Came in Dunkin' Donuts after not finding single bagels in the stores. The store is clean with covid compliance signs and hand sanitizer sitting for your use. The girl at the counter had her mask on properly! We ordered 2 bagels but changes out mind when we saw them. They were good sized and very fresh even though, it was around 11:30am. So we got 2 more! Then, we couldn't leave while staring at the donuts so we got 4 donuts, too! Then, my husband picked 2 more to make it an even half dozen 'since it was cheaper'. I packed the donuts in bags to freeze the plain and keep the others fresh. They also felt fresh and smelled really good. Service was excellent. I'm not sure what the gripes were but it seems to be better. Getting into the parking lot can be a challenge since you pass through an IHOP entering and leaving from one direction and, also, a manager came out with her mask beneath her nose. She wasn't handling food or beverages as far as I could tell and didn't stay long in the front. Not a great example, though. I do recommend this Dunkin' Donuts and would go back the next time I'm down this way! read more

I've been here a handful of times and Every-time my order is wrong or terrible. I won't be back. Erika was rude, impatient, and argued with me about the order that she made wrong. I ordered a caramel ice latte with oat milk. It is black and was only 3/4 full. I just got an iced coffee from this location this morning and there is NO coffee in it. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee, but all I taste is the vanilla and creamer. Im 100% positive this is the WORST DD in the country. They NEVER have any food items, constantly out of drink flavoring. I stoped going after this happened twice and purposefully drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the one on 70. I've been ordering and going to this dunkin for quite some time. As of lately i've been having to wait 45min to almost 2 hours to get my food. I never order much. Today I ordered 3 sandwiches with bacon and egg no cheese because I am lactose intolerant. Than after taking a few bites of one I noticed there was cheese. This Dunkin is usually pretty good! Very friendly people. Though, today we were left a little upset after a drive thru experience. The employment shortage is awful for businesses right now and most employees have to pick up the slack of people they don't have, so it's understandable to need a minute or a few at the drive thru. However we had been sitting there for a few minutes after being greeted, and said hello a few times but no one had answered. We were perfectly fine with waiting, we just didn't know if they could hear us or what was happening. So after waiting a little longer we pulled through to the window and I immediately said sorry to bother you and it's no rush, we just didn't know what was happening is all. She needed a minute and then I heard her telling her coworker that we were rushing her and she wanted us out of her window. I felt bad but I was like I'm not rushing you? Absolutely the worst Dunkin in the entire state of FL. I have gone there several times for a quick breakfast and coffee. Every single time I go through the drive thru it is at least 10-15 mins before we get our food. When we do get our food it is cold (once it was frozen in the middle). Our order is never correct and yesterday when they had forgotten the hash browns and I asked for two side of them- the man handed me ice cold hash browns. Cold enough that you could feel the temperature through the little paper pouches they put them in. The donuts are continuously stale- at 8am donuts should not be stale. The service is horrible, I will go the long way to another Dunkin before ever going to this location again. read more

Terrible service. My boyfriend and I ordered 6 items, a medium coolatta, a medium iced coffee, 2 hash browns, a beyond sausage sandwich on a plain bagel and a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. We were charged something over $16 dollars and were not asked for or given a receipt. I noticed halfway home that we were not given the bacon egg and cheese, mind you this has happened several times. I called and asked for a refund and I was told we were not charged for the bacon egg and cheese, which we did not receive. Wow! This place gives Dunkin' a bad name. I received no greeting as I walked in the lobby and there was a tray of donuts just hanging out on the counter. The place as a whole didn't seem very clean. My frozen coffee wasn't really frozen at all and tasted stale. This was my first and very last visit to this location. Compared to all the other Dunkin Donuts I've been to, this is the worst. There was only 1 person at the cash register who had to take orders, then run to the other end of the counter to make drinks. We stopped in here 2 times to try and get the new burrito's for breakfast (that are advertised all over the store) and the first time the employee said that someone forgot to defrost them the night before so they were unavailable and the second time they just flat out said they can't make them. Stood in line at 7:45am for 10 mins (was the only one in line) while several employees walked back and forth past me. Finally a nice woman addressed me and took my order. Whoever manages this place needs to wake the staff up (ironic for a coffee place) and teach the employees how to be happy and how to provide service. My fiancé and I decided to stop and grab some coffee before we drove to the airport to head out of town. We pulled up to the drive thru we ordered what we wanted and at the very end we reminded the guy taking our order that it's a military discount. We pulled up to the window and he grabbed our debit card and handed us the coffee we had to wait a little longer for the second one so we had a chance to look at the receipt and no discount was applied. We mentioned it to the guy and he literally looked at us and shook his head like he had NO IDEA what we were talking about. We are frequently there getting coffee and they are such good nice people!! But, this ONE OCCASION was horrible. I feel if he didn't know anything about this discount he should have asked or looked further into the problem that occurred and he didn't care he just said "no, we don't have that" and we said we get it all the time they know us!
