' Donuts after not finding single bagels in the stores. The store is clean with covid compliance signs and hand sanitizer sitting for your use. The girl at the counter had her mask on properly! We ordered 2 bagels but changes out mind when we saw them. They were good sized and very fresh even though, it was around 11:30am. So we got 2 more! Then, we couldn't leave while staring at the donuts so we got 4 donuts, too! Then, my husband picked 2 more to make it an even half dozen 'since it was cheaper'. I packed the donuts in bags to freeze the plain and keep the others fresh. They also felt fresh and smelled really good. Service was excellent. I'm not sure what the gripes were but it seems to be better. Getting into the parking lot can be a challenge since you pass through an IHOP entering and leaving from one direction and, also, a manager came out with her mask beneath her nose. She wasn't handling food or beverages as far as I could tell and didn't stay long in the front. Not a great example, though. I do recommend this Dunkin' Donuts and would go back the next time I'm down this way! read more

Great place for coffee food is good donut are average coffee the bathrooms not so great

Trash. Worse Dunkin I've ever been to. All the food was terrible. Had a hot chocolate it tasted like water had a raisin bagel it was hard as rock. Everything was trash read more

I've been here a handful of times and Every-time my order is wrong or terrible. I won't be back. Erika was rude, impatient, and argued with me about the order that she made wrong. I ordered a caramel ice latte with oat milk. It is black and was only 3/4 full. I asked for more oat milk, and asked for caramel and she rolled her eyes "oh my god" after I paid $10 for the coffee with a $2 tip. Never again. read more

The coffee is horrible they didn't make it right , the lady was straight rude who was taking the order. I would never go here again

I just got an iced coffee from this location this morning and there is NO coffee in it. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee, but all I taste is the vanilla and creamer. I wish I would've tasted it before I left the parking lot because I would've immediately gone inside to get them to fix it. I tried to call the store, but the phone number on their receipt does Not work. This was my first time at this location and will never go again. read more

Awful service and cleanliness!!! First of all, how can you attend to a customer while being on your cell phone? I didn't know if she was talking to me or her friend on speaker phone. Last, hang up the phone and clean up. The counters had hair strands on them exactly were my food and drinks were placed. read more

If i could give it 0 stars i would. Either the amount of profit this company makes , i am very disappointed to say they tried to charge me for a cup of ice water. Since when? I have been a loyal customer for forever and now we are charging for water ? Wow. No thanks! read more

This place is in need of leadership not management . They are arguing in front each other. My hash browns not here yet. I am here right now. I have going to thus D&D for three years and something changed. They are rude to each other in front of customers. Their is obviously no leadership. Title does not apply leadership. Still arguing non stop..service, service, service . I am still here. read more

Im 100% positive this is the WORST DD in the country. They NEVER have any food items, constantly out of drink flavoring. I stoped going after this happened twice and purposefully drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the one on 70. The last straw today was when I didn't realize grubhub order was placed at this location and the driver called me when she arrived to let me know they had NONE of the food items I ordered. How does Dunkin' DONUTS run out of donuts, bagels, English muffins, power bowls, AND munchkins? Just close this location already. read more

I've ordered from this Dunkin a few times but I'm never going back. the food and coffee are always cold and the employees are unfriendly. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Starbucks down the street. read more

I've been ordering and going to this dunkin for quite some time. As of lately i've been having to wait 45min to almost 2 hours to get my food. I never order much. Today I ordered 3 sandwiches with bacon and egg no cheese because I am lactose intolerant. Than after taking a few bites of one I noticed there was cheese. It shouldn't take you almost 2 hours to make 3 simple sandwiches and still mess up. read more

This is a message for dunkin corporate... FIX THIS CHAIN LOCATION PLEASE! I almost never get my order right. Today I ordered 2 donuts and unfortunately I was in a rush so I didn't check the bag. By the time I was on the highway I realized they gave me someone else's food and not my order.... this location has some of the worst service I have ever experienced at a DD Restaurant. read more

This location became a very friendly place again. Always use to greet me with a smile and such a friendly attitude. This week I returned to location to find no customer service. Lady at the window stated here's your order, As I tried to sit my stuff down Lady with blonde hair stated you have everything get out of my drive thru! I started to come back once management changed. The service was better and now seems like it's all new faces again and horrible customer service! My lid was broken spilt all in my car! How hard is it to be friendly and not serve broken cups or lids! I wont be back! worst experience EVER! read more

The staff was amazing here! They made my boyfriend's and my day with their kindness and patience. The donuts were delicious!

This Dunkin is usually pretty good! Very friendly people. Though, today we were left a little upset after a drive thru experience. The employment shortage is awful for businesses right now and most employees have to pick up the slack of people they don't have, so it's understandable to need a minute or a few at the drive thru. However we had been sitting there for a few minutes after being greeted, and said hello a few times but no one had answered. We were perfectly fine with waiting, we just didn't know if they could hear us or what was happening. So after waiting a little longer we pulled through to the window and I immediately said sorry to bother you and it's no rush, we just didn't know what was happening is all. She needed a minute and then I heard her telling her coworker that we were rushing her and she wanted us out of her window. I felt bad but I was like I'm not rushing you? It was just an odd experience we don't normally have there that left us feeling not great. read more

Gay guy basically kicked me out for using their wifi... was just waiting while my car was being repaired at gettel Toyota and passive agressively exclaimed " when I worked I Burger King i used to disconnect people off the wifi who sat in the dining room and didn't order anything". I was the only one in the dining room yet I had a coffee and left five dollars in their tip jar. Won't be returning read more

Worst customer service! This location is an absolute joke and have had bad service and food/drinks there several time!!! read more

Absolutely the worst Dunkin in the entire state of FL. I have gone there several times for a quick breakfast and coffee. Every single time I go through the drive thru it is at least 10-15 mins before we get our food. When we do get our food it is cold (once it was frozen in the middle). Our order is never correct and yesterday when they had forgotten the hash browns and I asked for two side of them- the man handed me ice cold hash browns. Cold enough that you could feel the temperature through the little paper pouches they put them in. The donuts are continuously stale- at 8am donuts should not be stale. The service is horrible, I will go the long way to another Dunkin before ever going to this location again. read more

I wait a while and keep trying this location and usually remember why I go to Starbucks . Ordered coffee and 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps . He said 2 bacon egg and cheese and I said no 2 egg and cheese . Get to the window and in there usual unfriendly tone my total was over $8 and I didn't question it . Then I realized I got both those items . They always quickly hand your food over and rarely say anything . Different crew same attitude . read more

Terrible service. My boyfriend and I ordered 6 items, a medium coolatta, a medium iced coffee, 2 hash browns, a beyond sausage sandwich on a plain bagel and a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. We were charged something over $16 dollars and were not asked for or given a receipt. I noticed halfway home that we were not given the bacon egg and cheese, mind you this has happened several times. I called and asked for a refund and I was told we were not charged for the bacon egg and cheese, which we did not receive. I went onto the app and started an order with all the items without the missing sandwich and it came up to $13 dollars, so I was lied to. Terrible store and will not be returning. read more

Saturday 1pm no donuts only 3 types and zero glazed?!?!?! How does Dunkin Donuts run out of Donuts?!?!?! Like KFC running out of Chicken!!!!

Worst Dunkin' Donuts in the county. Takes forever, always screw up your order. Management needs to get their shit together!

Wow! This place gives Dunkin' a bad name. I received no greeting as I walked in the lobby and there was a tray of donuts just hanging out on the counter. The place as a whole didn't seem very clean. My frozen coffee wasn't really frozen at all and tasted stale. This was my first and very last visit to this location. Needless to say, please DON'T ignore these negative reviews as they are 100% spot on!! read more

I don't know about you but a donut place which closes at 8:00 pm shouldn't put the donuts away until the place closes.

Compared to all the other Dunkin Donuts I've been to, this is the worst. There was only 1 person at the cash register who had to take orders, then run to the other end of the counter to make drinks. We stopped in here 2 times to try and get the new burrito's for breakfast (that are advertised all over the store) and the first time the employee said that someone forgot to defrost them the night before so they were unavailable and the second time they just flat out said they can't make them. Also, there were a few other breakfast options that were unavailable. read more

Beware - This Dunkin Donuts does not accept gift cards! I have gone there 3 times in the past two weeks and have been denied.

I just got done watching the old 80's dunkin donuts commercial. I haven't been to a dunkin donuts in years but my review is based on the great memories you gave me! Time to make the donuts! read more

Stood in line at 7:45am for 10 mins (was the only one in line) while several employees walked back and forth past me. Finally a nice woman addressed me and took my order. Whoever manages this place needs to wake the staff up (ironic for a coffee place) and teach the employees how to be happy and how to provide service. Am sad for these people - they can't even attempt to make their jobs fun. Wish this wasn't the only (literally only) donut shop around us. read more

Absolutely horrible service and the donuts are always stale and hardly ever have cream in the donuts. Ordered a cookies and cream milkshake and the manager made me something with peanut butter and was disturbed I asked them to remake....I just got my money back. Hot chocolate machine is always broken. Do yourself a favor and drive to another one. read more

Extremely slow service messed up my coffee order and my jelly donut actually is crunchy which is very strange. Find yourself another Dunkin Donut location that's all I can say read more

My fiancé and I decided to stop and grab some coffee before we drove to the airport to head out of town. We pulled up to the drive thru we ordered what we wanted and at the very end we reminded the guy taking our order that it's a military discount. We pulled up to the window and he grabbed our debit card and handed us the coffee we had to wait a little longer for the second one so we had a chance to look at the receipt and no discount was applied. We mentioned it to the guy and he literally looked at us and shook his head like he had NO IDEA what we were talking about. We are frequently there getting coffee and they are such good nice people!! But, this ONE OCCASION was horrible. I feel if he didn't know anything about this discount he should have asked or looked further into the problem that occurred and he didn't care he just said "no, we don't have that" and we said we get it all the time they know us! Disappointed. And I WISH I knew his nammmmmmme. read more

Horrible Customer Service!!!!!! Went there & they made my coffee wrong 3 times in a row to start off with. I also ordered food as well. So when I arrived to my destination realized the order was completly wrong as well. Called up there to let them know.
